Hunter Biden Asks Judge to Dismiss His Laptop Case Against Ex-Trump Aide, Citing Financial Woes

Former first son Hunter Biden is asking a judge to dismiss his lawsuit against a former Trump aide over the publication of private emails and images from his laptop, claiming he is too broke to continue the case.

In documents filed in a federal court in California late Wednesday, Biden’s attorneys urged U.S. District Judge Hernan D. Vera to dismiss the 2023 lawsuit filed against Garrett Ziegler, who was an aide to President Trump in his first term. They said Biden “has suffered a significant downturn in his income and has significant debt in the millions of dollars range,” according to NBC News.

“I am requesting to dismiss this action because I do not have the financial resources to continue litigating this case,” Biden wrote in the request.

Biden alleged in his suit that Ziegler in his alleged role in the publication of over 128,000 emails attributed to Biden broken state and federal laws.

Ziegler has denied wrongdoing.

Biden’s attorneys in the request for dismissal said their client, the son for former President Joe Bide, has had to use finances to cover his cost of living after the Palisades fire in Los Angeles County earlier this year made his rental home “unlivable for an extended period of time.”

They also claimed Biden was having a hard time finding work and a place to live recently.

Biden also said in the recent court filings that he did not get the paid speaking engagements and appearances that he expected from his artwork and memoir, and that he has not been able to sell his art or book as expected.

Biden said that he has only sold one piece of art for $36,000 after the lawsuit, compared to 27 pieces for an average of about $54,500 in the few years prior to the lawsuit. He also saw a drop in book sales, where he sold 3,100 copies of his book from April through September 2023, and just 1,100 in the six months after the lawsuit, NBC also reports.

This was funny when I heard it yesterday. So, Hunter’s ability to collect huge sums of money for doing essentially nothing anyone could identify as legitimate value for services rendered just happened to completely dry up as soon as daddy was no longer in a position to do “favors” for other foreign countries (China, Ukraine, Russia, etc.) and private companies (too many to list here) looking for “special deals”. Mmmm. Isn’t that an amazing coincidence? Not really. You could see this one coming from a mile away. I guess Jill, James and the other Bidens don’t want to share their take of Joe’s bribe money stash on financing Hunter’s little lawsuit.

Hey maybe Hunter will start a Go Fund Me page now, since his arty works aren’t selling anymore either. Yes, this was good for a laugh yesterday indeed.

What happened to family loyalty, doesn’t daddy Joe have a few houses he can live in or is he a house guest no one, not even family can tolerate. Guess when his dad left the WH, his financial future is less secure. Not to be sarcastic, but I have no sympathy for this grown man, the media chose to refer to him as the president’s son as if he was ten.

Looks to me like, after all he did to contribute all those funds to the Biden family’s bankrolls along with his daddy, they’ve apparently just going to kick him to the curb during his current financial condition. Couldn’t happen to a more deserving guy! What a useless individual and what a shallow family.

Woe is me…. I have ZERO sympathy for a man (child) who has extorted tons of money from Ukraine, China, etc.
I believe he was told to get a job when he was before the courts. I guess he can’t find one since his record speaks to his character.
Go live with Big Daddy! Maybe even slip into Dr. Jill’s room? God knows this man is a horrible human being, just like his father

Maybe the truth about his laptop is being exposed with this case. This could be his fear and he is using lack of money to close the case as an excuse. I’m sure Daddy would pay for it if there was benefit for the Biden crime family.

Doing the math if $54,500 was an average art piece sale, he could have brought in about $1.5M. What happened to all that money? Attorneys?! Why are wealthy people always “broke?”

Quick interpretation: The case was a disaster from day one, but Hunter doesn’t to pay Ziegler’s attorney fees. Therefore, he is claiming he is dropping the case due his lack of resources, so he won’t have to pay Ziegler’s attorney fees. Is he really broke or is he lying? I don’t know.

Hunter no longer has anything he can sell now that Joe is on the beach, or wherever he believes he is at the moment, and donors willing to buy junk art for a huge premium are regretting their purchases. His drug suppliers have had to find new customers. It must be lonely out there for Hunter. It’s tough when your big accomplishments are all behind you, your fortune has disappeared and no one wants to take your call. But hey, Daddy gave Hunter a big gift on his way to oblivion: a pardon for all of his crimes.

Poor baby, I hope he doesn’t expect anyone to feel sorry for him. In fact, that guy Ziegler should drag him back to court for bringing a capricious suit, or I’m sure they could something to throw at hunter.

Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. I bet he and good ol’ beijing joe were frequent fliers. Thinking he’s not going to find much sympathy from many. lol

Maybe he needs to try McDonald’s? Didn’t his father work at one? Or try city trash pick up? Or both. Try narrowing his budget down, he should earn enough for gas, insurance and food for at least a week. I wonder if daddy would float him a loan or let him live in the garage with the Corvette?

Is any one feeling bad? Go ahead judge dismiss the case and make Hunter pay the court cost mr Ziegler has incurred to date plus damages. Plus a verdict of not guilty for Mr Ziegler. That the suit was frivolous and should never have been brought. The reason Hunter brought the suit was to extort money from Mr Ziegler to make Hunters lifestyle and drug use possible. All the cases against Trump should be dismissed as well. If Hunter gets away with fake lawsuits, president Trump has an even better reason for the charges be dismissed. Because they were made up by the DOJ. Disgusting how low the dems have sunk. And they don’t care they are destroying the country in the process.
