What’s The Matter With Young Voters?

Analysts are trying to figure out the 2022 midterm elections. How did Democrats win so many races when polls predicted the exact opposite? How did candidates linked to Joe Biden survive in a time of high inflation, open borders, violent crime, and cultural decay?

The answer may lie with our kids and grandkids.

This year, Americans under the age of 30 cast an estimated 1-in-8 votes. That share is in line with past elections, but what isn’t is how much their support did for Democrats this year. As every age group over 45 went big for Republicans, voters under 30 overwhelmingly favored their opponents.

Take John Fetterman, for example. Experts predicted he would lose after people realized how much his stroke debilitated him. But today, Fetterman is Pennsylvania’s Senator-elect – thanks to the 70 percent of young voters who threw their support his way.

No wonder CNN gushed, “Democrats would have gotten crushed without young voter support.” And Joe Biden credited voters under 30, saying “I especially want to thank the young people of this nation.”

So, all this begs the question: what’s the matter with young voters?

It surely can’t be that our kids and grandkids like high-priced gas, food, or rent. It’s also impossible to believe they think gang violence, fentanyl deaths, and social division are good things. Nor is it conceivable that these advocates for equal rights favor government restrictions on what people can say, post, or do. So why are they voting for candidates who are making these things happen?

The answer is revealed in According to Plan, a new book by bestselling author and investigative analyst Kevin D. Freeman. Host of BlazeTV’s Economic War Room, Freeman asked these questions and more. And what he uncovered is shocking: the so-called “elites” have worked long and hard to make sure young voters support politicians who don’t have America’s best interests at heart.

Exhibit A can be found in our nation’s schools. Sixty years ago, American students consistently ranked at the top of international comparisons in math, reading, and science. But since then, their performance has plummeted to truly dangerous levels.

This decline isn’t due to a lack of resources – in fact, more than $4 trillion has been spent on K-12 public schools over the same time period. Instead, the Left took control of our schools and made them “woke.” Where once American kids were given a productive and patriotic education, they are now being subjected to political indoctrination.

According to the Department of Education, more than 40 million Americans today are so poorly schooled they would have trouble reading this essay. So, what have they been taught? That America is evil and in need of what Barack Obama called “transformation.”

Armed with Critical Race Theory, “educators” tell our kids and grandkids that America is systematically oppressive and racist. Citing the infamous 1619 Project, they teach that America was founded not for liberty but to sustain slavery. And they pound into students’ heads that, since all Americans are either oppressors or the oppressed, the only solutions are to discriminate against whites, embrace Comprehensive Sexuality Education, and change the 3 Rs from reading, writing, and arithmetic to regrets, recrimination, and reparations.

In short, our schools are failing the children they are supposed to teach. Those who graduate (or, increasingly, drop out) are poorly equipped to lead successful lives. And a great many of them fall prey to politicians who say soothing words but, in reality, support an America-weakening agenda.

As Freeman’s book makes crystal clear, all of this is indeed according to plan.

But we have the power to fight back. The good news is the damage that’s been done can be reversed, and our nation’s future can be saved. Doing so will require all of us to resist what students are being exposed to. And it will depend on us teaching our kids and grandkids since their schools obviously aren’t.

AMAC wants to help, so we have arranged with Kevin Freeman for all AMAC members to get an extra copy of According to Plan you can share with your family. Does the old phrase “Young and dumb” ring any bells? Most voters 29 and under vote overwhelmingly for the Democrat agenda, because that is what they have been conditioned to accept all through school. That is their reference “normal” perspective view of how things should be. At least 9 in 10 teachers are self-admitted Democrats or “Progressives” (Socialists), who themselves were raised on leftist ideology. Coupled with the hands-off attitude a lot of parents have taken of NOT having regular, meaningful discussions with their kids about a lot of important things and you end up with most 29 and under adults voting for what they think will be the government taking care of them and giving them stuff. It’s NOT that hard to figure out.

