Marly Hornick — Founder and Chairman of Real America Vote

Ms. Marly Hornik is a constitutional, election law and civil rights advocacy expert, legal and policy strategist. Marly is a nationally recognized leader in election validity and civic engagement. She is the founder and Chairman of Real America Vote, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to a non-partisan effort to secure accurate, legally compliant, process-controlled auditable U.S. elections and educate the public on fundamental civil rights to legitimate representable government. As CEO, Ms. Hornik brings strategic leadership and operational direction to the organization’s national initiatives. Ms. Hornik was the founder and Executive Director of the New York Citizens Audit. (NYCA) Later, she co-founded and served as CEO of United Sovereign Americans, which expanded NYCA’s efforts across the country, organizing thousands of volunteers and citizens. She is widely regarded as an expert and educator in constitutional principles and federal election law and is known for translating complex legal and electoral concepts into accessible, actionable insights.
