fentanyl drugs and china flag

One of the most tragic consequences of the border crisis is the flood of fentanyl and other deadly drugs pouring into American communities. But while fentanyl might be coming into the United States from Mexico, much of the stuff ultimately originates in China – and may be part of an intentional effort by the Chinese Communist Party to destabilize American society.

According to a recent report from the bipartisan House Committee on Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party, the CCP has played a direct role in fueling America’s fentanyl crisis.

Generations of courageous American scholars and researchers have provided evidence that supports the conclusion that the Chinese Communist Party is the primary reason for the proliferation of narcotics in the U.S. and the West. The committee’s final document, which will serve as the primary source of this knowledge for future generations, vindicates their efforts. The report marks a historic event in the fight against drug proliferation.

As the report relays, fentanyl has heavily contributed to the record high number of overdose deaths in the United States – more than 112,000 in 2023 alone. “On average,” the report reads, “fentanyl kills over 200 Americans daily, the equivalent of a packed Boeing 737 crashing every single day. Fentanyl is the leading cause of death for Americans aged 18-45 and a leading cause in the historic drop in American life expectancy.”

Put another way, every 14 months more Americans are dying from fentanyl than the total number of Americans killed in all wars since 1945.

Fentanyl, which can poison someone just by coming into contact with their skin, is also killing toddlers and infants. As one local news outlet in Seattle recently reported, three children under 13 months old were rushed to the hospital over the span of just a few days after accidentally coming into contact with fentanyl. Fentanyl-laced pills, which are often produced to look like candy, are a growing problem for toddlers.

To learn more about how fentanyl and the products used to make fentanyl (called “fentanyl precursors”) make their way from China to Mexico before being smuggled into the U.S., the committee launched a thorough investigation into public PRC websites and PRC government documents. In total, that investigation collected “37,000 unique data points of PRC companies selling narcotics online through web scraping and data analytics, undercover communications with PRC drug trafficking companies, and consultations with experts in the public and private sectors.”

“The PRC [People’s Republic of China], under the leadership of the CCP, is the ultimate geographic source of America’s fentanyl crisis,” the House China committee concludes. Specifically, the CCP “directly subsidizes the manufacturing and export of illicit fentanyl materials and other synthetic narcotics through tax rebates”; “holds ownership interest in several PRC companies tied to drug trafficking”; “fails to prosecute fentanyl and precursor manufacturers”; and “allows the open sale of fentanyl precursors and other illicit materials on the extensively monitored and controlled PRC internet.”

The committee’s investigators found that 26 of 27 known Chinese vendors of fentanyl precursors that they reached out to responded almost immediately, indicating a well-funded and equipped operating network. Overall, subsidies provided by the CCP are estimated to have led to an increase of 10 to 20 times in sales of fentanyl and fentanyl precursors.

The report also makes clear that fentanyl has in effect become a chemical weapon that China is using against the United States. “The global illicit fentanyl trade has enriched the PRC itself, empowered its organized crime assets through lucrative money laundering, and offered PRC elites a means to move a certain amount of their capital abroad, thus diminishing the risk of their dissent,” the report reads. According to one treatise from leading CCP officials cited in the report, Chinese military leaders have discussed how “drug warfare” could be an effective weapon against the United States.

Lt. Col. Quán Chāngpǔ, who was involved in war planning against the United States and its allies under the order of the CCP Central Committee and defected to the West in the early 1990s, told me that the spike in fentanyl deaths in the United States is “all by design.”

“It was already planned in the 1990s,” he said. “The party firmly believes the historical laws of Leninist ideology dictate a need for confrontation that ends with the so-called final phase, that is, a full-scale attack on the capitalist, imperialist world… This war plans include an initial stage, with its objective to weaken U.S. society’s will to defend itself, and the narcotics deluge plays a crucial role.”

Lt. Col. Quán praised the House China committee report as “groundbreaking” for revealing “a part of the CCP’s U.S. strategy.” He emphasized that “every American patriot should read it,” stating that it contains “essential knowledge about China that many supposed experts are not disclosing.”

Another high-ranking CCP defector, who spoke to me on the condition of anonymity, said the flood of fentanyl is part of an “increased all-front offensive.”

“Your representatives finally say it in official documents: the culprit is the CCP, not an anonymous Chinese gang,” he said.

However, while exposing the CCP’s central role in the American fentanyl crisis is a positive and necessary development, taking steps to combat the threat is another matter entirely.

At the end of its report, the House China committee offers more than a dozen policy solutions to stop the flow of fentanyl into American communities. Noticeably missing, however, are robust measures to secure the U.S.-Mexico border, where most of the fentanyl comes from.

For that, it may take not just a change in policy, but a change in leadership.

