She was the only Dem candidate for Pres. I would have even considered voting for. The only one with common sense & an open mind. Ppl can & do change parties . I did so in my early 30’s when I realized for one thing the Dems treated us all like we are idiots. Others in my family also switched.

I see the general consensus is DemocRsts should be removed from power and give them the West Coast, Republicans take the East and split the Country in two!
The Dems will see to it that only another Republican like George Dubya would be elected over an honest running mate.

Dems will steal this election as well, as the GOP has been sitting on their hands for the last two years, as well as the previous four years. Line ’em up and shoot ’em all! That was my grandfather’s solution for Washington DC a century ago after fighting in WW1.

For years I have said that Tulsi Gabbard is THE MOST DANGEROUS DEMOCRAT in their lineup because, even though she endorses the entire Progressive Liberal Democrat Insane Green agenda, she is smart enough to regularly produce Conservative-sounding sound bites that make her appear sane, and those sound bites fool the Conservative voters who aren’t paying close enough attention to reality.
DON’T BE FOOLED.

I think Trump should consider her for his VP in 2024. I never liked Mike Pence and I believe she brings a lot to the table.

Polls often ask the wrong questions. In this ase the question should be, “Is she a RINO?”
RiINO’s are worse than libs in my opinion.

It’s always good to hear about the flip, but at this time it’s walking on eggshells. Don’t trust. Time will tell. Too many rinos infiltrated our party and even leftists like Mitt Romney. We can’t fall for recent flippers. We need established patriots.

I don’t trust any Democrat. They’re running as Republicans. I’ve read that they’re called “secret sleepers.” Another way for them to cheat. Tulsi changing parties could just be their newest strategy to trick people. I might take her seriously in about 20 years if I’ve seen her fighting for conservative policies the whole time.

Let’s just hope she’s not just there to infiltrate and become a spy within the Republican Party like a few of them are. We’ll see.

When I think of Tulsi leaving the democrat party I can’t help but compare that to people leaving California due to all the crap they voted in. The same goes for New York and a bunch of northeastern states. They move to conservative states but more often than not, they take their political ideology with them. I haven’t seen that Tulsi has abandoned her socialist ideology, just that she is not all in to going full communist like the rest of the democrat leadership. So, I will have to wait and see before I fully trust her motives.

Tulsi Gabbard has guts. Hope she has good security at her house and elsewhere. Let’s hope her courage is contagious and that it inspires others.

Every ex-Democrat must be watched carefully and given notice of being held to Republican ideology. The Republican party needs to make a way out for Rinos. If you make them sign it and swear allegiance to the Republican party or be removed by the party with a majority of votes, then they may think twice about being a Rino.

I was a democrat until Jimmy Carter, then I took a long look at the party itself, I changed party’s and have never regretted it. The Republican party is for the people despite what the Dems say.

I am happy to see someone open their eyes to the truth, always! But by the grace of God , people don’t just change the make up of their minds that easily. Although it’s true the left in their radicalism have shown what their core value is and it’s evil. To stay in that party shows the heart of a person and just how evil is their blatant choice.

Good for Tulsi Gabbard! She had a decision to make since her Democratic Party has been hijacked by extreme fanatics. I hope others like her do the same. Common sense must prevail if we want this country to survive all the insanity that we have been witnessing. What makes it hard is not only are we fighting extreme left wing fanaticism, but we also have a media that will continue to promote all this nonsense to their viewers (rather than admit they have also been dupped). The public opinion is based on what the news puts out.

Tulsi is moving into the middle to position herself for a job in a Republican administration if the GOP takes 2024. Something like Secretary of the Army for the optics of a woman and bipartisan appointment by the next POTUS.

A wolf in sheep’s clothing is the way I see it. After this last election I don’t trust any POLITICIAN. They can all say what they want to get elected. She knows the Dems are done for during the mid terms so maybe she will say she is a Republican now so she can continue her democratic roots agenda. Sad what this Republic has come, let politicians steal an election and let them get away with it. VERY SAD

Her video on the reasons she chose to leave the Democratic party were spot on accurate on each and every topic and why it isn’t acceptable. No sugar-coating or skirting the issues. Bravo for her courage to speak openly and honestly to the American people.

Most Dems who leave that party do so for personal advantage, not because they espouse conservative beliefs. Sadly, Republicans tend to trust these politicians, to their party’s disadvantage. The bottom line: vote for issues, not for personalities. Also, Trust, but Verify.

She didn’t join the Republican Party after leaving the demoRATS. She became and Independent! So that tells you that she is abandoning the far-left; but, she still is more like a Moderate Dem.

It is a good step in the right direction and bodes well for the popularity of Republicans. Would she caucus with the Republicans?? Still better to get rid of one more D from their in the statistics.

I applaud anyone leaving the Democrat party. It remains to be seen if she is truly enlightened or just ambitious. In the meantime, anyone she can swing to vote Republican/Libertarian is welcome…

Tusli, like Bernie, Who she endorsed after her failed campaign! Is not an extremist. But she certainly leans left. She supports Universal Health Care, She is pro choice. She is pro lbgtqia agenda. She was pro “assault weapons” bans. she embellished her “combat record”. I agree with some of what she claims to stand for. But in the end, she is simply a politician looking for a path up! Dems don’t want her. She’s not going republican. So she is playing to Independents and Bernie socialists.

Tulsi Gabbard has clearly declared her heart allegiance long ago. She has been groomed in Young World Leaders by the World Economic Forum as a globalist in the class of Trudeau, Crenshaw, etc, and has displayed the Illuminati triangle symbol in front of the capital. The Democrats and Republicans are either side of the same coin. She also may still be a high officer in Military Intelligence Psychological Operations according to one document I saw.

I’ll be interested to see exactly what her positions are on key CONSERVATIVE issues: Abortion, infanticide, securing the southern border and illegal immigration, government [woke] corruption, energy- American sourced gas & oil, the Iran nuclear deal fiasco, all the [stupid] American woke military issues, and most importantly- support for the security and sovereignty of the nation of Israel.

I watched the Dem Debates a couple years back, told my GF (a lib), if someone put a gun to my head and said I had to vote for one of these people, it would be her. She was out of step with the lockstep Progressives trying to give all the right answers to win. Closest to making any sense, I believe her decision to leave was a process at least that long ago, but as crazy as the party got over the two years, she was left WAY behind.

We’ll be better able to consider her change when she opines on policy. I still reserve any decision about her change until I hear some more of her policy opinions.
