voterTwo men were arrested and charged in Southern California on voter fraud charges after they allegedly submitted thousands of fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of homeless people, said the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office on Tuesday.

Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, were charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, eight counts of voter fraud, four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, and other charges, said the DA’s office in a news release.

The office said Montenegro allegedly submitted more than “8,000 fraudulent voter registration applications between July and October 2020.” He’s also accused of falsifying names, signatures, and addresses on nomination papers “under penalty of perjury to run for mayor in the city of Hawthorne.”

Montenegro also faces another 10 counts of voter fraud, seven counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, two counts of perjury, and five misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit, the office said.

If convicted, Montenegro can face as many as 15 years and eight months in prison, while Arevalo could face seven years in prison, officials noted.

The FBI, District Attorney’s office, the Los Angeles Public Integrity Division, and other agencies are investigating the case.

Other details about the case are not clear. It’s also not clear if their alleged voter fraud scheme affected the presidential election in some way.

It’s not clear if either Montenegro or Arevalo have lawyers.

According to local news outlet The Daily Breeze in a report in August, Montenegro, who was running for mayor in Hawthorne, had “turned in paperwork to run for mayor but failed to meet the required 20 signatures by Hawthorne residents.”

Over the past two weeks, since the Nov. 3 election, President Donald Trump’s campaign and other Republicans have raised questions about voter fraud and irregularities that may have tipped the presidential race to Democratic candidate Joe Biden. The president’s team has filed several lawsuits in key states including Pennsylvania, Georgia, and other places, while citing sworn statements made by hundreds of witnesses.

The Department of Homeland Security’s cyber-security division, in a statement last week, said the past election was the “most secure” in history. Meanwhile, secretaries of state have disputed Trump’s claims of fraud.

However, the chairman of the Federal Elections Commission (FEC), Trey Trainor told Newsmax several days ago that he believes “that there is voter fraud taking place in these places.” Trainor, in a tweet, said a recent claim from Trump lawyer Sidney Powell about his team being able to overturn the election with their cases should be taken seriously.

Just a very small tip of the iceberg. This is one of the primary ways the Democrats rig elections. Does not matter if you like Trump or not, this is what he was trying to tell the American public about the last presidential election. Now he is being persecuted to shut him up. Americans are becoming sheep with the government in control. Sad.

Sounds like law enforcement was wise to these two. The charges are unclear as to whether they were able to vote using their fraudulent registrations. I wonder how many times they voted and if their votes were tabulated.

Well according to Democrats and the MSM, voter fraud doesn’t exist. Yes we keep seeing many verifiable stories and even videos where people even admit to personally committing voter fraud on the scale of hundreds or thousands of votes. Yet the refrain from the Democrats and the MSM remains the same: It simply doesn’t exist and there is no evidence of it.

We now have a presidential election where the outcome has been altered by voter fraud of several types and one side says no voter fraud exists. While on the other side, we have people just hoping the Supreme Court will invalidate enough Biden votes to give President Trump a second term, even as many of the states in question, all dominated by Democrats in one way or another, prepare to certify their voting results within the next week to 10 days.

At some point in the very, very near future (months), our side is going to have to wake up and realize that you can’t negotiate, compromise or turn the other cheek with people that we share no common goals or values with you. Socialist and capitalist systems are distinctly different and incompatible systems. The same holds true of an authoritarian state being completely incompatible with a representative republic. There is no common ground from which to form a unified base for the country. The values and objectives simply don’t align. One or the other has to capitulate to the other. Since we know that the left won’t surrender one inch on almost any position and they will never stop until they are stopped, the question continues to be what tangible actions are you really willing to take to preserve your rights and freedoms going forward? If the answer is nothing, then we know which side ultimately wins. It is really that simple.