If the analysts really want to find out why those 29 and under vote overwhelmingly for Democrats, I suggest a simply solution: Get out of their ivory towers and offices and go out and simply talk (yes talk and NOT argue) to a couple of hundred young people over the course of a few weeks or a month. Yeah, I know. What a concept huh? Actually do some real research. You’ll find an incredible consistency of limited thought being parroted by these young people. Worry less about their inability to articulate things well and instead focus on the ideas that are actually expressing. They have been conditioned and programmed well to be good little useful idiots. That is why the Democrats have focused for so long on controlling the classroom.

The indoctrination of kids in the public school system in the US has been going on for over 50 years! I know quite a few parents in their 40s and 50s who are as indoctrinated as the kids coming out of the schools today! I appreciate AMAC for getting this offer for this book, which I intend to read, and pass my extra copy to someone that may be able to have their eyes open! Sometimes changing the heart of someone close to you comes from someone else and it’s always worth the try!

These folks were not raised by parents. They were raised by child and day care “experts” and teachers in public schools. Is it any wonder they have no common sense or manners? They can’t even read a tape measure or tell time by an analog clock. It’s also the reason these folks have no idea how to use tools…the parents always called in someone to make repairs. I hate to say it, but I think we are doomed!!

Indoctrinated without a thought of their own. The children and college students are being
taught not to think but to parrot what they are told. I doubt there are many students that
have a brain that even functions.

Let’s be honest — many citizens in this country have shirked their responsibilities when it comes to being politically informed. Many act like they’re too busy to actually make an honest attempt to keep up with what’s actually happening with their political leaders. The mainstream propaganda machine chronically lies and brainwashes many willing halfwits, who are so stupid as to believe that our government will automatically take care of itself. How can we expect more from young adults, when a disturbing number of older adults are civically MIA.

Who didn’t see this coming? And dems wanted 16 year olds to vote? Dumb people are easier to control, inexperienced children even more so. Ironically, senile 80 year old politicians who think they’ll live forever are equally out of touch. Voting for the sake of the nation is a whole lot different than voting for homecoming queen. As they say, you get what you pay for, whether or not they have actually paid into anything.

THE authorities here in AZ were finding out that people were being offered $250 to get idiots to Vote Demoncratic. Many People were notifying (I forget) about this Fraud.

Along with what young people are being indoctrinated about and the fact they don’t seem to want to work and the government promising free stuff, of course they are gonna vote for these imbeciles. It’s sad that the youth of this country is being brought up to think they don’t have to work hard to get what they want.

Mal-educated, selfish, immature. Covers their thinking, attitude toward producing (work), and inclination to contribut (civic responsibility). And spiritual orientation. We often talk about “failed states,” but today’s (and yesterday’s, this is not a sudden phenomenon) children have aged, but not grown up. Fault? LOOK IN THE MIRROR.

The truth sometimes hurts like a punch in the nose, doesn’t it? So, et up, wipe off the blood, and GET TO WORK. Like Gibbs’s “Rule 45″ in NCIS” Clean up your own mess.

Well, who wouldn’t vote for Santa Claus? Greedy little Gen Whatever they ares want the world to pay their way because they are “special” The dems lure them in with “vote for me, get it free”. Remind these young ‘uns that THE DAY AFTER the election, the “get your college paid off” promise was withdrawn- THE DAY AFTER!! Remind them they were scammed; maybe that will inject some thought into their indoctrinated heads.

I truly believe that the greatest danger to our Republic right now is the indoctrination of the youth with socialism, CRT and LGBQRST propaganda! This article says the good news is that it can be reversed, not sure about that, it is up to the family to take control of what our kids are being taught, if we are going to turn this ship around.

There are several factors. First, they are being indoctrinated in public schools to believe that capitalism is evil and needs to be eradicated. Second, Biden was bribing them with the promises of forgiving all of their student loans and promises of other freebies that the working taxpayers (aka the evil rich capitalists) would be forced to pay for. Of course, after the election, a federal judge ruled that student loan forgiveness was unconstitutional, but Democrats never let the Constitution get in the way of what they wanted to do.

Don’t need to buy the book. I have been preaching this same thing for years. The liberals (hippies of the 60’s) became College professors at schools like Berkeley and started pushing their liberal agenda. Eventually those students became teachers in Grade Schools across the country and have been pushing that same liberal agenda they were taught in colleges and universities across the country. All the while the need for a college degree was being pushed on kids, why? not to further their education so much as to push the liberal agenda. So now here we are the plan that was hatched in the liberal 60’s has become reality and the country is going to hell in a handbasket. It doesn’t help that educators today are rewriting history that is being taught to support their liberal and socialistic agenda. Kids today are not stupid and never have been. It is a well-known fact that kids learn what they live.

