The Wisconsin state Supreme Court on Tuesday suspended a Milwaukee judge who has been accused of allegedly helping an illegal migrant evade an immigration arrest.
Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI late last week on obstruction charges, after she allegedly helped Eduardo Flores Ruiz evade arrest by “intentionally [misdirecting] federal agents away from the subject.”
FBI Director Kash Patel said at the time that Flores Ruiz was also arrested.
The state Supreme Court said that the suspension was in the best interest of the public, because Dugan has been charged with two federal crimes, according to the Associated Press.
Dugan has been charged with concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest, and obstructing or impeding a proceeding.

Well duh!!! That is exactly what is supposed to happen when a judge is charged with a federal crime pending the outcome of a trial. Same for any other public official in law enforcement. So, congrats for the state Supreme Court for doing the bare minimum in this case. Of course, Judge Dugan is already saying she kind of regrets her actions, while at the same time saying she did nothing wrong. Another Democrat trying to have it both ways when caught in the act.
Would this be not comparable to incompetent unable surgeon allowed to practice his craft and hurt people? Every single one of the judges of her type should be stripped of the robe and not ever allowed to put it on again.
Any Judge or Lawyer convicted of such crimes should be disbarred from ever practicing law again and go to jail!
She obviously [along with many, many other lawyers] did not take the oath she took to uphold the Constitution and the Laws of the United States very seriously. Every lawyer takes such an oath when they are admitted to the bar. Obviously there is a hidden clause which allows left leaning judges and attorneys to opt out of adhering to and supporting our Nation’s laws. Venezuela and Cuba are looking for lawyers like this “judge” and her crew of oath breakers.
The judges, attorneys and politicians who helped these invaders of our country should all be deported with them.

The Attorney who was representing Flores should also be arrested, then disbarred. Dugan should be disbarred for life in every state in the US. Each should, along with Flores, see the inside of a Federal lock-up, for a significant length of time, in order to send the message to all who might consider similar actions.
The same democrats who preached “no one is above the law” now loudly protest in the streets against a judge arrested for acting as though she were above the law. You cannot make up the duplicity and hypocrisy of the left and the failing and fractured democrat party.
Arrested- go to prison, be disbarred and not receive any pensipn or retirement

What a shame, a Judge participating in this unlawful activity of impeding a lawful arrest. I do hope she does prison time; its the only way to send a message. For my life I cannot see why a person with this judge’s position would want to keep such a felon, especially an illegal alien, in our country and place him back on the streets to do more crime. Our law enforcement needs to be more like what the law did to the j-6 protestors.And most of them did zero to deserve such mistreatment, IMO.

We need to remove federal employees, including judges, for obstructing the public interest. Over half the vote went to Trump – let him do his job. The other half are destructionists who have nothing to bring to the table to make Americans’ lives better, clean up waste and fraud, and aid efficiency. All of these items are wasteful, raise taxes, and deprive many of essential services taxpayers provide to many.

She broke multiple laws, which were witnessed by the general public, and she violated her oath of judicial office as well as the oath she took when she passed the bar. That alone should trigger her disbarment, so why hasn’t the process been started???

All I keep thinking is that any group of people who aid and abet illegal aliens because they think they are going to get more votes, is a party that no one should vote for. Make an example of her. She, and others like her have no right to be a Judge. While she might have a desire to defend and protect a criminal on a personal level, that does not carry over to her duties as a Judge, (which is entirely different from being a Lawyer). She should be removed as a Judge, pay the piper for breaking the law, then, if allowed, be a immigration lawyer since that is where her passion obviously lies. I hope that she has just been misguided, maybe even brainwashed by the Leftist ideology and hopefully has now been taught that there are consequences to that nonsense. What a shame the way people act in this country. She is not above the law no matter if she is a judge or not and for those sticking up for her they are just as lawless as she is they have no rule of law in this country that is why we have all the crime in this country no one thinks they need to have laws. What this all comes down to is they hate President Trump and think that everything President Trump does is wrong no matter what he does.

A Judge that makes me ashamed of saying I am a born and raised citizen Now here 45 minute drive away to Milwaukee. Imho I find it way to lenient on what she did, especially in front of the whole world. I believe that Judge Dugan should set president for being the first in a robe to be arrested while, knowingly she was breaking the law especially for an illegal immigrant. What’s worse an illegal or an oath taker who over looks breaking the law herself No one is above the LAW!! One gets for sure deported, and one should be disbarred as well as serving 5 years in prison term along with no parole .
