Before the midterms next November, one of the most important actions that congressional Republicans should take is a vote on the No Sharia Act, a critical bill that reaffirms the Constitution as the supreme law of the land and ensures that Sharia law never finds a home in the United States.
The No Sharia Act, introduced by Rep. Randy Fine (R-FL) last month, very simply “prohibits the enforcement of Sharia or any foreign law that infringes on constitutional rights.” It also states that “In matters involving marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, or inheritance, no court shall apply or enforce foreign law if inconsistent with fundamental rights or public policy.” Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) has introduced a companion bill in the Senate.
Democrats and the liberal media have predictably labeled the bill and its sponsors “Islamophobic.” But there’s nothing bigoted about wanting to outlaw a dangerous and fundamentally anti-American ideology that undermines the U.S. Constitution.
Sharia law is a strict legal code based on fundamentalist interpretations of Islamic texts rather than democratic or secular principles. In places like Iran, Afghanistan, and Saudi Arabia, these interpretations have been used to justify marrying off girls as young as six years old to middle-aged men, as well as punishments like public floggings, amputations, and executions for offenses including apostasy, adultery, or blasphemy.
In societies ruled by Sharia law, women face harsh restrictions on dress, movement, employment, and access to education. Political dissent and religious freedom are sharply limited, and legal protections for minorities, including Christians, are virtually nonexistent. (Even in the United States, radical imams are on record advocating for the execution of homosexuals under the pretext of Sharia law.)
Muslim apologists say that Sharia law is a personal moral guide, and that it is really about values like charity and forgiveness. But the undeniable record is that wherever it has been applied, Sharia law has resulted in grave human-rights violations and suppression of basic freedoms.
Many Muslims in the U.S. and throughout the world reject Sharia law. Most American Muslims respect the Constitution, which protects their right to worship freely.
But radical Islam – and by extension Sharia law – is undoubtedly making inroads in the United States. Less than one month from now, America’s largest and most important city will very likely have a Muslim mayor in Zohran Mamdani who has refused to say that Hamas should disarm, accused American taxpayers of “funding genocide” in Gaza, and has praised Holy Land 5, a group which provided material support to terrorists.
Meanwhile, organizations like the RAIR Foundation and Memri TV, which document incidents of Islamic extremism throughout the world, have catalogued dozens of cases where Islamic leaders are pushing radical Islamist beliefs and even jihadism in the United States.
In one case, an imam in Texas told his audience that they are “required to apply the Sharia in our personal lives,” that “no one can or should force us to abandon the Sharia,” and that Islam should not be separate from the law. In another case, a Chicago imam told his followers that “the issue of women’s freedom, equality, and rights is foreign to Islam” and that women “have no right to work.” In a third instance, an imam in Michigan praised his “beloved” Iranian Supreme Leader Khamenei.
As AMAC Newsline has previously reported, Islamist groups are also attempting to build a 400-acre “compound” in Texas called EPIC City that “brings Islam to the forefront” – just one of many similar planned projects throughout the country. Douglas Deaton, a retired police lieutenant from Collin County, where the EPIC City site is located, has alleged that EPIC has already created a “Sharia-controlled enclave” that has “operated as a religiously exclusive neighborhood.” That enclave reportedly includes the “UIF Corporation,” a Michigan-based company whose own website states that it exists to “engage in financial transactions that are Sharia compliant.”
As the late Charlie Kirk noted, “it is not Islamophobia to notice that Muslims want to import values into the West that seek to destabilize our civilization. It’s cultural suicide to stay silent.”
Now, the No Sharia Act has given Republicans a chance to speak out. When the government shutdown is over, the GOP should take up the bill and vote on it.
Doing so creates a rare opportunity for a win-win for Republicans. If the bill passes, it will strike a major blow to the efforts of those radical Islamists seeking to implement elements of Sharia law in the United States, and the American people will have a strong safeguard against a radical ideology taking root in their communities.
The more likely scenario is that the bill would pass the House and stall in the Senate due to the filibuster rule. Even then, however, Republicans would have an important opportunity to get every congressional Democrat on the record as supporting Sharia law – a vote that not only contradicts their supposed commitment to human rights, but could also play well in attack ads next year.
The No Sharia Act is more than a policy statement – it’s a line in the sand. Either you support the Constitution, or you support an ideology that stones women and kills dissidents. It’s time for every member of Congress to show the American people exactly where they stand.

It would appear that those who came to the United States and brought sharia law with them had no intention of assimilation to American culture. Large concentrations of like minded muslims have discovered a way to expand their toxic ideology by taking over geographic regions such as Dearborn Michigan using our system of government to infiltrate and overwhelm city councils and local government. Starting small and increasing to epidemic proportions seems to be a proven strategy. Radical Islamic factions is why Islamophobia exists, their doctrine is intolerance.
It is definitely imperative that this “No Sharia Law ” Act be acted upon and passed. Sharia law and its applications have been growing in many northern Midwestern states, now infiltrating Texas. It has been seen in Detroit, MI. where the 5 times a day calling to prayer is sounding off. Major mosques have been built in and around major cities in the last 50 years which no doubt that some of these have weapon caches that can be used by terrorists against the nation, Governments at all levels have just set back and did nothing citing religious freedom to all. Take note, Islam is not a true religion but is a type of controlling government, meaning NO FREEDOM. The Islamic invasion continues and now is the time to counterattack and start removing this infestation.

