Are Americans losing their constitutional right to freedom of speech? They will if the left has it’s way. AMAC National Spokesman Bobby Charles joined AMAC CEO Rebecca Weber on the Better for America podcast to discuss the current state of affairs in America. Bobby explains that while the 1st Amendment get plenty of attention for being under fire, our 4th, 5th, and 6th  Amendments are silently under siege. Bobby concludes that Attorney General Merrick Garland has made it his vendetta to target Republican officials because of his denial from the Supreme Court in 2016. The two turn to the most recent Trump indictments or as Bobby says “Trumped up charges,” and he shares how he believes that if people cannot publicly express doubts about the way an election was conducted or it’s results, than we have truly lost the right to free speech in this country.
