AMAC Exclusive – By Katie Sullivan

It has now been nearly three months since then-Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. While House Republicans have continued to unearth shocking new evidence implicating Biden and members of the First Family in apparent bribery and pay-for-play schemes, Congress is also running up against pressing deadlines for government funding and other legislative priorities, leading new Speaker Mike Johnson to declare just before Thanksgiving that the inquiry is now at an “inflection point.”

Biden’s impeachment marks the 60th time that the House has initiated impeachment proceedings against an elected official. Those proceedings have resulted in 21 actual impeachments by the House and just eight convictions in the Senate – the latter of which have all been federal judges.

An impeachment inquiry is a powerful tool for holding high-ranking officials accountable because it allows lawmakers to subpoena witnesses and documents and conduct hearings to determine whether an official has committed “treason, bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors,” as outlined in the Constitution.

At issue in this investigation, according to the House Oversight Committee, is whether or not Joe Biden has leveraged his years in public service to enrich himself or members of his family. Throughout their inquiry, House Republicans have unearthed a growing web of links between members of Biden’s immediate family and foreign businesses that point to exactly such a conclusion.

For instance, Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has provided proof that, while Biden was vice president, several of his close family members received more than $15 million from foreign companies and foreign nationals in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, and China.

Bank records obtained by the Committee have also shown that Biden had on one occasion received a wire transfer of $200,000 from his brother, James Biden, on the same day that James received a suspicious payment of $600,000 from a failing rural hospital operator. In another eyebrow-raising transaction reported by the Committee, Chinese entities sent two wire transfers totaling $260,000 to Hunter Biden, but with Joe Biden’s Delaware home listed as the beneficiary address.

The Oversight Committee has also counted at least 16 times where Biden lied about not knowing about his family’s business dealings. Devon Archer, a business partner of First Son Hunter Biden, testified under oath earlier this year that Joe Biden attended Hunter’s business dinners with foreign actors while the elder Biden was vice president, and further suggested that Vice President Biden’s influence was part of what the foreign companies were paying Hunter for. The Archer testimony alleges that Joe Biden showed up on at least two dozen occasions to send signals of access, influence, and proximity to power to those Hunter sought to do business with.

There is also the troubling fact that Hunter Biden, a longtime drug addict, earned about $11 million from 2013 to 2018 as a member of the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, despite having no experience in the field.

According to Comer, a vast amount of evidence has been uncovered suggesting that “President Joe Biden abused his public office for his family’s financial gain” and “Joe Biden allowed his family to sell him as ‘the brand’ around the world to enrich the Biden family.”

Although Democrats have alleged that Republicans haven’t yet proven any direct payments to Joe Biden for selling his influence (a claim that is itself debatable) law professor Jonathan Turley testified before the House in September that Republicans don’t actually need to prove such a direct link. Instead, Turley testified, even Biden using his office to enrich family members would itself be a crime rising to the level of a felony.

Turley was, however, careful to state that he does not yet believe Republicans have what they need to warrant a formal impeachment charge – but that they have uncovered enough to justify the current inquiry and further investigation.

But even the strongest evidence may not be enough to overcome the political realities in Washington. Speaker Mike Johnson said earlier this month that although the Biden impeachment inquiry has his “full and unwavering support,” it is also at an “inflection point” and needs more interviews with witnesses under oath.

The Biden White House, meanwhile, is doing its best to ensure those interviews never happen and to stop the House from obtaining more evidence. White House lawyers have rejected requests from Republicans to interview Biden staffers and family members, and the issue appears headed for a court battle.

The Biden team is likely hoping that the legislative calendar and looming funding battles in Congress will stave off further revelations for at least the rest of this year. Congress barely averted a government shutdown earlier this month, and is set for another funding showdown early next year. With an election year looming, Democrats are banking on Republicans simply not having the time or the political will to probe deeper into the Biden family’s corruption or hold the president accountable for the evidence of his wrongdoing that has already been uncovered.

As Trump’s two impeachments revealed and the impeachment inquiry into Biden has confirmed, the impeachment process itself has become (or maybe always was) inherently political.

In Trump’s case, Democrats had virtually no evidence of wrongdoing by Trump, and it showed – particularly in the case of Trump’s second impeachment in 2021, after he had already left office, when former Speaker Nancy Pelosi failed to even launch a formal inquiry. Democrats – and even some anti-Trump Republicans – all voted the party line anyway in a sham proceeding.

This time around, Republicans have uncovered seemingly damning evidence implicating Biden and the First Family in shady dealings with foreign interests, although the American people have yet to learn the full extent of it. But regardless, it currently seems almost unimaginable that any Democrat would break ranks and vote to impeach or remove Biden from office.

