Bohemia, NY – AMAC’s Medicare Advisory Service will host a free educational webinar designed to help Medicare beneficiaries better understand one of the most misunderstood aspects of Medicare—dental coverage.
The webinar, “Medicare and Dental: What’s Covered, What’s Not, and Why it Matters,” will take place on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 12:00 – 1:00 pm Eastern Time (US & Canada).
Many are surprised to learn that Original Medicare offers very limited dental benefits. During this informative session, attendees will gain a better understanding of what services may be covered, how Medicare Advantage plans factor in, and what alternative options exist to help manage dental care costs.
“Dental coverage is one of the most common areas of confusion for Medicare beneficiaries,” says Carl F. Hohsfield Jr., Vice President of Sales at AMAC. “This webinar is designed to provide straightforward answers and help individuals make informed decisions about their healthcare and financial planning.”
During the webinar, attendees will learn about:
- What dental services, if any, are covered under Original Medicare
- How Medicare Advantage plans factor in
- Common misconceptions about Medicare and dental care
The session includes a live Q&A segment, where attendees can have their most pressing questions addressed by Medicare experts. Registration for the webinar is free.

We have just received the second highest rate increase in Medicare’s History ,so be happy , while our Government gives us a Free Colonoscopy .
Years ago I had a Medicare Advantage plan that would advertise dental coverage. The plan provided a list of dental providers, however I was unable to find one DDS that was excepting new patients. Consumer coverage was limited to the advertising so as to get new Advantage patients. Buyer beware.
Tell us about dental coverage not part of your Medicare Advantage policy.
For those of us who miss the webinars it’d be nice to be able to watch the videos at our own convenience. Is this a possibility, or do you already provide them and I’m not aware? Thank you.
Dentistery is a SCAM! Everybody needs it, but nobody can afford it. Life has become to expensive to live.
