On Fox Business Network’s “Mornings with Maria” on Oct. 8, President Donald Trump described Democratic vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) as a “communist; she’s left of Bernie!” The president went on to cite Sen. Harris’s views, which are indeed even more extreme than Senators Bernie Sanders’ (I-Vt.) or Elizabeth Warren’s (D-Mass.).
But there’s much more compelling evidence to indicate that, yes, Kamala Harris may indeed be communist.
Leftist Parents
Harris’s parents, her mother Shyamala Gopalan, an Indian cancer researcher, and Donald Harris, a Jamaican economist, were both hard-core leftists.
In the early 1960s, the couple were active in the Berkeley-based Afro-American Association.
According to one former member, Aubrey LaBrie, “Fidel Castro and Che Guevara were the heroes of some of us. … We would talk about Black Muslims, the liberation movements going on in Africa, everything.”
The group’s leader Donald Warden mentored two young Afro-American Association members Huey Newton and Bobby Seale, who would go on to found the Black Panther Party in 1966. The Panthers followed a Maoist philosophy and supported communist China. They serve as a model for today’s Black Lives Matter movement.
Years later, Warden (by then known as Khalid al-Mansour) would play a role in helping Barack Obama get into Harvard Law School.
In 1975, Donald Harris was recruited to the Stanford University economics department as an open Marxist.
Pro-Communist Boyfriend
After playing at student radical at Howard University, Kamala Harris returned to the Bay Area to launch her legal career. Thirty-year-old Harris formed an eyebrow-raising romantic relationship with then 60-year-old Willie Brown, a leading California Democrat, soon to become mayor of San Francisco.
Brown helped Harris’s career and steered her into a couple of board positions that paid her about $400,000 over 5 years, according to the San Francisco Weekly.
Brown was a long-time communist sympathizer. He was first elected to public office with the help of the Communist Party USA youth wing. He was funded by Dr. Carlton Goodlett, a communist newspaper owner, once awarded the Lenin Prize by the government of the former Soviet Union.
Several years after his affair with Harris, Brown was still openly sponsoring Communist Party fundraisers in the Bay Area while serving as San Francisco mayor.
Today, Brown is widely regarded as one of the Chinese Communist Party’s best friends in the Bay Area.
Communist-Affiliated Protégé
While serving as San Francisco district attorney, Harris mentored a young San Francisco activist named Lateefah Simon. After hiring her and helping Simon get through college, Harris introduced her young friend to many influential San Franciscans. Today, Simon serves as president of the leftist Akonadi Foundation and chairs the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) board.
When Harris first met Simon, the younger woman was serving on the board of directors of the Oakland-based Youth Empowerment Center. Every single other board member—Harmony Goldberg, Adam Gold, Cindy Wiesner, and future Obama Green Jobs Czar Van Jones—were members of the Maoist communist group Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM).
Gold is today a member of LeftRoots, an affiliate group of America’s main pro-China communist party Liberation Road.
Simon is best friends with another LeftRoots member, Black Lives Matter founder Alicia Garza.
Harris openly supports Black Lives Matter and is still close with Simon and Garza. In turn, Garza is a long-time friend and associate of LeftRoots comrade Alex Tom—a man with close ties to the radical Chinese Progressive Association and to the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco.
Communist-Affiliated Financial Benefactor
Harris’s sister Maya Harris was a student activist at Stanford University. She was a friend of Steve Phillips, one of the leading Marxist-Leninists on campus and a long-time affiliate of a pro-China group League of Revolutionary Struggle.
According to Phillips’ blog “Political Intelligence”:
“First, let me make clear that I come out of the Left. I’ve studied Marx, Mao, and Lenin. In college, I organized solidarity efforts for freedom struggles in South Africa and Nicaragua, and I palled around with folks who considered themselves communists and revolutionaries …, and I did my research paper on the Black Panther Party.”
After leaving Stanford in the early 1990s, Phillips led many of his comrades into the Democratic Party. He also married into the multi-billion Sandler family Golden West savings and loan fortune, which enabled the young revolutionary to buy himself considerable political influence.
Sandler money has funded the Center for American Progress, ProPublica, and multiple candidates and ballot initiatives around the country. In 2008, Phillips spent $10 million through his PowerPAC-plus on voter registration drives in Southern and South Western states that got his friend Barack Obama ahead of Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary.
In 2013, Phillips helped elect his old Stanford friend Cory Booker to the U.S. Senate from New Jersey. In 2018, he almost made his protégés Stacey Abrams and Andrew Gillum the governors of Georgia and Florida, respectively.
Phillips is a friend of the Harris family and helped Maya Harris’s husband Tony West become associate attorney general in the Obama administration. He has also been a major sponsor of Kamala Harris’s political career.
