The Department of Homeland Security on Monday touted Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) latest roundup of illegal aliens with criminal convictions, highlighting the agency’s seizure of drug traffickers, pedophiles, murderers, and other criminals.

The latest arrests are part of ICE’s “worst of the worst” initiative to prioritize violent and convicted offenders for arrest and deportation. Under the Trump administration, ICE and other agencies have facilitated more than 3 million deportations, either through physical removals or self-deportations.

“Under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, ICE never takes a day off,” acting Assistant DHS Secretary Lauren Bis told Just the News. “This weekend, ICE arrested numerous murderers, pedophiles, sex criminals, violent assailants, drug traffickers, and fraudsters. “Thank you to our ICE law enforcement for arresting these criminals from our communities. ICE is nice.”

Topping the list on Monday was Farhan Ahmed of Pakistan, who was previously convicted of first-degree manslaughter with intent to cause serious physical injury.

  • Maria Silvia Martinez-Vasquez of Mexico was previously convicted of voluntary manslaughter.
  • Sengathith Sybounma of Laos was convicted of third-degree criminal sexual conduct on a person 13- to 15-years-old.

  • Leyvis Edi Velasquez-Perez of Guatemala was convicted of solicitation of a minor.
  • Hemant Khann-Kumar of India was convicted for an attempted lewd act upon a child.
  • Jose Isaias Gozo-Murillo of Nicaragua was convicted of sexual battery.
  • Jose Remiro Agustin-Jimenez of Guatemala was conducted of endangering sexual conduct.
  • Yoesmith Sosa-Perez of the Dominican Republic was convicted of two counts of first-degree assault with a firearm.
  • Baldemar Antonio Salazar-Santos of Guatemala was convicted of assault, driving under the influence, spousal battery, evading police, and driving with a suspended license.
  • Isidoro Garcia Mendoza of Mexico was convicted for assault on a female.

It just amazes me that some people are against ICE. Could you be any more anti-American? Nothing wrong with people coming here for a better life, but we have to know who they are.

What is the big deal, perverts been getting their way for a long time now and those who should be stopping them are on their side. I don’t hear doctors speaking against the criminal procedures or abortions on a 13 years old. Nor do I hear any gasps about them getting pregnant in the first place. Sex id encouraged among kids, who can’t handle the homework. Criminal goes free, non criminal is harassed, a new normal. Lawmakers are lawless and still in their offices, complete rot.

I believe the original plan of getting rid of the worst of the worst was justifiable at almost any cost. But we got off track with numbers, quotas, and easy “pickens”. We got off track and got caught up in the numbers. There are millions of illegal immigrants out there. And there are many who need to be removed immediately and we want you to remove them. Them, the really bad guys, the worst of the worst. Not the farm worker who actually comes and go’s as needed. Not the hotel workers and those who want a better life. Those people do need to be dealt with but at a different level and not by people who carry locked and loaded “long” guns. Let’s get our priorities back together and get the worst of the worst out of the county. I’m sure there’s enough of them to keep ICE busy.
