Like a moth to a flame, I have to watch. When speaking to “us”, the people, at these rallies, President Trump is at his absolute best!

POTUS REMINDS ME OF REAGAN ….
With the presence of a New York street fighter to emphasize his commitment to the America.
Absolutely fearless, ready willing and able to take on all who wish to challenge his love and respect for our country.
How many others would be/could be his equal ?

It’s amazing the amount of people this man draws. He came to our city on rather short notice and packed ’em in plus had more standing outside. This oughta scare the Democrats to death. They can’t even pull in a measly amount in a small venue. Shows the amount of support he has. This is the great sleeping giant out there waiting to put him back into office in 2020.

I watched the speech and was impressed with it This man will go down in history as the best President we the people have’d seen ever .I hav’d said for years that a President should be a business man not a politician a man who knows how to get things done business wise. To know how to make thinks work for the common good of the nation.I say God Bless this man.

Since I was about 15, I have said that what this country needed was a businessman at the helm, not another politician, since running a country seems to be a lot like running a business. I’m glad to see that has finally happened and what a difference it has made.

I rarely watch speeches.
I read enough to be well aware of almost all of the big and little things Trump has accomplished.
I am grateful that he is president.

I do not think that the president expresses himself very well. I know–I’m an oddity. Most people think he a great speaker, but I think he is very lacking in his delivery and wording.

I do pray there is an awakening of those that think anything closely related to socialism or communism is fitting for the USA…we the people need to take back the youth…the loud unruly protesting is being done by the one who will be elected in 20 years…they all need to be reeducated for the sake of America. I am thankful President Trump is tough enough to withstand the badgering, belittling, berating he has to endure daily as our media is corrupt and I pray he will be successful in cleaning house….further prayers that we see Gowdy and Crenshaw in 2024!!! Lead the way President Trump and thank you for bringing God back into our country and the White House.

The best part of President Trump’s speech was bashing the “Fake News” media. And yes, CNN does suck! At least we have a president who wants the very best for America.

President Donald J. Trump “Will go down in history as America’s best President ever. “ The man is completely transparent, approachable and shows openly his compassion for America and the people. To bad the left wing loonies don’t get it. I’m thankful that they don’t. I and our church will continue to hold “Our” President up in prayer. We love, honor and respect the President. I heard excerpts of the event afterward on the radio — not that I wasn’t interested, just that we are very busy. I am proud of what President Trump has accomplished. It has been a wonderful surprise how much he has embraced conservative Christian values. It was clear to me that he would embrace populist, and politically conservative values such as limited government and support for the military, when he was running, and it was for these reasons that I voted for him. But it has been a wonderful surprise, and an answer to prayer, that he has defended conservative Christian principles, such as unabashedly advancing pro-life candidates for SCOTUS and other court appointments. Like some, I am not enthralled by his speeches — to me, they are populist, and more like a cheerleader at a pep rally. Sometimes I find his retorts crass. In fact, quite often, I find many of his tweets over the top (like a boy pushing and shoving on the playground). Nonetheless, it is his very aggressive style, that seems to be exactly what is required to confront and to not be bullied by the out-of-touch and corrupt mainstream media. His willingness to take the fight every day to the media is to be applauded and cause for thanksgiving. So in spite of stylistic differences I have with him and even though his rhetoric sometimes annoys me, I am pleased and even proud of what he is accomplishing. He has surrounded himself with an excellent team, and in spite of the unelected bureaucrats, that work daily to undermine his efforts, he is succeeding at derugulation and significant course correction of an out-of-control federal bureaucracy. However, there is one area, where he seems to show little interest, and this concerns me: his lack of leadership and real action to reduce the national debt. I consider this to be one of the top three challenges facing America, and I see only a meager handful of politicians taking the problem seriously. I am hopeful Trump will take this on in an aggressive way in his second term. Hopefully, he will have both houses of Congress with him to support these efforts. God bless our president and wake up our electorate!

I don’t much care what he says this far in advance of the election. I’m more concerned about what he does. Things change quickly in today’s political minefield. Whats appropriate today is outrageous tomorrow. We see this blasted to us everyday in our “media”. When the media starts to focus as much energy on exposing congressional malfeasance as they do on the executive branch, we’d see an entirely different story. Like that will ever happen……….

