Trump

WASHINGTON, DC, Sep 9 — President Trump is not likely to declare a run for re-election in 2024 anytime soon, but polls show that it’s becoming more and more likely that he will run and that he is in a position to win the nomination and the presidency. The polls show that the Biden-Harris ticket has been losing independent support and that even some Democrats have become disillusioned with their performance.

In contrast, surveys show that Donald Trump has 67% to 70% support among Republican voters. A straw poll of 3,200 participants at the Dallas Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in July showed that 70% of them wanted to see a Trump ticket in 2024. And just last week, Emerson College reported that a survey they conducted showed that 67% of Republican voters back him for 2024.

Meanwhile, a new Marist poll found that President Biden’s approval rating among independents has dropped ten points from 46% to 36% and a Washington Post-ABC survey showed that 57% of independents disapprove of the job Biden is doing.

And, as CBS News put it: “He takes a big hit among independents. They’d given him positive marks in July, but now, more than half disapprove of how he’s handling both withdrawing from Afghanistan and his job overall. His overall approval is down within his own Democratic Party — it’s still high in the 80s but off its highs in the 90s. And while he had enjoyed a bit of Republican approval through the summer, that has dropped.”

The 78-year-old president will be an octogenarian in 2024, and some say it’s unlikely that he and Kamala Harris will run for office again. However, Biden announced at a news conference in March that both he and Harris will be on the Democratic ticket in ’24, according to the Associated Press. It’s early days, and that can change in the coming months. But should Biden decide to call it quits, the selection of Democratic candidates will come into question.

As for Donald Trump’s future political plans, he’s not ready to make an announcement until after the 2022 mid-term elections. But his political adviser, Jason Miller, told Politico the chances he will run are “between 99 and 100%.” And “a recent Emerson College poll showed Trump defeating Biden in a 2024 rematch of last year’s election. Trump was favored by 47% of respondents, while 46% chose Biden,” according to Politico.

A new issue of Newsweek magazine reports that 49% of voters disapprove of Biden’s presidency. The report notes that it mirrors Bill Clinton’s rating at the same point of his presidency and is worse than President Obama’s rating in 2009. The result: Clinton lost 54 House seats, and Obama lost 63.

The report quotes an unnamed statistical analyst who says that the party has no margin for error because of their razor-thin eight-seat majority in the House. He went on to say that in order for Democrats to be competitive in the midterms, Biden needs an approval rating of 51% or more. The strategist says that Democrats will lose both the House and the Senate an approval rating at 49% or less.

Political analysts Douglas Schoen and Carly Cooperman co-authored an Opinion Article published online by The Hill. In it, they concluded that “The recent decline in support for President Biden and his administration likely means that the Democratic Party will lose control of the House and potentially the Senate in 2022 — and makes it increasingly likely that Biden will be a one-term president.”

Schoen and Cooperman identified the economy, immigration, the pandemic, and Afghanistan as key issues that can hobble the president and the Democratic party in the coming months.

They note that 53% of registered voters disapprove of Biden’s handling of the economy; just 39 percent approve, and that 63 percent see Democrats as being “irresponsible and reckless” when it comes to spending,

“Democrats also trail Republicans on immigration, as migrant encounters at the southern border soared to record highs in July. Indeed, our poll finds that voters trust Republicans (46 percent) more than Democrats (37 percent) to address immigration.”

Their Op-Ed goes on to note that Biden had a 69% approval rating for its handling of the COVID pandemic back in April, but it has dropped by 16% in the meantime to 53%.

“All that said, Biden’s greatest failure as of late is arguably his handling of the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan. Our poll finds that voters largely disapprove (56% to 35%) of the way the withdrawal is occurring. And of those who disapprove, a majority (58%) blame Biden rather than President Trump (12 percent).”

Donald J. Trump is highly qualified to be POTUS once again. He proved his worth during his first term by assembling the best Cabinet since Ronald Reagan. And, by achieving significant international and domestic success against formidable resistance from Democrats and RInos. I hope he runs again. He would have my support. I also hope his very sharp edges have softened a wee bit.

