I love Crosus. They are so beautiful. In northwestern Ohio I always loved seeing yellow, white, and purple Crosus bloom as the snow is melting. Loved seeing the flowers among the melting snow. It is a wonderful contrast.

A tough puzzle this Monday but viewing the finished picture was a great reward. We have plenty of crocuses in the Puget Sound area but it’s the daffodils that signal the end of winter to me. And I’ve been seeing daffodils for about 3 weeks now. We are enjoying a run of 70+ degree days so it’s clear — SPRING HAS SPRUNG,

The crocus have been and gone and daffodils are up now with Tulips not far behind unfortunately as that means terrible traffic in the Skagit Valley.
