AMAC Action resolutely believes in the Constitution of the United States of America as the supreme law of the land, a timeless and ultimate guide to the conduct and course of our nation under God. The Constitution not only charts the path into the future for our country, but it codifies rights granted by God that every citizen may exercise via their individual liberty. We vehemently support our rights to free speech and exercise of religious faith, and the protection of our right to bear arms to defend ourselves from crime and tyranny. We support the rule of law, and that the law can be amended when it is appropriate to do so.

The Social Security Trust Fund's insolvency is looming. AMAC Action has been on the frontlines pressuring Congress to enact legislation to guarantee the solvency and benefits of Social Security without increases in the payroll tax. AMAC's Social Security Guarantee model legislation is key in this effort. In addition, we support state and federal efforts to reduce or eliminate the taxing of Social Security benefits.

AMAC Action is working to return the impetus of healthcare to the physician-patient relationship and empower patients through choice, transparency, and free-market competition. Our efforts include stopping federal price-fixing of prescription drugs, reducing costs by exposing anticompetitive business practices of healthcare middlemen, stopping the Medicare-for-all scheme, promoting hospital price transparency, and passing AMAC's HEALTH Act to increase access to quality healthcare.

AMAC Action is fighting to stop out-of-control spending by the federal government, reduce the national debt, end excessive taxation, and stop intrusive regulations through common-sense approaches. We believe our citizenry is obliged only to pay for the core functions of government, that government spending should be commensurate with the same, and that increasing our national debt is unnecessary. We support moving away from annual deficit spending to a balanced federal budget.

Free and fair elections are critical to a sovereign nation. It should be easy to vote and hard to cheat. AMAC Action fights to strengthen the integrity of our elections through common-sense state legislation, blocking federal election takeover efforts, protecting vulnerable voters, encouraging citizens to become involved in the election process, requiring proof of citizenship and identification to vote, and opposing ranked choice voting.

As made clear in the Declaration of Independence, our founders recognized that all people are created equal. AMAC Action believes there exists no strata of race or sex, and the color of one's skin does not designate individuals as oppressors or oppressed. We believe in equality of opportunity, not outcome. Critical Race Theory has no place in our education system, communities, or businesses.

The right to life is not only granted by God but codified in our Declaration of Independence. AMAC fights to protect the most vulnerable and defends the sanctity of life from conception to natural death. Supporting and preserving a precious human life is essential, vital, and a moral imperative. Tax dollars should never be used for the practice of abortion.

America remains strong when its people define and protect what makes our nation unique. AMAC Action supports secure borders and a legal immigration process that welcomes those who seek to become part of our great country. Inspired by the words on the Statue of Liberty, we believe in a legal path to citizenship. Securing our borders — physical, political, and cultural — is essential to preserving our sovereignty and values.