In 2003, Phillips helped elect Harris as San Francisco district attorney. Ironically, she beat incumbent Terence Hallinan, who as a young communist helped Willie Brown win his first election.
Phillips’ PowerPAC-plus helped elect Harris as California attorney general in 2010 and then to the U.S. Senate in 2016.
Pro-Communist Chief of Staff
In the early 2000s, Harris’s current chief of staff Karine Jean-Pierre was active with the New York-based Haiti Support Network. The organization worked closely with the pro-China/North Korea Workers World Party and supported Jean-Bertrand Aristide, the far-left former president of Haiti and his radical Lavalas moment.
In April 2004, at the Whitman Theatre at Brooklyn College, 2,000 gathered to hear a program entitled “An Evening with Friends of Haiti: The Truth Behind the Haiti Coup.”
The rally was co-chaired by Jean-Pierre and Kim Ives of the Haiti Support Network, along with Pat Chin and Sara Flounders from the Workers World Party.
In May 2004, Jean-Pierre joined a delegation to Haiti with two well-known Workers World Party comrades Steve Gillis and LeiLani Dowell.
Around the same time, Jean-Pierre worked for China-friendly New York City Council member James Sanders. Her duties as part of his reelection campaign included working with the local branch of the much discredited “community organizing” group ACORN.
Communist-Affiliated Husband
Harris’s husband Doug Emhoff works for the law firm DLA Piper, which “boasts nearly 30 years of experience in China and over 140 lawyers dedicated to its ‘China Investment Services’ branch,” according to the National Pulse.
Writes the National Pulse:
“To facilitate DLA Piper’s China practice—which has received countless prestigious awards from the China Business Law Journal and China Law and Practice—the company employs a host of former Chinese Communist Party officials.
“Ernest Yang, who serves as the firm’s Head of Litigation & Regulatory department and Co-Head of International Arbitration, was appointed to the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in 2013. The CPPCC serves as the top advisory board for the Chinese Communist Party, and Yang was promoted to the body’s Standing Committee in 2019.
“Jessica Zhao, a Senior Advisor, served as the Deputy Secretary General of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), a government-owned body established by the Chinese Communist Party in 1956. It was developed under the auspices of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, ‘a governmental body for the furtherance of Chinese trade promotion.’”
Several other high-level DLA Piper employees, both Chinese and American nationals, have served the Chinese regime in some capacity or another.
Emhoff took a leave of absence from the firm in August, The American Lawyer reported.
Background Check Anyone?
If Biden is elected president, Harris will be one heartbeat or a few brain cells away from the top job.
If Harris was to apply for a mid-level job in the Department of Agriculture, she would almost certainly fail the security background check. She owes her entire career to sympathizers or active enablers of the Chinese Communist Party.
Fortunately for her (and potentially disastrous for the country), elected office holders are not subject to the security clearance process.
President Trump has said that “If Joe Biden ever got elected, China will own America.”
Biden picked the ideal running mate to help out.

We aren’t socialist. Socialism leads to communism. We’ve taken ur freedom for granted. With Harris in office there is a good chance the next generation won’t really know freedom. So many people died fir our independence. I dare her to pledge the allegiance to the flag. This is tragic. People that I’ve spoken to that aren’t bothered have no idea of her platform. I’m hoping God intervenes.
No one in their right mind or as least has some logic would vote for the Communists Biden/Harris or is it Harris/Biden? I have yet to have one person who doesn’t like Trumo give me one legitimate reason they don’t like him. It’s mostly due to some things he said 20-30 years go. Absolutely nonsense
All I know is I love my Country. We are the lucky recipients of the greatest country ever, and we are poised to throw it all away due to greed, and power hungry politicians. President Trump may not be the most gracious president we ever had but he is, I believe the most honest, and loves this country as much as I do. That is probably the thing I love most about President Trump but there are many others. The Politicos don’t like him because they can’t buy him, he upsets them and their applecart by telling it the way it is and I love that. It is also funny that every time the Dems try to accuse him of something, it turns out, it was them that did that. As it turns out, our President is more entertaining that 99.99% of the crap that we see on television. As for me and my family, we vote for four more years of President Donald J. Trump.
I do wonder if putting seniors with the virus into nursing homes doesn’t have more behind it than stupidity. Get rid of those who know about socialism, etc., and the chance to take us over is greater. Not to mention the cost of social security and medicare is less so illegals can have these things. There is so much to say in regards to all that is being reported in social media networks, newspapers, etc. this writer rests in knowing that our God is in control. What matters most is not what they say, but what they stand for! Our future generations are depending on our vote for their lives! Research what they stand for (e.g. abortion, China (and International Relations), standing with Israel, our future Supreme Court justices, the U. S. Constitution, Second Amendment Right, etc.). It is not a personality contest between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden; rather what do they stand for. Joe Biden’s health and family legal issues should be enough of a reason for him NOT TO BE A CANDIDATE to run in the race for President! With this being said, this writer continues to pray for our country and for the common sense of each voter. Vote for the issues that will be supported by the next President. Ultimately, God is in control! In God we Trust!