Poll numbers, oh how I hate poll numbers…Poll numbers are about as useful as t**s on a boar hog…Speaking of poll numbers, we all know how they worked out in the 2016 election, don’t we?
The word is the Trump win in 2016 was a military win because the once rogue NSA was brought under control after what Obama & Brennan did to it…The NSA made 2016 an honest election by preventing the HRC steal that all but sealed the deal for her to win, hence the poll numbers that gave her a 80% chance of winning, sound familiar? Look no further than the 2020 presidential election, however this time Trump & the military allowed it to happen & allowed Biden to steal it…
This article does NOT even broach this subject, so only time will tell what actually happens long before 2022 ever gets here…
God bless America,
Bill on the Hill… :~)

Polls are notoriously unreliable, especially this far out from either the midterms or the 2024 Presidential race. That said, I would agree that even a lot of the Never Trumpers out there must be rueing their decision to either stay home last year or vote for Joe Biden, because they were upset with some of Trump’s tweets. Then again, I may be wrong. Maybe that portion of the so-called Republican voter base thinks all the problems that the Biden administration has created since being sworn in to office is an acceptable trade-off in their minds to President Trump’s tweets. After all, they choose style or the perceived style Biden supposedly would bring to the office over the substance of what President Trump actually delivered in spades.

Which would you rather really have? Energy independence, a greatly secured southern border, 4 peace and economic agreements between Israel and its neighbors, a contained North Korea and Iran, NATO finally paying their obligated financial share of the cost of defending them, etc. or the United States now begging OPEC to pump more oil, because we shutdown construction of a major pipeline, stopped all energy production on federal lands and suspending all permitting for future pipelines, a wide open southern border importing in 2,000,000 illegals annually (25 percent with Covid and being shipped all around the country), rapidly rising inflation across the board, the most epic military and diplomatic blunder in Afghanistan and the rise of a now incredibly well-armed Taliban, ISIS, and al Qaeda, that has cost us the respect of most of our allies, and an increasingly open and hostile China, Russia, Iran and North Korea?

I would really like to hear from some of the Never Trumpers that regularly comment on this site as to whether you truly think your decision to either stay home last year or vote for Biden has worked out as you expected. Be honest. Are you still happy with your choice or do you now regret it in hindsight?

This is a major test: are there enough voters wise enough to see what is good for our country who will vote? We need more than any margin of error. What is clear is that the left is not considering any coming together or any compromise. Their noses are in the air. Arrogance and determination is all they project. If mutual respect is what it takes, we are out of luck.

I’m sorry to say I do not share the same optimism. I am still reeling on how Joe Biden, an unlikeable, notorious, uncharismatic individual, a man who couldn’t even pull crowds the likes of Donald Trump’s during his campaign, could end up winning the presidency with an unprecedented number of votes. There is zero doubt in my mind that the Democrats blatantly and shamelessly cheated in the 2020 elections.

The Democrats fully realize that their agenda is so depraved and insane to a great majority of Americans that they have to cheat at ALL costs. I am also very disappointed by the lack of impetus to eliminate all possibilities of cheating in future elections.

America will never recover from the current threats to national security, individual freedom and sovereignty until the feudal cartel of the Beltway Establishment is eliminated. Since 1964, the Congressional incumbent re-election rates have been 82% in the House and 96% in the Senate. That is political incest and the antithesis of a healthy viable democratic republic. BOTH PARTIES are guilty of perpetrating and protecting the system that ensures “team player” career politicos will remain in office indefinitely and ultimately leave both wealthy and influential. Statesmen and women whose first allegiance is to the Constitution and their constituents are not welcome to remain inside the enclaves of the Beltway country club. Don’t believe it? Ask Donald Trump, Zell Miller and Joe Manchin…..

“Can Donald Trump and The GOP Reclaim The Senate, The House, and The Presidency?”
It doesn’t matter WHAT the pollsters say. Because Trump and many GOP candidates DID WIN in 2020. As long as the Democrats own the voting process and the machines. Neither the vote, or the will of the American voter make absolutely no difference.

Until Republicans can recover a fair and honest vote. Or, pay more money than the democrats to fix the vote, they will stay on the outside looking in.

YES WE CAN !!!! If we have free and fair elections with voter I.D. and closely monitored, by both parties, and in my opinion we need to do away with mail -in-voting and only vote by mail-in-voting for true absentee or in the case of a disabled person. If you care enough to vote you should have to put forth the effort. WAY, WAY to much fraud in the 2020 election.
God Bless and Save America !

Without reading the article my answer to the headline question is YES, but if and only if the elections are honest. The Democrats are doing everything possible to insure the doors to fraud that have existed for years and were made much worse in 2020 remain open forever. In general, liberals are far more dishonest than conservatives and will engage in any fraudulent activity to achieve their agenda. For them the ends really do justify the means. So if elections are honest, the right should win in 2022 and again in 2024 since the Biden admin and the Democrats have been a tax and spend disaster. But if Democrats get the election changes they are promoting which destroy any hope of integrity, the right may never win another election.