Since I already know that there is only one person I can vote for, and that is Donald T, I am not going to need to be engaged in the political arena until election time. I do not watch much TV and there are no politicians I can trust. No way am I going to waste time debating fake news and a useless Congress over the next 16 months. After Trump, the country is lost.

POTUS Trump is a Patriot, Leader, Businessman who loves America striving to correct all the political entanglements created by his predecessors that has stymied for many their lives to live the American Dream. He is a respected Commander In Chief internationally and along with Melania they captivate every stage they appear on, both are wise, intuitive and command respect with great degree of understanding of each culture they encounter. America is witnessing probably the greatest President and Presidential couple that will ever grace the White House, their strength and charm will be hard to rival. America got it right with Trump, electing a businessman who loves his country vs. a politician who panders to political limelight and often ideologies that divide rather than solutions to unite. Trump 2020

No one else would have the back bone or savy to do what this Patriot is doing to save our great country from al the radical Democrats, never Trumper RINOs, civil service swamp creatures, and the fake news media! Who else do you know that would sacrifice themselves and their family to Make America Great Again? And, he donates his Presidential salary!

Since he first mentioned running for President I’ve thought Donald Trump would benefit greatly from having a speech coach. There’s nothing wrong with the things he says, often not even with the words he uses, but his disjointed rhythms, monotone and timing detract from his message.

Don’t compare Trump to Reagan or Kennedy until you watch them side by side. There’s no comparison. Ronald Reagan started out broadcasting baseball over the radio and went on to become a polished version of himself on the silver screen. Kennedy wasn’t just bred for the job, he practiced for it. Trump wasn’t and didn’t.

He’s been an autocrat in his very successful business career, able to hire, fire and follow his whims, since he was always in full control. He never had to pursued or motivate employees.

In his fairly successful pop culture media career he caricatured his business self, once again, hiring, firing and following his whims, celebrating the fact that he was in charge and everyone else had to perform and obey.

Through no fault of his own, Donald Trump has never learned to give a polished, paced, motivational speech, with emphasis on the right words and pauses at the right times. He’s improved over the past two years, but even though he says the right things, he says them so badly that, in particular, the polished speakers of show business (perhaps the most influential small group of people in the country) are repulsed.

Understand why so many actors hate Donald Trump? Because they know (and they’re right) they could give much better performances, they could deliver those speeches so much better, they could be dignified and expressive at the same time, deliver the message with persuasive force and grace. Never mind the fact that most of them are intellectually vacuous, that’s not the part of the Presidency we see.

We don’t see Donald Trump pondering his options at night, trying to figure out the best way to solve the country’s problems. We only see and hear him talking about his decisions. The evidence is compelling that Donald Trump’s been making the right decisions, but over half the country remains unpersuaded, and that’s not their fault, it’s his. He’s managed to make it 72 years without learning to make a persuasive speech, and the only people who like what he says are the ones who already agree with him.

It’s not too late, but as long as President Trump thinks he’s delivering great speeches he won’t take the (somewhat embarrassing) step of hiring a speech coach. Too bad, there are 65 million voters out there who don’t agree with him, and need to be persuaded.

Our president unabashedly sounds the trumpet loudly and clearly what this country needs in the faces of our people and outsiders. Unlike other people who succumb to the deportment and doting spirit of entertainment and historical, anticipated well-rehearsed self-righteous political ovations, I’m unbiased, neither prejudicial nor afraid, of his demeanor, presentation, and businessman’s approach; rather, I’m convinced he’s proceeding in a straight course with genuine seriousness and conviction. He forthrightly maintains, with a set of well-studied and intentional objectives, an ostensive bully pulpit, and excels, surpasses, and outdoes previous administrations the much needed clarion call of action for salvation from the many kinds of mis-designed policies, misguided ideology, intentional façades, and other enemy forces lurking within, all the while resisting the pressures from without.

First, I think we need to tone down our hopes about Trump. Progressive states like mine are continuing their March toward the cliff of socialism. Even though things look positive, we should not be idolizing this man. He’s been in Washington a long time and he knows how to put on a show. I love what he’s done for the country but there are so many times he could have defended himself against things the Dems say, where he hasn’t. Why? He could appeal to those young Bernie followers (sheep) more than he does. I am optimistic but concerned that Trump may not be all he seems.
