There’s More Than Enough Evidence For a Joe Biden Impeachment Inquiry

president biden smiling at podium, talk of evidence for impeachment

“Without evidence.”

They want those two words imprinted in your mind whenever you hear about the House impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. “Since gaining the House majority in January,” writes the Associated Press, “House Republicans have aggressively investigated Biden and his son, claiming without evidence that they engaged in an influence peddling scheme.” Many other pieces use the same language.

Sticking the words “without evidence” into a story is meant to insinuate that the impetus for an investigation is itself meritless. What kind of people make accusations without evidence, right? But, as they know, inquiries exist for the purpose of uncovering evidence.

Then again, there already exists tons of substantive proof that Joe Biden was likely “engaged” in the family racket. Now, it goes without saying that without the Biden last name, there is no Biden Inc. But numerous witnesses, many with no connection to one another or political agendas, have independently testified that he was involved.

Let’s start with the IRS whistleblowers charged with investigating Hunter Biden’s tax case, who testified under oath that Joe was present in at least one meeting with Hunter’s foreign clients. In numerous private emails and texts and WhatsApp messages he never imagined would be made public, Hunter talks about his dad not only helping him secure payments but taking a cut for himself.

Hunter’s former business partner contends that Joe was involved. Another of Hunter’s partners, who is also a former close friend, maintained under oath that Joe spoke to Hunter’s associates at least 24 times, often being dialed in on the phone during business meetings. An FBI informant documented conversations that indicated to him that Joe pressured foreign companies to send millions to the family business.

And listen, I get that Democrats want us to believe it was just crazy happenstance that Joe Biden pressured the Ukrainian government to fire a prosecutor who happened to be investigating a company that was paying his son $1 million a year. But if the vice president knew the two were in business — and since he had a sit down with Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi, it is highly likely he did — then his actions were a corrupt conflict of interest, at the very least.

That’s also all evidence.

Yet, Democrats want to create new evidentiary standards for both congressional investigations and for impeachment. No, Joe didn’t need to commit a crime to be impeached. We know this from the first Trump impeachment.

And, no, Biden didn’t need to directly benefit from his family’s corrupt business ventures to be corrupt. If one of the most powerful people in the United States government allows or participates in a scheme to trade on his power to make millions for his family (or deliberately gives the impression that he’s willing to do so), it may or may not be illegal, but it is clearly unethical.

Money, incidentally, is fungible. Just because a shady Ukrainian isn’t writing “re: Joe Biden influence trading” on the memo line of a check doesn’t mean the president didn’t benefit. Perhaps further inquiry into the 20 shell companies and dozens of bank accounts, or the 5,000 emails in which Joe used pseudonyms to converse with Hunter and presumably others — all of it completely normal stuff for an above-board family business, right? — will provide some answers.

Now, obviously there are partisan dimensions to an impeachment. And obviously some people overstate the existing case against the president. But let’s not forget that Joe Biden has been lying about his knowledge of Hunter’s “work” for years. If the president’s relationship with Hunter was entirely separate and innocent — a product of their love — why does Joe feel compelled to lie?

Whatever the case, standards have suddenly changed. Recall that Democrats claimed without evidence for years that Donald Trump was a Russian asset. To say there is more evidence of Biden’s wrongdoing than was offered in any story connected to Trump-Russia collusion, a hysteria based on leaks, anonymous sources and fictitious works of political opposition, is to dramatically understate the matter.

Take Rep. Adam Schiff, who famously claimed not only to have uncovered a criminal conspiracy by Trump’s 2016 campaign but also to be in personal possession of smoking-gun “direct evidence.” I have gone through dozens of pieces related to Schiff’s declaration, and not one reporter writes that the California congressmen did so “without evidence” — or anything approaching that kind of wording. Not in the text, much less in a headline.

If the legacy political media were doing their job defending “democracy,” outlets would be deploying teams of crack journalists to track down leads and find out if there is any evidence related to Biden’s wrongdoing, as they did with Trump, rather than playing defense for the most powerful man in the world.

Our government is as corrupt as a third world banana republic. The legacy media is aligned with the Democratic Party. High Tech is aligned with the Democratic Party. There was no evidence that Trump was guilty but the Democrats impeached him twice. Fauci, Collins, and Walensky lied about the covid virus and the AMA and most doctors complied. This has resulted in people believing our medical system is corrupt.

The same government agency, the National Archives, is currently ignoring a Congressional subpoena for all of Biden’s alias-signed emails: so when is DOJ/FBI going to kick those doors in while televised on CNN? But let me guess: they “accidentally” fell into bleach bit, hammers “accidentally” fell on them and that “mean Biden dog” ate the rest.

Phrases like “without evidence” and “baseless claims” and “without a shred of proof” are simply the Dems trying the control the “narrative” in an attempt to hide the truth.
The American people must turn away from the Democratic Party’s turn to neo-Marxism and totalitarian rule. This is why I will never, ever ever ever EVER! for “control the narrative” Democrat!