I don’t know if it’s just a rumor but I read an article on a conservative site that said Melania is not interested in a second term as First Lady.
Who can blame her?
If it’s true, then I would wish President Trump (I refuse to call Biden my President!) would endorse another strong Christian conservative candidate and that voters would get behind and support whoever Trump supports.
Trump will always be leading the Christian Conservative/True Republicans whether he’s in the oval office or not.

“Can Donald Trump and The GOP Reclaim The Senate, The House, and The Presidency?”
Yes, and in ANOTHER massive tsunami, IF…IF the leftists are not allowed to cheat again. The election fraud could NOT have been more blatant and in-our-faces as it was in 2020, yet NOBODY – CONSERVATIVES OR ANYBODY ELSE – called them on it. The so-called ” Supreme Court,” the lesser courts and judges, the so-called Republican Party – need I go on… sat back and let it happen. LET IT HAPPEN! It will happen AGAIN, you CAN count on it. Will ANYONE have the balls the remove the leftists usurpers from office this time? The ONLY thing leftists respond to is pain, blood (theirs) and death; words and documents are nothing but a joke to them.
Have you ever seen a leftist (i.e. communist/socialist/fascist, etc.) usurpation of a government overcome with anything but force? How about Cuba/N. Korea/Russia/Red China/South America/Australia/Europe… yes – S. America/Australia/Europe… ALL leftist-controlled for decades, over 10-decades for Russia…
We haven’t had a fair election at least since Barry Soetoro was twice-installed, and I’ll go so far as to say every Democrat-“won” presidential election since Wilson was stolen, and for sure since Kennedy. I’m not holding my breath that America will EVER escape the grasp of the leftists regardless how much we want it, not without revolution… the leftists with the help of RINO’s will guarantee that.

Republicans must win back House & Senate in 2022 in order to save this country from path it is headed today. Trump did not act Presidential in his last 2-months in office & should not run for POTUS again. He is up in years & should retire from this & train/turn over the reins to some of the younger Republicans.

I know I keep bringing this up but in the Prophetic book of Revelations, the scripture that states that the nation once blessed by God will become as Sodom and Gomorrah.
We are here!! The entire purpose of the demons destroying the very fabric of moral decency and ‘righteous’ judgement of humanity created by God, is to rid themselves of any and every aspect of Godliness in our society. They are the enemies of God, period! They are fools of the first order without any common sense whatsoever! Like the Holy Scripture states,
‘They have no understanding of the things of the Spirit of God because they are spiritually discerned.’
Trying to kill God as we well know is nothing new. Jesus even mentions throughout scripture that ‘they’ will hate us because they first hated Him.’ If our hearts are right with Him, ‘in Him we only have hope.’
They do not, unless God in His ‘endless’ mercy will draw them to Him, otherwise they will burn for eternity.
The fact that the last election was ‘allowed’ to be stolen by most in our government, seems the fate of this country is being sealed. We are to trust no one, according to God, and we certainly cannot trust that those remaining in positions of power will make things right, things have been wrong for so long. God is merciful but He is also to be greatly feared.

I am amazed at the number of commenters pushing Trump to the forefront. Trumps final actions are the reason we are in trouble today. His endless complaints of election fraud, blustering over everything, constant volcanic tweets, etc. He will be a drag on the Republican party. As info, I supported his policies but not the man. He is a bully and not suited to the job of president of the US. We need younger but experienced candidates.

