What information do we collect?

When you enroll your membership on our site, or request an insurance quote, you will be asked to enter some, or all, of the following information; your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth and credit card information.

How do we protect your information?

AMAC, Inc. implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enroll on line.

These security measures include: password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely or PCI Scanning to actively protect our servers from hackers and other vulnerabilities.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

• AMAC, Inc. may share member information with trusted third parties who assist us in providing service to you, operating our APPs, and conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to protect the privacy of this information.
• We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of others.
• We may also share this information with third parties offering services or products that we believe would be of benefit to our members; you may elect to opt out of this provision by informing us of your desire to be excluded from such mailings.

AMAC may periodically mail you invitations to Town Hall meetings, Capitol Hill receptions, or other events or activities that we feel may be of interest to you as a member of our organization.

AMAC may mail notices when new discounts or benefits become available to our members.