Excellent article. About time the truth comes out about how corrupt biden is to say nothing of all the abuses of power and the lack of response to urgent border issues and decisions to benefit anyone but the people of our country. He is incompetent or a traitor.

If Republicans put some high level Democrats in jail, Republicans should be able to save enormous amounts of money on election campaigning…..and still be elected by huge margins. I say, investigate, impeach, charge, convict and jail the guilty Bidens and anyone else who is guilty.

The way liberals (and those people laughably called journalists) all slavishly follow demo party instructions, viz: “Without evidence”- is a mirror image of the Nazi party’s propaganda style.

In the depression era there were some rural areas that were affected by those bad times to a degree where when winter came some folks would put demented gramma or grampa out on the porch in their rocker and let nature take its course. Eliminating a family member that was no longer a functional member of the family of course freed up food stock for the children and full functioning adults. Sounds harsh dire times require dire actions. Such instances were MUCH more severe in Europe where some starving families reportedly would eat an ailing child even if just a baby. Severity brings about severity or so history would indicate.
For now we are not in a deep depression but our nation is failing rapidly largely because of the actions of a leader that managed to get into office and has, since being sworn in done nothing but destroy everything this nation once stood for. Rule of law? Gone. Arts? Gone. Energy independence? Gone. Social mores? Destroyed and slanted to the perverse.
In international replations we have gotten rid of diplomacy, Is Anthony Blinkin a diplomat? I doubt the little dweeb can spell the word. If we don’t get our way in international dealings we go straight to sanctions. Sanctions are nothing but warfare for chickensh*ts and sadly America is now led by chickensh*ts that would rather punish a competitor than to……compete with a competitor.
We have been incessantly been told “Putin bad” or “Russia bad”……..when one stops to think the most simple thing like “how? In what way is Putin or Russia bad”? What has either ever done negatively to the USA? This drivel is now altering a bit since our proxy country for our war against Putin and Russia has failed so now the narrative has switched to “Xi bad” and “China bad”. Ask yourselves the same questions about “how” or “in what way”, and you find yourself stymied.
America is doing so horribly badly its time to “put old grampa out on the porch” as winter sets in. Past time.

Biden will be Impeached in the House as there is overwhelming evidence of corruption, political and governmental abuse and lying within the Biden family. However the Senate Democrats and RHINOS will not vote for Impeachment in the Senate. The media will continue to ignore the corruption of the Bidens, Obama and every Democrat who was part and parcel to allowing this corruption to continue. In other words they will not do their jobs to report the news to the American people. The biggest problem for any Democrat running for Congress is to distance themselves from Biden and his collapsing house of cards.

The proof is there. As much as the democrats try to blow smoke and derail any investigation into the Biden family of crooks, the truth will come out. And only the blindest of the blind will not see the truth. As much as I see it, there are still minions standing behind Joe as he tells lies from his hand held microphone smiling and completely clueless of this man’s corruption. How can they not see?

What people make accusations without evidence? The dems do, that is why they say “without evidence” when accusations are coming their way. And like always every MSM outlet uses the same two words “without evidence”. Propaganda for the masses. Only the masses aren’t there anymore. They never were. It will be a big scramble to update the vote counting machines if ole Joe is not the candidate.

There will be no impeachment of Joe Biden as long as the Democrats have a shaky majority in the senate. Not one Democrat senator will put the good of the country above the good of the party.

Will someone please explain that to Mitt Romney so he can shut up and stop trying to keep himself in the limelight. He announced that he is retiring so he should be stepping aside from getting involved with anything since anything he says that agrees with the Democrats is only making himself look more foolish.

We are wasting our time and tax dollars trying to pursue President Biden’s impeachment. The judithial system is corrupt and bias. They will see that the impeachment process fails or until Joe Biden is dead. We need him to run again and lose. He will use up election resources that could go to a better candidate like Kennedy. Americans would do well to forget about Biden and elect a strong republican.

This is all a huge waste of time and money even though anyone with half a brain knows it is all true. The House can impeach Biden twice a day from here to eternity and nothing will happen. The impeachment trial takes place in the Senate. Think of the House like the DA bringing the charges and the Senate as the Courtroom with judge and jury. Democrats control the Senate so it is a moot point. Expecting or hoping democrats will police their own is like hoping you can learn to breath water when you are drowning in the open ocean. Ain’t gonna happen.
Now there is a possibility that…..
If and it is a big IF the republicans can maintain their majority in the house and IF they can manage to gain enough seats in the senate to take control in the 2024 election, and IF Biden wins reelection, I know, that’s a lot of big IFS there. Then maybe it could happen, and that is a REALLY BIG “MAYBE IT COULD” also. I say could because you have RINOs like Mitch McConnell and Mitt Romney and others who could very easily be persuaded to vote not to convict Biden. All of this is a very long shot though. So I still stand by my earlier sentiment of Ain’t gonna happen and a waste of time and money.
Republicans are great at going out on a date with you and seeming to have a really good time, then leaving you on the stoop at the end of the evening still hoping for a good night kiss when they close the door in your face.