President Xi of China is a very avid reader of history from everything I’ve read about him over the years. Especially as it pertains to China and how the West, specifically under how the British, utilized the Opium Wars to both exploit China and used the financial leverage gained to further the expansion of the British empire around the world. Think of China now exporting fentanyl around the world as Xi’s revenge for the Opium Wars and his means to weaken the West in preparation for China’s big push around the globe.

Many of President Xi’s past decisions have been based on that knowledge of history to gain advantage over the West, specifically the leaders of the western nations and particularly the United States which Xi views as China’s only real adversary left standing in the way of what Xi views as China’s rightful place as ruler of the world.

The only part of the above article I agree with is that for any meaningfully positive changes to occur, specifically in relation to fentanyl and China, will require a complete change of leadership throughout the entire Executive Branch. Right now, we as a country are a essentially a rudderless ship and the rest of the world knows it. Our current POTUS and his Cabinet re-enforce the view on a nearly daily basis. China has been engaged in a multi-pronged war with the West and in particular the United States for control of the world for the next 1,000 years since 1949. The West is treating China as a “competitor” and is constantly trying completely ineffectual means to try and reign in the CCP. That of course will continue to fail, because this is NOT about “policy” but rather power and the desire of China to ultimately rule the world. So, when we are ready to both acknowledge that reality and then adjust strategy and tactics appropriately, then we will make headway in ending the fentanyl threat. Until then, we are just pushing papers both figuratively and literally back and forth trying to appease an adversary that sees us as both weak and unserious.

Of course, the PRC is purposely poisoning hundreds of thousands of Americans, China has a long history of killing tens of millions of people to increase the power of the people in control at the top of the Chinese government. Makes no difference if the “little people” are Chinese or foreigners. Common folk are looked upon as worthless pawns who must be sacrificed for the good of the greater whole. The leaders of the PRC have no empathy for those who are not in power. Killing Americans or killing Chinese is all in “good sport” — as long as Xi and his evil goons get what they want.

Overall, blame is to be put on the current, inept administration for this drug problem and open borders, States that have “DEFUDED” their law enforcement only have themselves to blame for all disorder within their boundaries. Of course, with the “WEAPONIZATION” of the DOJ against “INNOCENT” citizens across the nation has led to the Non persecution of real crime and the release of criminals to commit more havoc and murder. The CCP is getting its wish for the destruction of our society.

I agree that drugs pouring across the border is a tragedy, but why is no one talking about the thousands of children being trafficked? Their lives are OVER. If the mainstream media actually reported on these two issues alone, Biden would be gone!!

Yep……back in the waning days of the Reagan Administration the big brains in the Federal Government decided that the way for America to go was to alter the backbone of the nation changing it from having an industrial base to a service based economy. Actually making things was “beneath” Americans it was thought, let the little yellow people and the little brown people get dirt under their nails while we vaunted Americans can just sit on our patios sipping Mai Tai’s while off our four to six hour days of white collar work with job titles made up out of whole cloth as in effect the nation began to do nothing for a living. So, whats this screed about? We are finding out nation swirling down the global bowl as we cannot compete with China and other industrialized nations. Our Treasury Secretary actually had the gall to fly to China to demand they stop being so………industrious. To cut back on their manufacturing. If not, then we would sanction them. Yellen is so stupid she cannot see how laughably ineffective we as a nation have become at issuing sanctions. Ask any happy Russian.
So….now, to put an even further evil face on the Chinese we are being told in effect that the Chinese government is sneaking into our homes and dropping Fentanyl tablets into the mouths of our innocent widdle children. No way the Fentanyl problem can be indicative of a failing social state where God is literally laughed at.
One day I hope people can get to a point like I did once as a child back when we had nuclear war drills in school when at that time having been constantly bombarded daily with propaganda telling everyone we must feat the evil Soviet Union. At first I followed the herd but one day I asked myself and even got into trouble asking my teacher, “what exactly has the USSR actually done to America or Americans? As hard as I looked and to this day I cannot think of a single thing. Its time we now look into the real problem with Fentanyl ingestion and its not China selling one of many chemicals used by the narco traffickers to make the drug but is our long corrupted social moral

Mr. Solis’ well-written article is well-supported by information that has been in the public domain for quite some time.
This is yet another wake-up call for an issue that President Trump was on top of when he was in office before the “phony ballot election of 2020”.
It’s interesting how, currently, there does not seem to be any counteracting force in play to stop this terrible and lethal fentynal epidemic… while “President” Biden fawns over President Xi.
It does lead me to wonder what piece of this action “President” Biden might be getting.

Biden doesn’t care because actionbrisks offending both the communist and druggie vote… or even the communist druggie vote. And every vote counts!