It is obvious to all but the naïve, that the socialist plan was to put the pre dementia Biden as their choice for President and the communist Harris as VP. I predict that within 2 years Biden will be deemed mentally unable to continue as President. Trump called Harris “A monster & a Communist” so I read this article again & I do not see proof that she is Communist. Must be true if Trump says??? Many if not most of the democrats have become indoctrinated into communism. There are few, very few liberal democrats left although they still call themselves liberal. Read the dictionary definition of liberal and you will see what I mean. The ones who have turned have been taught by our schools, main stream media and some of out current politicians to hate America’s constitution and free enterprise economic system. It is, and has been for some decades now, beginning in our public school system as well. Just like Hitler they are starting them young. That however is the most efficient way.
All the communist infiltration into our system of government should be of the utmost concern our biggest concern, as a matter of fact, should be our main stream media and education system literally promoting any form of socialism. The communist propaganda the MSM is spreading daily to the whole nation. It has completely taken over nearly all our media. Certainly nearly 30% of Americans have no other source of news other than the MSM. Only a handful of outlets remain uninfluenced by the communists most if not all of them are cable or satellite and many cannot afford that if it is even available. Our politicians who have been propagandized have even become so brazen they no longer hide their socialist leanings. Two good examples are Bernie Sanders and AOC. Furthermore, open socialist people are garnering a following never dreamed of before here in the US. A few short years when the USSR fell many thought socialism had died and would or could never show its ugly head again. Those people were wrong and most if not all the reason(s) are obvious.
The indoctrination of the democrats started many years ago shortly after McCarthy went after and exposed so many communists among the congressman and entertainers (Hollywood). However, after their experience with McCarthy and the “then” free press they changed their name to progressives but did not change their ideology. So in essence they just went into hiding, right out in the open, changing nothing about their ideology. However, they did not intend to get caught in such a way ever again so at the same time they began infiltrating our education system as well. First just the colleges and universities but later even our grade schools and high schools. However they also realized if they were to be successful in fundamentally transforming (sound familiar?) America they needed the media on their side as well. So they began taking control of the media. At the time however there was only three major news outlets NBC, ABC and CBS. But they were working on all of them. In a few years however CNN came along and they immediately went after them and after Ted Turner sold it it became easy to infiltrate. However, that is how they took control of all the media they first bought them. The mistake that was made after McCarthy was to think they had given up and had been disbanded. They will never give up! We must keep that in mind.
For the most part the presidents, and there have been many of them, ignored the infiltration of the schools, media and government by these communists. Or perhaps they were ignorant of the existence of them. Which means our intelligent agencies did not detect what was going on. Or maybe they did and had become a part of it!
So that is where we find ourselves today decades behind these communists and struggling to keep America both free and stable. Barack Obama actually thought enough had been accomplished by these communists to begin to openly have conversations about a transformation so he promised a fundamental transformation to which everyone attending cheered wildly and easily accepted. The question at the time was did they really realize what it was he had just promised? Even though they may not have then it is plain they do now and to the dismay of many conservatives many if not most democrats actually support communism. Although they call it socialism However, the key that should have told them at the time what he was promising was in his next breath he promised a federal police force just as well funded, trained and equipped as the military. That should have informed everyone there that that fundamental transformation was going to require force to install. But all his supporters did was once again cheer wildly. After all if Obama promised it it must be good! Right?
The people who currently support socialism (communism) do not realize exactly what it is they are supporting. They do not understand all the liberties they would give up to install such a failing system of government. Socialism is only kept together for any length of time by extreme totalitarianism (an all powerful, iron fisted, dictator). Who maintains power over everything including everyone’s lives!
She is not taken seriously by anyone. If Trump wins, CNN will be bankrupt by February. Fox will have to consider moving to the center and in many ways they already have. ABC, NBC, and CBS are totally ignored as sources of political news. They are primarily known for the 7-10 pm

I am sorry for anyone here that believes in any type of unions. Being from NC, we are a right to work state. Unions did not become the norm here, even though at times throughout history we have had great industries. Unions are about power, and promote injustice. They should be done away with as they no longer hold a place in a transparent society. All they do is help the Bidens of the world. Our history is what it is, can’t change it, most of us realize this fact. Unfortunately our bright young minds are being convinced otherwize.
