Learn to effectively utilize your talents throughout the state to make a difference for Michigan and the nation at an informational get-out-the-vote webinar.
In Michigan, there are more than 500,000 registered, but infrequent conservative voters. These are registered voters who haven’t voted lately but still are eligible for the 2024 general election. All these voters need is some encouragement to cast their ballot. You can provide that encouragement. If you live in Michigan and want to learn more about this get-out-the-vote initiative, please click here.
Tell New Jersey State Senators NO to Graphic Books in School Libraries
The New Jersey Senate Education Committee will soon be voting on S.2421, the Freedom to Read Act, sponsored by Senators Zwicker and Ruiz. This bill puts parental rights on the sidelines and allows inappropriate graphic books in our children’s school libraries. If you live in New Jersey, click here to tell state senators to vote no!
Stop Ranked Choice Voting in Colorado
A wealthy Denver, Colorado billionaire just released petitions for a ballot initiative, #310, which would allegedly “modernize” Colorado’s election processes. It would create an all-new, all-candidates, all-party primary election, allowing all voters to vote for any candidate for each office, regardless of the voters’ or candidates’ political party affiliation. Voters will also be subjected to a complex and confusing voting process called Ranked Choice Voting in the General election. Three grass-roots citizen ballot initiatives, called “The Good Initiatives,” have been crafted to counter these threats to Colorado’s elections. Help is needed for Coloradans to not only sign petitions to ensure these initiatives appear on the ballot in November in Colorado but to also to circulate the petitions because signatures are required from voters in every Colorado Senate District. If you live in Colorado, click here to learn more and to sign the petitions!

Quote of the Week
“This was the object of the Declaration of Independence. Not to find out new principles, or new arguments, never before thought of, not merely to say things which had never been said before; but to place before mankind the common sense of the subject, in terms so plain and firm as to command their assent, and to justify ourselves in the independent stand we are compelled to take. Neither aiming at originality of principle or sentiment, nor yet copied from any particular and previous writing, it was intended to be an expression of the American mind, and to give to that expression the proper tone and spirit called for by the occasion.”
—Thomas Jefferson in a letter to Henry Lee, 1825
