Dear Senator Paul:
On behalf of the over two million members of AMAC – Association of Mature American Citizens, including over 28,300 members in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, I write to offer our support for S. 2425, the “Free Speech Protection Act.”
This very letter is protected by the First Amendment and would be further protected by this bill. Among its many good provisions, there is a discussion on the contemporary platforms used for speech in general, and kinds of information in specific, that have been subjected to suppression by the Executive Branch. In addition, it grants them immunity from exploitation without the due process of law. The behaviors of executive agencies and federal employees are considered with respect to their actions to suppress counter-narrative opinions, collaboration with external organizations for the same ends, and heavy consequences for both.
This legislation allows for a “private right of action” against the government, and even federal employees for violating our liberty to freely express our thoughts and opinions even if they do not align with the course of the government; indeed, section 4(b)(2) places a “presumption of liability” on executive agencies and federal employees in deciding these cases. Also, we were pleased to see that this bill terminates the “Disinformation” Governance Board and any progeny that could emerge to form another “ministry of information.”
S. 2425 is a wholly good bill that should be promoted and supported without restriction. Thank you, Senator Paul, for advancing the protection of free speech. AMAC is pleased to offer our organization’s full support for your efforts.

The Best way to PROTECT FREE SPEECH is to send the Communist Democrats a message by making an example by “stringing” up a few of these jackasses!
And yet… Sadly, the Communist Democrat Party will invent some reason, a distracting ploy as to why they must vote against this Bill. I hope they surprise me and prove me wrong.
