He used the word predecessor several times, never mentioned Trump’s name. He also talked about abortion, but didn’t say the word, only euphemisms. I didn’t like his snarky asides to the GOP, it was childish. The speech seemed disjointed, no transition from one topic to another. Biden is an angry, ranting old man. Hollering does not make him seem powerful, despite the cheers of his party followers. He mentioned the words honesty, dignity and equality, as if he knew what they were. Mist Carter said it well.