The hope would be that millennials come out of the ether when they get married and start families. However, relatively few are doing that, instead living in brand new apartments and spending their money as they make it. Unfortunately boomers are to blame for this, including the radicals who went into ‘education’ as well as the legions of feckless parents afraid to lose their kids friendship. Hardly any of the ww2 gen wanted to be buddies with their kids. Boomers reversed that. So the leftist agenda went unchallenged until it was far too late. Twenty five yrs ago bernie was just a crazy commie from a loony state. Recently, with millie support he nearly won the dem nomination. The most meaningful thing that worried parents can do today is to get their kids out of public schools. Theres no immediate way available to reform the schools. The unions are too powerful

It’s called the educational system, and the indoctrination of social media. Far too many young kids and adults are brain washed and totally spoiled with our economic way of life, instant gratification and freedoms. Add to that the feeling of entitlement and we have a recipe for disaster. Too bad these kids cannot experience China in all of it’s “glory”, then maybe some or many would change their minds on the “benefits” of socialism/Marxism/communism. Unfortunately until things get really bad, these socialist wannabees won’t see the benefits of what almighty God, our forefathers and those who gave it all have provided us with. We must work to change the educational system to emphasize the gift of freedom, respect, and the cost involved. If we the experienced generation give up the fight, it’s all over.

I’ve been saying since the Obama years that I feel sorry for the young people today. By the time they reach AMAC age, I fear that they will be facing an America so messed up — and EXPENSIVE — among everything else like just feeling safe when you go outside, that life will be miserable for them. Being born in the early 50’s turned out to be a blessing for me and I sure am glad I was not born post 2000. Getting worse everyday.

Not only is voting by mail and drop box wide open to corruption, it also makes it easy for uninformed youth to vote. Most young people are far too lazy to go and possibly wait in line to vote. This is exactly what Democrats planned.

Conservatives have to have a platform which includes what is important to the younger generation. As an example, we conservatives and the Republican Party did not have a clear platform on Abortion after SCOTUS reversed Roe V Wade. Should have, given leaders knew it was being addressed in June. Most candidates came out and said No Abortion, NO exceptions, then backtracked. What is the “official” party line now? That one issue turned the younger voter and many others off.

This problem brings to mind a quote I heard on The Epoch Times program, [ Facts Matter ] with Roman Balmakov and I quote, ” You can vote yourself into communism. Eventually your grandchildren will have to shoot themselves out of it. ” end quote…
It begs the question, do today’s youth even have a clue what the word communism portends?
Do they have a fundamental understanding of why only in America we have a Constitution that guarantees freedom of speech & the right to keep & bare arms, i.e. 1st & 2nd amendments…

I just heard a quote, “We can vote ourselves into Communism, but our grandkids will have to fight their way out.” I am sure fraud has always been involved in our elections, but since LBJ the Democrats have made a science of election fraud. Lindell has proven that the machines can determine the results of our elections. It is difficult for me to believe that the young voters are so ignorant as to elect Democrats to correct the errors of the last two years. In my opinion, as long as the machines determine the winner of our elections, our vote is worthless.

There isn’t enough room here to discuss all the things wrong with today’s youth. Where do you even start now that parents through at least 2 generations have allowed the soft soaking of socialism, reverse racism, to now a Marxist ideal of totalitarian governing and wealth redistribution. We have a Governor thinking of running for president, is pushing reparations for blacks, from a period in which none of them or their parents ever lived as slaves.

Socialism started in the usa over 100 years ago in my opinion. The creation of the Income tax and federal reserve in 1913 are two powerful instruments of a socialist government. Government control of schools is another form of Socialism. People are just waking up today, because we just get more socialist all the time. Personally I think it is to late and we are in the beginning fall of the Republic, but I do hope I am wrong.

It is true that young voter’s education has been and is deficient. That is bad enough. However, even worse is the fact that a high percentage of young voters buy-in to the statement that global destruction will soon be here.
