Three Scrumptious Last Minute Holiday Dips - Using Only 3 Ingredients Each!

Want to offer some tasty appetizers but short on time? Try these last-minute party dips that are perfect for the holidays. Not only are they economical and super easy to make, but they are also huge crowd-pleasers. Or spending time solo? Toss the popcorn and enjoy eating one or more of these dips while nestled on the couch to watch your favorite holiday movie.

Recipe #1 - Salsa Cheese Dip

(Serves 8)

Ingredients:

1 (8oz.) package of cream cheese, cut into squares

1 (8 oz.) bottle of salsa

1 (28 oz.) can of chili with beans


Directions:

Add the ingredients to your slow cooker. Cover. Heat on low for 2 to 3 hours, occasionally stirring, until cream cheese is melted through and cooked. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Top Tip: This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.Optional: top with grated cheddar cheese before serving.

Recipe #2 – Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

(Serves 8)

Ingredients:

1 (13 oz.) can quartered artichoke hearts, well-drained and finely chopped

1 (16 oz.) jar of Alfredo sauce

1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained*

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium-size bowl, gently mix the ingredients. Transfer to an 8” x 8” baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until the dip is cooked through and bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips. Top tip: Spinach can be drained using a cheesecloth, potato ricer, by hand, or by using a fine-mesh strainer and the back of a spoon. Optional: Sprinkle dip with grated parmesan before serving.

Recipe #3 – Easy Breezy Crab Dip

(Serves 8)

Ingredients:

1 (14 oz.) pkg. of imitation crab meat

1 cup real mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Seasoning blend

Directions:

Combine the ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish (optional, see below) and serve with buttery crackers.

Top tip: Garnish with chopped chives for added color and flavor before serving.
