House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said Monday his committee has received information showing the United States’ Census Bureau in 2020 miscalculated the number of Americans in a way that cost Republicans multiple House seats.
Comer claimed the basic count was biased against Republicans because the bureau made estimations instead of doing a physical count during the COVID-19 pandemic, and estimated high in Democratic areas like major cities and underestimated in suburban areas known to be more friendly to Republicans.
“The basic count was miscounted grossly in the last census, to the tune of costing the Republicans anywhere from four to five congressional seat,” Comer said on the “Just The News, No Noise” TV show. “The fact that we lost [is] because the Census Bureau was biased. If you go back to when the census was taken, the last time it was during COVID, no one knocked on anybody’s doors because of COVID. So they ended up estimating.
“They overestimated Democrats in the Democratic areas, which are the urban, rundown communities across America, and they undercounted all the suburban areas, which are the Republicans [fastest] growing areas,” he added.
Comer said California, New York, and Rhode Island should have lost more House seats than they did, and that Florida and Texas should have gained at least one new member of Congress because of an exodus during the pandemic.
“This was a census that really messed up, and it erred on the side of Democrats and against Republicans, and I hope that that mistake is not made again,” Comer said. “Now we’ve got a one-vote majority in the House of Representatives. If we had a five-vote majority, where we didn’t have to worry that much about Thomas Massie, then we would have probably been able to have passed a lot more of President Trump’s agenda.”
Comer said he is committed to making sure the next census count is more accurate, so inaccurate reporting by the bureau is not done again.
“You know, the whole issue of whether you count illegals or not, that’s a whole other issue,” he said. “What we’re focused on, I’m focusing on is making sure we get an accurate count, because that will be a significant improvement … Just get an accurate count. We didn’t have that the last time, and it was off by a lot.”

So, let’s do a new and correct census to get things right. Of course, the “DONKEY” party will fight it all the way since they would lose their advantage in the count. If not corrected now, the “DONKEY” will make the necessary changes to remain in power as demonstrated in the Commonwealth of Virginia by their lying Governor S(nake).
WE need to re-do the census before the ’28 elections. The M.O. of Democrats is to cheat their way into the WH once again. They play dirty so we need to take the offensive and do the job in every way we can before then.

Covid was no accident! Just look at the timing of it and how it helped the Democrats cheat at many things.
Look at who was behind Covid, a Democrat by the name of Fauci, and the red Chinese, a sworn enemy of this nation.
No, Covid was no accident! And yet nothing is being done about it except Trump and his efforts toward clean elections.
And look who is opposing those efforts.The Democrats! There is no need to ask why they oppose Trump’s efforts. It is as obvious as the noses on their faces.
Anyone who votes for a Democrat is an enemy of the people of this nation. Because the Democrats are enemies of the people of this nation and all it stands for.

I don’t understand why a new Census isn’t being taken right now. I the past the the Bureau of the Census has done a “5 year” census. In addition, if the census records for 2000 are as detailed as they where in the last century. The Bureau should have enough data to “weed out” illegal aliens” and other non-citizens and issue a revised Census that is not based on estimates.
Everyone involved in the publishing of the 2000 Ceunsus should have been fired for incompetence.
Of course this happened. Because of our corrupt judges, many states who wanted to re-district were stopped. Again, the radicals know they would not win if the voting process was fair. The GOP is not standing up for our Constitution and simply standing back and “living with” the knowledge that the radicals always cheat and lie.
No, Mr. Comer. We can do more than one thing at a time. We can do many things simultaneously. We are many. We can get an accurate count AND eliminate illegal aliens FROM that count. AND, we can do it right away. The issue is LEADERS. We need people who KNOW what HAS TO BE DONE to TELL people to DO those things, and not other things.
If the issue of identifying illegals and preventing them from ending up on the census is too much for you to handle by yourself while you’re focused on getting an accurate count, accept that, and delegate it. But don’t tell us we have to wait. You are a LEADER. LEAD. Send me an email and tell me what you want me to do. I am happy to help. I can compare lists check people off, I can call people, I can stuff envelopes, I can do pretty much any busy work you’ve got and more. Tell me what you want done and I’ll figure it out. Just lead. Delegate.
If the Dems don’t want us to do a new Census we could go back to the old Pre-Covid one!