When are Republicans going to learn? You can’t play nice with people who don’t respect you or your message or your right to freedom of speech. Not all Socialists are Democrats, but ALL Democrats ARE Socialists! I’ve learned to treat people as they treat me. I am a Christian, but If someone insults me I’ve learned that if you turn the other cheek they’ll just slap that one also. I personally fight fire with fire! No more Mister Nice Guy! You watch Black Lives Matter and Antifa hoodlums riot, not protest. The more they are allowed to get away with the more they riot. Until Republicans take the offensive and give these Jackasses a taste of their own medicine We give them the impression that We are weak and that they can dominate us. Even a youngster learns that you have to stand up to a bully or that he will always bully you! It’s time to fight People or be bullied into accepting Socialism/Communism! I’ve made my choice to stand up and fight, now make your choice.

I don’t doubt that there are thousands of instances of corrupted elections results across the country. (Montenegro couldn’t get 20 signatures to qualify for the mayoral race in a town of over 80,000? Residents of Hawthorne CA dodged a bullet with that one.)

In my home state, a couple of cases of high-profile elections fraud in 2018 put this state and county on high alert. Even with extraordinary measures implemented to watch for corruption, an elections board officer said her county office uncovered several attempts to commit voter fraud during this election. It’s scary to think that this might not be the first federal election to sway one way or the other based on illegal manipulations. We the People will not stand for this! Criminals found guilty should be locked up for many, many years!

“The Department of Homeland Security’s cyber-security division…said the past election was the ‘most secure’ in history.” Really!? How can anyone know until all the evidence is in? Are they saying that all that testimony questioning the validity of hundreds of thousands of votes is bogus?? Stating something doesn’t make it a fact.

Why not charge and prosecute those involved in the PA fraud of voting. Most comes out of Phili. Read the article in the Buffalo Chronicle about the Phili mob connection, Little Jonny…. Very interesting tale of events….

Consider the serious crimes committed in the attempted coup d’etat of President Trump resulting criminal charges; (were there any?) There’s a sense that politics involves ‘dirty pool’; it’s expected, tolerated, and only the extremely low hanging meaningless fruit are ever criminally charged. The SWAMP is real. complicated, and is the most undermining enigma within our Republic.

Oh, come on! There was definitely fraud. Look at the statistics, patterns and affidavits. The election process now just leads to illegal manipulation and fraud. We need to get back to voting basics to get control of the process to eliminate the fraud. We should not just hand out millions of ballots like candy to anyone that can fog a mirror. The Constitution states only legal citizens of the country can vote. And we need poll workers with honesty and integrity. There is absolutely NO reason for voting machines to be using fancy software and algorithms to manipulate, harvest and send the personal vote data somewhere else, at all. Voting machines only need 3 functions. Scan save picture of ballot, count the vote for the candidate running and add the vote to the total tally. A fourth grader can figure it out. It’s not brain surgery. Too many people involved making it far too complicated. Just heard a Canadian say they vote in person by paper ballots. Every voter has a right to vote BUT also has a right to privacy and an obligation plus responsibility to see that their vote is legally cast correctly. Contact your State Representatives and demand election reform.

This is great news for our democracy. Unless the lawyers present the evidence to the courts this “news article” is of no good to us. Please stop saying there’s evidence and then present none. What is wrong with our President’s lawyers? They are looking like fools, having lost 21 court cases and talking about all kinds of conspiracies. I’m sick of the back and forth. Present the evidence so we can have our day in court!

If there is no voter fraud, why did Dominion disappear off the face of the earth? Why did they ignore PA’s request to appear for questioning, and why did over 100 Dominion employees delete their Linked accounts. These are not the actions of an honest, transparent, and ethical organization.

The only rational explanation is that they have been caught red-handed, and they are all in fear of major jail time as a consequence.

Here is an idea: There is a designated “ELECTION DAY” so why can’t everyone vote in person at their designated polling place on election day with the only exception allowed for a mail in ballot beeing those serving in the military or those that are seriously ill and bed ridden, then all votes are tallied and when complete the results are anounced all in one day. Simple and clean, no minute by minute reporting on who is ahead and so on, one winner one looser finshed.

I feel like my country is being handed over to people who are bringing their country’s practices to us and nothing is stopping it. This situation is probably a drop in the bucket, a small percentage of what has happened throughout the country. Should we take only a week to vote in person at polls. HAVE VOTER I D. and if a person has to vote absentee, have thumb print and photo on the ballant. GOD BLESS AMERICA LAND THAT I LOVE!
