I have my plan through Good Sam Road Side Assistance. We have an RV, and their plan covers towing of our 5th wheel if we break down. Do you have anything for RVer’s.

Gary H Nabinger

If my truck breaks down 50 miles from home, under the broad plan can i have it towed to my home mechanic or will it only be covered to have it towed to the nearest qualified shop?

Wayne Pennington

How does this compare to AAA’s Premier plan??

M Mosher

Does AMAC cover the state of Vermont for roadside assistance? We’re thinking of changing to AMAC from another company, but weren’t sure what states were covered by your plan?

Frank E Martin

I have a motorcycle as well as two cars – do you also tow motorcycles if necessary?

Ronald Katzenberg

Really makes no sense that AMAC is for Mature Adults and does not cover RV’s. Isn’t that one of the few things many mature adults enjoy. What a joke.

Jimmie Fender

Well I see that you DO NOT cover motorcycle’s and you do not like to answer questions!!! Why is that?

David Orth

I just signed up for the Elite Roadside Assistance but am covered by AAA Plus until 5/13/2020. Is it possible to delay coverage on the Elite Roadside Assistance plan until 5/13/2020 & make 5/13/2121 the auto renewal date?

Donald W Lunt

Are there cards for the Road Side service to carry with us? Also we travel often from Vegas to Palm springs there are some stretches on that trip where there are no gas stations for 100 miles What happens then if we are in a area that nothing exists for over 100 miles ?

Is there any deductible?

is there a warranty on repair of vehicle if suggested repair shop is used

Yenette Manley

Can I change my enrollment to my spouses name since I don’t drive any longer? I just renewed it on line today.

What good are you if you don’t answer any of peoples questions? Maybe I will just stay with the other group. Or maybe I just won’t go with any of you.

Nancy Cortese

Be careful if you are switching from AAA to AMAC roadside assistance. Their “broad” towing plan is NOT like AAA. We had an issue yesterday only 15 miles from our house and they REFUSED to tow us home. They said that they HAD to tow us to a certified mechanic and they only ones they had to select from were more 9 miles in the opposite direction from our house! I am cancelling because I definitely did not get the service I thought I purchased. I guess I had been spoiled by the quality of service I had with AAA Plus.

I apllied for and paid for roadside assistance but I have heard nothing from them. Can you please check on this. thank you

I am a new member. Is road side assistance part of membership or do you purchase it separately?

David Keesee

who provides roadside assistance and where are they available in each state?

Do I already have roadside?