Mr Hiden should be impeached. He has broken the law in regards to SCOTUS and the renters, he is not protecting the USA because we no longer have a southern border, My money pays for the imigrants transportation to whereever, for their meals and lodging, they are not vetted and so we have an outbreak of crime, he has caused imflation with all his crasy spending, I am 83 and have turned down two prescriptions due to their cost, new jobs are down, we are no longer a leader in gas and oil, he has the odasity to ask if they could produce more oil, he gave Putin a list of 19 do not hack places, he can not speak clearly for ten minutes or so without bumbling and stumbling through his prepared speach, AND worst of all is his retreat from the taleban and leaving Americans behind. While I do think Trump did a great amount to restore this nation, his methods resound as we have to deal with all the flak and backlash from the left. I feel Mr. Trump has passed his point in history…and men like DeSantis are our best point of contact….providing they do not cave to the old order and end up republicans only, and not “constitutional republic ” promoters. The republican party is as convoluted as the democratic party, with the same kind of cronies and money mongers under a different title name sake. My trust in “party-line” thinking is nill. My own reps know I won’t vote for them just because it says “republican” behind their name….they will have to “earn” my vote….or it goes elsewhere. Pres. Trump would be a strong source of support, an excellent advisor, and a man who can be a part of implementation of change, real change. But, if his tactics, demeanor and approach are not different than his last term….I’m not sure where this nation might end going. The real issue is not so much as who is president, but who is in congress….and what they do or don’t do carries far more weight. So far, I have seen only a small number of members of congress, the house and senate, who bring sincere word and work to their respective offices…the newest of our conservative reps will be the key here….and they, in light of the convoluted system we now have, they will have a very hard row to hoe.
….new blood, new hearts, new minds……that’s what is needed…..”same old-same old” will not be the ticket. I still find that three things must be accomplished to make this nation what it is supposed to be..

  1. balanced budget…by law. Period. 2. Term limits on all elected seats in congress. 3. Strict adherance to the Constitution. Anything less puts us back on the track to the abyss.

Trump and DeSantis would be a great choice to lead our nation. Trump may be getting older but he is Red White & Blue all the way through. His actions that have helped our great country are well documented. For the Commies on the left, I support the notion that anyone buying votes and or falsifying votes and outright lying to the American public should be immediately arrested, given a quick trial and then immediately executed. Those politicians stealing taxpayer money or taking bribes from other countries, the same applies. I am sick of these crooks.

Trump may win the Republican primary but he will never win the presidency. I vote for a person based on their policies not personality; but many democrats and many independents do not vote policy but vote personality and Trump’s personality is offensive to many. When the people elected Trump, the elites and the bureaucracy decided that free speech and free elections were too dangerous in the future. When the unionized election workers in most major cities have indoctrinated to hate and fear conservatives, how can we expect these workers to not rerun a ballot once in a while that they agree with or damage a ballot that conflicts with their beliefs?. How can we trust the bureaucrats to report the real vote counts? I site as evidence that continued control of Chicago City government, when the quality of life has been destroyed. In some elections, the press has noted that more votes were cast in certain Chicago districts, than there were registered voters.

He has turned off a lot of folks with his abrasive personality which worked well in the board room but not so much as a President. Obama did nothing worthwhile but smooth talked and smiled a million dollar smile that got him elected twice. Trump has gained among Independents but he has lost within his party and most Democrats are far too brainwashed to switch votes to Republican.

Not sure why this is even being discussed. The 2020 election was clearly fraudulent: they cheated. And, it was Pelosi’s blind hatred for Donald Trump that moved her to orchestrate it. If anyone thinks the next federal election will be fair, they’re delusional. The People’s House is no longer a place for representation. It has become, (more than ever), a power brokerage with many international players with BIG money. . .including CCP. Whatever polls you read about or embrace are pure bullshit. It does not matter. Democrats WILL cheat to pack the Supreme court just like they cheated in the 2020 presidential election. America is on borrowed time.

I saw this posting in the comments section of several Fox News site articles. It
provides an excellent solution to get rid of the Biden bunch.

Posted by FlipItNow
We must cancel Biden’s replacement insurance scheme, Harris and Pelosi are possibly
even worse replacements for Senile Traitorous Joe. First, at least 5 house members
need to be convinced to flip from Democrat to Republican. Then a new Republican
House Speaker can be selected, so that Nancy can’t become President when Biden & Harris
are out of power. The Senate only needs 1 to flip to Republican to regain the majority.
The most convincing argument for the moderate and patriotic senators and house members
is simply we must SAVE THE NATION, the second is their own political survival. Once
they have flipped to Republican, Chuck and Nancy can no longer threaten to cut off their
re-election funding. The more who flip the better, since there is safety in numbers
once the media fire storm ignites.

Finally, Biden & Harris need to be convinced to resign and save some of their reputation
or face impeachment and go down in history as the worst ever. Per the Constitution,
the newly elected Republican House Speaker now becomes President.

FlipItNow makes an excellent point, CAN THE NATION WAIT for the November 2022 & 2024
elections. How much more damage from the Biden administration can the nation endure
until then, we must SAVE THE NATION BY FLIPPING IT NOW!
