House Bill 68, the Saving Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act, has prevented the enactment of important protections for both parents and children against the left's radical transgender agenda.

Governor DeWine’s recent veto of House Bill 68, the Saving Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act, has prevented the enactment of important protections for both parents and children against the left’s radical transgender agenda.

Here are some key reasons why it is essential to override the governor’s veto and protect our youth:

  1. Informed Decision-Making: The SAFE Act requires informed consent from parents or legal guardians before any medical interventions, such as puberty-blocking drugs or gender-affirming surgeries, are administered to minors. This ensures that parents are actively involved in decisions that can have significant and lasting impacts on their children’s lives.
  2. Age-Appropriate Assessments: The legislation advocated for age-appropriate assessments by qualified mental health professionals to evaluate the minor’s capacity to make such life-altering decisions. This process aimed to safeguard against impulsive choices that adolescents might later regret.
  3. Protection Against Irreversible Consequences: The SAFE Act was designed to protect adolescents from irreversible medical interventions that may impact their physical and mental health in the long term. It prioritized the well-being of young individuals as they navigate complex decisions about their identity.
  4. Respecting Parental Rights: By requiring parental consent, the legislation respected the rights of parents to guide and support their children through important medical decisions, fostering open communication within families.

We cannot stand idly by while Governor DeWine’s veto jeopardizes the rights and well-being of Ohio’s adolescents and puts parents’ rights on the sideline. It is crucial that we unite as a community to voice our concerns and advocate for the protection of youth rights. Tell your Ohio state representative to override the Governor’s veto!

He is just like Nikki Haley, talks the big talk to get the votes then turns around and turns traitor. Vote him out and do NOT vote for Nikki Haley!

The state house and senate need to overturn his veto. DeWine has always been a Romney Republican. He needs to be neutralized by the house ands senate going forward.

Americans need to wake up and start to push back. Politicians are very afraid of Americans fighting back.

Emailed Dewine the day he vetoed. I hope this ends his wishy washy career. He is the poster boy for RINO. Praying his veto is overriden. Enabling children to decide their own sex, is like asking a toddler for dinner menus for a household.

This is the first of the results from the Issue 1 vote. I worried and warned that this sort of thing would happen.

Apparently DeRino issued an executive order this morning (Friday, 1/5) banning the gender transition treatment of minors…cannot find much online about it, except an article on WLWT 5’s website…the Legislature is due to vote on overturning the veto on 1/10.

Gov. DeWine; Can we please protect humanity as ordained by the God of All creation with humanity being the Gem of this Creation . By making the Right decision we can feel as though you are on the side of Humanity, not Depravity. May the God of All Creation be with you in All of your decision making. This one needs to count.

And this guy is a Republican?!

I don’t care what your party affiliation is or who you sleep with or what you do on Sunday mornings, but handing over this kind of parental responsibility to someone with an agenda is out-of-this-world crazy!!!

Here’s another case for the U.S. Supreme Court. I hope someone brings a case to the SC before any more justices retire. We might not be able to hold the majority in the next few years if biden’s reelected.