In our discussions I was told to lie, steal and even kill is acceptable as long as their goal is obtained. Did I research this, no. However I did have to fire most for being disrespectful to other employees and management. what I understand about Koran seems to be correct.
If you wonder what you can do, engage on the local level. Be civil, do not yell, be civil. Do not be afraid to question people if you have a concern about something they are sharing. Do this in the neighborhood, church, school anywhere local. Change starts in the home and community. You can help. There is a neighborhood group in my community. A voice was spouting about the shutdown and whose fault it was. My beef with her was the scare mongering she was throwing at seniors on SS. Telling them it would be frozen and they wouldn’t be getting their check or deposit. I ask her to please stop the lying and research SS. She has since stopped. Many others came on and got behind my statement. Simple comment on my part changed the setting from fear to fact.

Sharia Law is a “moral personal guide” if you are a Muslim. No sane American would ever want this law enacted here. It is very troubling to see so many Muslims now taking seats in our local and federal government!! This “faith” has as its goal to overtake the entire planet. They will kill any person who does not bend to their radical beliefs and laws. (Of course, our radical left is insane enough to vote for it.) Just a few years ago in Phoenix, a father killed his teenage daughter because she was dating a non-Muslim. Does that sound like a law we should support?
Why is the U. S. government allowing people not wishing to assimilate into the country? Every new citizen takes an oath to protect and defend the U. S. Constitution, as do most elected officials. Why is any person violating that oath either still in the country or still an elected official?
This all starts at the local level. Get involved, even if you just attend your County Commissioners meetings. We can no longer feel that our elected officials will take care of us. Also, go to your Board of Education meetings, even if you don’t have children there. If we don’t stop this, our children and grandchildren will have to live in this world. They deserve better.
The ONLY law in the USA should be OUR law based on what our legislators passed. No room here for demonic Muslim sharia law where they can punish women for expressing views or wearing “improper” clothing!
As a military man having served in two branches of the U.S. military, I swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. Any Muslim that tries to subvert said Constitution with Sharia law is an enemy combatant. Capiche?
They are free to label it any -phobia they choose. Some of them move to other countries intending to deliberately introduce Sharia Law and practices into other societies. While passing that law, it should also be a deportable offence to advocate for allowing Sharia Law. It is incompatible with American traditions. If people do not intend to assimilate into the American culture, invite them sternly to go elsewhere.

If the Muslim people want to practice their own law, then they should return to their original country that practices that law. When they became a citizen of the U.S. they pledge to have allegiance to this country and follow it’s laws. Our nation was founded by many different races, religions and cultures. The one thing that unites us is the freedoms and laws for each individual and not be bouund by the past restrictive practices of a group that demands group laws and not accountability for EACH individual that would behead someone if they broke a cultural law, which would be against the U.S. law!
Either be completely commited to the U.S. and follow the law of the land, or please return to your original home that follows the Sharia law, which subjects many into slavery with the fear of wrongful death by a wrongful judge!

This has been going on for decades. Look up islamville. Founded back in 1983 by Mubarak Ali Gilani, and is part of the Muslims of America organization, also founded by Gilani. Current locations are in York County, South Carolina, near the North Carolina border, Islamberg in New York, and a community near Red House in Charlotte County, Virginia. Here’s the kicker, Gilani is a known radical Pakistani Cleric with ties to islamic terrorist organizations. While he publicly rejects violence and insists he has no affiliation with terrorism, it’s been proven that Gilani is associated with a violent organization called Jamaat al-Fuqra. This group orchestrated terrorist attacks in the U.S. and Canada during the 1980s and 1990s. It’s also believed that Gilani and his groups were responsible for the kidnapping and horrific public beheading of Daniel Pearl in February 2002. I was unfortunate enough to see this, and it lives with me as a vivid memory still today.
Gilani passed away in May 2021, but his groups and influence are alive and well in the communities and organizations he founded. The compounds have been suspected of being sleeper cells. The compound in South Carolina has had numerous complaints filed with law enforcement for rapid and consistent volleys of gunfire consistent with militaristic training. This compound is also located 15 minutes from the Catawba Nuclear Station, the largest producer of energy in South and North Carolina. I don’t believe for a second that this was a coincidence or accident.
What gripes me more than anything about all of this is that our government was well aware of Gilani and his terrorist ties, AND they still let him into our Country and allowed him to set up these communities. WHY??? There are solid FBI records that show members of the Muslims of America were encouraged to travel to Pakistan to partake in religious and military training from Gilani and his followers. They were all allowed to come back to the US and settle in these communities. Again, WHY???
Muslims are free to practice Sharia Law. Of course since it contradicts our Constitution they are free to leave the U.S. to practice it!
One of the most difficult things for ordinary Americans to understand is the fact that there is no such thing as a “moderate” Muslim. Most of us have been brought up accepting the fact that, while we may not agree with the religious beliefs of others, we accept their right to live by their rules. It’s one of the foundations of our constitution. Muslims, however, do not, and are not, under the dictates of their Quran, allowed to abide by our constitution or our laws. Failure to obey those dictates exactly as written is cause for them to be ousted from their religion, making them subject to justified extermination. And all reports given indicate that this is regularly done in Muslim controlled countries. Their ultimate goal is world domination and extermination of all disbelievers.
I’m not Islamophobic, merely stating fact. I would encourage everyone to do their own research and by this I mean thorough and unbiased research on the subject from many sources.