Republicans’ impeachment inquiry may then at best be considered a useful tool for convincing voters to do what elected Democrats won’t and remove Biden from office next year. That alone seems like a worthwhile reason to continue pressing for answers.

Katharine “Katie” Sullivan was an Acting Assistant Attorney General and a senior advisor to the White House Domestic Policy Council under President Trump. She previously served 11 years as a state trial court judge in Colorado.

You’re crazy if you think this will ever go anywhere! Corruption is a requirement to be a Democrat. They will defend corruption to the end because they’re all corrupt. You good catch him with money sewed into the liner of his windbreaker, bars of gold, and a payoff Mercedes in the driveway and nothing would happen. Oh wait that sounds familiar doesn’t it? There will never be enough evidence to get him impeached the media will never cover it. The media is just as corrupt as the Department of Justice is

I don’t think we should Impeach someone who is destroying himself, I hope stupid Biden is the Democrats choice. Why get him now, with just a year to go, let people suffer just a little longer to the point they are so sick of him that they will flock to the polls to vote him out.
Don’t make the mistake of impeachment and risk the Democrats picking a more popular choice!
God Bless America, let nature take its course!

Enough already. President Trump was and is hounded by the Marxist Democrats for over 8 years on mostly fictitious slanders and charges. He is being dragged into the courts for political reasons. He was impeached twice on gossip and lies. However, Biden still hasn’t even been impeached once, and there is solid evidence that Biden is the head of the Biden Crime Syndicate — where taking bribes for doing favors for our enemy countries is a normal course of behavior for Joe Biden and his relatives. In addition, Traitor Joe is purposely destroying America’s ability to protect itself. Our borders are are so lawless and open that human smuggling and murder are killing thousands of innocent people. The number of terror cells that now exist in our country are ready to explode at any moment — it could be years , months, or days. The picture is extremely bleak. The Republicans need to impeach Biden, and hopefully, at least, a few patriotic Democrats will finally temper their need to be flame-throwing partisans for the good of our Constitutional Republic. Impeach Biden. It should have been done many months ago.

I don’t care so much about the Biden crime family getting rich by quid pro quo as I do about what treasonous things he did to America and Americans for the bribe money.

The invasion of our country that Biden has orchestrated by opening the gates of our country to illegal aliens is, in itself, a clear impeachable offense. There are millions of pieces of evidence in the faces of each illegal that has been allowed to enter in defiance of our constitution, a constitution this president has defied and failed to uphold. To me this a a bigger crime than the bribery allegations.

Sadly, this impeachment inquiry will basically fall flat and the inflection point will be gobbled up by MSM and Democrats. Seriously, I see nothing that Biden will have to face an impeachment . Republicans don’t have the spine nor can they fight the deep state hold within our corrupt government .

It’s obvious to anyone with an IQ over 50 that Biden is the MOST CORRUPT president in US history. But even if the House impeaches him, the senate will NOT convict. Not one DIMM would vote to convict even with a video of him taking bribes in person. Plus, the many RINO swampers wouldn’t have the b@@@s to do anything!

I’m not sure that it will matter if they impeach Biden or not. I don’t think Biden will be the Democratic nominee for 2024. I think the Dems will replace him, however they do it, and they will be happy to throw him under the bus when the time comes.

I don’t want just to see him impeached but I want to see him and his family members put in jail for their tremendous and frequent crimes!!! This should not be allowed to happen regardless of who you are!! If a lowly peon in the ghetto commits a crime, they should go to jail!! If a President or a judge or a Senator or a Congressman or a Governor commits a crime, they should suffer the same fate as the peon!!! Eliteness shouldn’t matter, station shouldn’t matter!!! I’m sick of hearing how bad our elected leaders have become in the criminal realm!!! I don’t want leaders who are criminals and we seem to have quite a few how have some kind of criminal activity in their background!! We have to stop just believing politicians and start questioning everything they say and do!!!

Interesting reading the comments. If we don’t do anything with Biden how do we know if he will be held accountable. We want Republicans to fight but we don’t? We don’t believe in accountability? It won’t happen? The people don’t believe in justice? Can we be consistent in what we want and don’t. Why is it just up to them to fix when the people don’t believe… Wow. Mindset, talents, faith, hope, our beliefs have we given up a positive mindset to believe he will be defeated. All the focus on what can’t be done… no wonders life is changing. I am to believe in something greater. All things are possible by Gods design.

