This fall, Colorado voters will decide on a ballot initiative that would make significant changes to TABOR.

A passionate advocate for freedom and honest, accountable government, he served in the Colorado legislature. He was Vice President for Development at the Cato Institute in Washington D.C. He is a current member of the TABOR speaker’s Bureau.

Sheri Tuffield — AMAC Action Delegate, CO-05
Sheri Tuffield spent three decades working in news and communications in the Denver area. She began her career as a radio reporter and then worked for numerous television stations and a network news bureau, mostly as a writer and producer. She continued her career in corporate communications in both the telecommunications and animal welfare industries. Then for a completely different twist, she spent a decade managing a functional medicine practice before retiring to focus on her volunteer efforts.
Liz Veeder — AMAC Action Delegate CO-07
Liz Veeder has been active in local politics and various organizations since the 1980's. She was Jefferson County Vice Chair for two years. She has been an election judge for various elections for the last 20 years. Liz was on the city of Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreation Board for over 10 tens. For ten years Liz has been the captain of her Neighborhood Watch. As a retired Respiratory Therapist she enjoyed being an educator in home care, working at a Pulmonary Rehab for folks with lung disease and also in the hospital setting. Liz has been first been a member of AMAC since 2011, became a CO - 7 delegate for 5 years and then became the Chapter Leader for CO - 7 so she could have educational meetings and actually get to know some of the wonderful people in and out of her Congressional District.
Russ Cotten — AMAC Action Delegate CO-05
Twenty-five year veteran of the U.S. Army, followed by 15 years as a Defense Contractor in the Middle East (12 yrs Saudi Arabia; 3 yrs Afghanistan). Led corporate divisions in each country that taught Combat Medicine to indigenous troops. Retired and returned to the US in 2018, and engaged with AMAC as Colorado’s 5th Congressional District Delegate in 2019 and subsequently Chapter Leader in CO-05. Have currently served for the last 3 years in the Colorado GOP (El Paso County) as a Precinct leader and Bonus Member, and Senate District 9 as Vice Chair.
