At age 51, Debi underwent a total hip replacement after her hip collapsed from osteoporosis. That experience transformed her life and led her to develop a powerful, lifestyle-based approach to rebuilding bone health through movement, gut health, and daily habits.

Such a worthy effort. My own experience is that many my age simply eat convenience foods. those who need not be chopped or peeled. Also prepared meals. No other food beats fresh/frozen fruits and veggies. With full fat dairy.