The general opinion is that no matter what, Joe Biden will not be thrown out of office. Many of the posters believe that the House of Representatives is wasting its time in even conducting hearings for the purpose of creating articles of impeachment.
Consider another aspect. The hearings in the House will bring out for public consideration the Biden family’s corrupt behavior. It stands to reason that the members of the Biden family wouldn’t have amassed millions of dollars without the inappropriate influence of Joe Biden’s various elected positions.
Joe is obviously approaching an advanced stage of dementia. He has already lost full control of his vocal, and reading communication abilities. His mobility seems to be precarious, just like the loss of control of his bowel movements. (Why else would he walk as though his Depends is full?)
The upcoming general elections will be determined by the independent voters, as usual. They should have full knowledge of the “accomplishments” of Joe Biden. That way they can judge who to vote for to be the President of the United States on November 5th 2024.
Joe Biden is a figure of ridicule both domestically and internationally. That he really received more than ten million legitimate votes than did Donald Trump in 2020, is somewhat dubious.

The best we could hope for given the current conditions is that this inquiry at least gets a good amount of this information to the voting public before the next election. Judging by Trumps polling numbers recently, it seems to be having an effect on political fence sitters. However, that said, I seriously doubt that Biden will be the actual candidate next November. His own party is fully aware of the baggage this A-hole brings with him! I’m certain that they are currently vetting other Democrats to take his place. Who it will be is anyone’s guess!

How can he not be impeached? Our “Commander in Chief” is certainly not concerned with national security, or our southern border would be secure! With fentanyl pouring in, human trafficking, and who knows how many terrorists infiltrating, I wonder how many deaths will occur, much less those that have already occurred, since his disastrous presidency began?!

They should be impeaching Biden, Harris and Mayorus for their dereliction of duty and not keeping their oath of office over their handling of our Southern Border. It would be a slam dunk, especially if they can trace payments by the Mexican Drug Cartels to U.S. politicians.

It shouldn’t be surprising that it is unlikely this issue will receive enough support to reflect an actual impeachment. There are several reasons for that but perhaps the prime reason is that with the USA teetering on an outright revolt or even a second civil war, the Elites who actually run the USA are very reluctant to allow such an event to occur. A multicultural/multi-racial/diverse democratic society like the current USA is one that is inherently prone to conflict, not harmony. If a nation is defined as an area of defined and defended borders, within which resides a people of a common ancestry, history, language, faith, culture, and traditions, in what sense are we Americans one nation and one people today? More and more, 21st-century America seems to meet rather well Metternich’s depiction of Italy—”a geographical expression.”
The ruling globalist Elite insist that Western countries belong to the whole world and that our societies should be “colorblind.” These ideas have become tools of European demographic suicide. “No other race subscribes to these moral principles,” Jean Raspail wrote a generation ago, “because they are weapons of self-annihilation.” The politically correct permitted consensus opinion promotes de facto open borders. The West is hamstrung by guilt-ridden haters and appeasers “whose hold on the political power, the media, and the academe is undemocratic, unnatural, and obscene.” The “treason” of the elite class or traitor class, who despite their self-image as enlightened and rational are rootless, arrogant and cynically manipulative fifth columnists.

If ole Joe and the gang cannot be impeached for their bribery then maybe mutilating millions of children into uniques might. Or the business at the border where human trafficking and children being sold into pedophilia might be an impeachable offense. What about aiding the Taliban by leaving 88 billion dollars in weapons behind and the death of 13 Americans. What about the safety of all Americans by allowing millions of getaways into this country plus no police protection anywhere in this country. I think if the DOJ was independent the charges against ole Joe would be double that of Trump. Impeach ole Joe, we have to if we want to save America. LAND OF THE FREE AND HOME OF THE BRAVE.

This “impeachment” is an unserious business and the Republicans are just dicking around to keep the possibility in the minds of the voters. Look at the intended and highly unlikely outcome: Biden is impeached, and convicted in the Senate after maybe 20 Democrats inject Viagra into their spines. Who becomes President? Right. Not only will she hasten what Obama and his puppet Biden already started–the destruction of America–she won’t fiddle while D.C. burns, but she’ll probably celebrate it with her giggles and bring brats and marshmallows. So yeah, we know Biden and his puppeteers–were they civilians–would be thrown in prison for a zillion years, but it’s not gonna happen, much as humans with a higher IQ than a grape would like. What we need is a House that will do its fiscal duty, and there is only one way we’ll get one…maybe. To paraphrase Einstein, Insanity is voting for the same people and expecting different results.

It’s imperative that we impeach Joe Biden. We cannot let corruption of this magnitude continue to be acceptable. It starts at the top. The truth must be revealed, and follow the law where it may lead. As the corruption is revealed Democrats who don’t want to be caught up in the mire of accusations will begin to fold. No longer able to back up the Biden’s as the evidence mounts. Many already do not want him to run or be a candidate in 2024.
