Roe v. Wade could quite possibly be reversed this year. The arguments in favor of reversal are powerful and gaining traction, essentially bringing old reasoning into greater focus and doubt both morally and legally. What then?

On the merits, a case entitled Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization was argued before the Supreme Court in December 2021. How this case is decided—likely in June, five months before the 2022 elections—will cast either light or shadow.

The question posed is whether a Mississippi law prohibiting abortion after 15 weeks, technically prior to the 24-week “viability” standard, is constitutional. Why would such state laws not be constitutional? Because in 1973, the High Court in Roe v. Wade mysteriously “found” a constitutional “right” tucked into the 14th Amendment to kill a nascent baby if not “viable” outside the womb.

Some of these pro-abortion women look and act satanic. Just sayin.

Did you see the 1/1024 Indian Senator from Massachusetts on the warpath? If so, you saw a tool of Satan. Fact.

Just because a person is pro-choice, doesn’t mean pro-abortion. Just sayin…

How is it that it’s my body, my choice when we’re talking about abortion but you have to get a jab or no job?

Participants should exercise extreme caution when “peacefully demonstrating” at the home of the indigenous-claimed Mass. Senator. The occupant is liable to dart out (in Mass., domestic pets dart, or dash) from under the porch and bite someone.r

What a knee-jerk reaction from American people over a leaked document & put in media by POLITICO. People are protesting all over US over a leaked draft by the SCOTUS. And yesterday, Psaki at WH conference said WH encourages peaceful protests in America, but she is totally wrong by not admonishing protests at the personal homes of Justices. They should be allowed to threaten the judges & families at their person homes —-and in this case the protests are false because being done under a leaked memo.

The WH encourages peaceful protests in America according to Jen Ssaki at WH yesterday. I would like to remind anyone that goes to any protest that it can turn ugly & people can get hurt or arrested at any time. So do not take your children to protests & if you get hurt, you are responsible for your own hospital bills. And for those of you that vote to defund police, who are you going to count on to come in & protect you & stop violence if it erupts.

I believe that the that the 10th Constitution Amendment allows the States to propose their own
laws to be voted on by the people to choose their own way of dealing with this situation no matter how the Supreme court decides. Someone let me know if I am wrong, please.

I don’t ‘approve’ of abortion BUT if Roe v Wade is reversed, I believe, without a doubt, we will be seeing illegal abortions once again! Folks like me who lived through that era know what a dilemma it was! If this happens not only will the unborn die but a lot of the mothers will die with them. There are times when abortion needs to be a SAFE and an exceedingly difficult option to make!

Abortion as birth control is, and always has been, evil. But if old white males once again restrict it with no means for victims of rape, incest, or healthcare needs to opt for abortion, then THEY will be the cause of more abortion.
