As multiple cities suffer major unrest, initiated in 2020 and now driven by mass drug trafficking, overdoses, homelessness, and illegal alien impact on infrastructure and police, facts tell a story. Trump stabilizes, Democrats destabilize.
Fact: Democrat city Portland, Oregon, has one of the highest crime rates in the nation – all directly tied to enormous drug trafficking, abuse, and homelessness.
Fact: Oregon’s state and local law enforcement, eclipsed by local Democrats, is proving unable to manage the lawlessness, trafficking, abuse, and homelessness.
Fact: Oregon’s Democrat Governor, Tina Kotek, has power – under Title 32 – to mobilize the Oregon National Guard and stabilize the situation, but is not doing so.
Fact: Nationwide, the National Guard possesses extensive counter-narcotics training, equipment, and authority to support law enforcement and end the crime.
Fact: Requests for Governor Kotek to deploy Oregon’s National Guard to protect Portland’s fearful 653,000 citizens have been unavailing. She refuses to exercise her gubernatorial authority under Title 32 to deploy the Guard in support of police.
Fact: Oregon’s Republican House minority leader affirms Democrats are complicit. “State and local leaders have allowed violent mobs and domestic terrorists to assault federal law enforcement, destroy property, and interfere with…immigration services.” The city is spiraling, with shootings, overdoses, and fear.
Fact: On October 4, President Trump – using his Title 10 authority to deploy the National Guard – ordered the Oregon Guard to support local law enforcement.
Fact: On October 5, Oregon officials sued to stop this deployment, in effect arguing the crime, which has fundamentally changed the city, did not warrant presidential action, which elsewhere has been used selectively and to great effect.
Fact: The same day, a federal judge took more than half a million lives into her own hands, and overruled a president, issuing a temporary restraining order that blocked President Trump’s deployment of the Oregon Guard to save Portland lives.
Fact: That evening, President Trump – again using his Title 10 authority – moved to mobilize the California National Guard – and deploy them to assist Portland.
Fact: California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom – whose state was recently restabilized by National Guard mobilized by Trump – has sued to stop his state’s National Guard from being mobilized to help stabilize Oregon’s largest city.
Fact: Beyond National Guard deployments early in our republic and Civil War, six presidents have mobilized the National Guard 11 times since 1957, specifically bypassing governors to enforce civil rights and quell civil unrest, all successfully.
Fact: Democrats appear so locked into stopping anything this President does to help American citizens stay safe and preserve the rule of law that they are literally suing to further endanger their own citizens in order to beat Trump.
Questions: What has happened to Democrat leadership in this country? What has happened to caring about your people first? What has happened to deterring violence and restoring the rule of law? What has happened to rational, thoughtful, non-political attention to stopping violence, drug, and human trafficking, major crime?
Answer: In a way not seen in recent American history, not advised by anything like historical precedent, but instead politically or ideologically obsessed, Democrats are tilting wildly at things that overwhelming precedent does not support. As Trump stabilizes, well within his legal authority to do so, Democrats destabilize. What comes next?

RBC. the seeds for another Civil War are being sown. If local populace doesn’t wake up soon and vote in lawful change, the Democrat disease will continue to spread. This disease exists on both coasts of our nation, so the foundation is there for more turmoil.
You have to be a complete idiot to believe Democrats give a tinker’s damn about the U. S. citizen. They only care about destroying liberty and gaining absolute power. These tactics have been used by those desiring to get people to sacrifice their liberty to a strongman throughout recorded history, in order to gain security. Never works for the people, only the despots.
Does not matter what country in what part of the world communist got involved, chaos and blood shed followed. Never failed. That is the only tactic they have, violence and force. I don’t understand why and how they get away with spitting in the eye of the law and encouragement of lawlessness in this country.
