The cheating in all of our elections should be major news. So much evidence but no one of reporting on it except President Trump and people on X.
Heard on the radio this morning (December 26) that illegal border crossings from the southern United States are the lowest since 1970.
This announcement should show bipartisanship – but sadly many don’t see it that way.
Thank you Mr.Trump for your vision and follow through since winning the White House. A year ago this country had the weakest president in history who did not care for the country nor the resulting mass influx of illegals. Trump has made our country something to be proud of again, along with halting the border problem. He has the economy running like a well tuned vehicle and despite the Democrats impeding every move he make he keeps his word to keep America great. The Democrats continue to show no direction, care nothing for the American people and a free a disgrace to humanity. Losing Chaie Kirk to an assail has made Turning point even stronger as well. Republicans must continue what Trump and Kirk preach and never allow a Democrat to take k e back the White House again. If the far right of the Demcratic party ever wins the White House, along with the Senate and the House this country will fail and fail quickly. Republicans must stay the course that Trump has set. Thank you DJT. Happy new year.
Thank God for President Trump and JD Vance. I pray for their continued blessings, safety, health and stamina. This huge ship called the USA has already changed course under their leadership, but, 2026 will prove that this ship is finally on the right path.
It takes time for a huge ship to turn around.

The one big story that’s not an option is, the border is now secure! It does go with Trump elected but it’s definitely a story on its own and a big plus for America.

I’d like to propose this to the liberals,marxist democrats and anti American politicians…….Name we one thing that has not been a positive action for the betterment of LEGAL Citizens or OUR Country?
Compare it to the abject FAILURE of biden,harris and democrats.

As bad as Congress is now. You know how much worse it will get if democrats control.
While some of these choices in this poll include key achievements or positive progress, others on the list remind us of some tragedies that our nation experienced in 2025. Yet, we tend to forget that our level of faith in our Creator is of paramount importance for any year.
The greatest headline should be that President Trump kept his campaign promise to protect and uphold Christian values. We have a powerful and unapologetic advocate in the White House because he has inspired a spiritual revival in our nation (even prior to the two assassination attempts on his life.)
As we suffered much from the last administration, our nation was headed in warp speed into darkness because we turned our back on God. We are grateful that God placed DJT back in office to once again focus on putting God front and center in all we are and all we do individually, and as a nation.
Early in the year, President Trump signed a couple of key executive orders: One E.O. was to protect the religious freedoms of Americans and end the anti-Christian weaponization of government, by establishing a Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias. The second E.O. established the White House Faith Office to empower faith-based entities, community organizations, and houses of worship to serve families and communities. Additionally, he and Melania had a powerful message during the Easter Holy Week that called for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our nation.
This is not to say Trump is a saint. Only God can judge one’s faith. Yet, we are blessed that he has taken steps to restore faith in America and bring God back into the heart of our nation. Despite all events of any given year, our faith in our Creator is what matters most. Have a blessed Christmas as we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

President Trump’s big win and second for me was Charlie Kirks assassination.
Our 1st and best for 2025 was Trump is our President and saved our country!!! Look how much he also helped our mental health!! It took a few months, but our “under the surface” anger started fading!! #2, God Bless D.O.G.E.!!!
The World is on fire and and President Trump is trying to put it out, and the Democrats in Washington D. C. are like Nero in old Rome they are Fiddling while it Burns.

Future 2026 big story prediction….
Midterm elections and turnout.
Future 2027….if, please God forbid, Democrooks take control of Congress.
It will be impeachment 4.0 on steroids for the following 2 years.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE VOTE in midterms and help keep Democrooks from ruining any chance of success for Trump and our country in final 2 years of this great administration.
Ronald Reagan was what this country needed at that time in history and I truly believe that Donald J. Trump is exactly what this country needed in these wicked times we have witnessed under the corrupt Biden administration in order to correct the course this country was on. May he have God’s speed in accomplishing more and only if we hold the House and Senate in the upcoming mid term elections can this be possible. We must ALL passionately get out the vote in order for his agenda to be completed in the last two years. There is NO TIME to sleep on watch. He is keeping his promises- so let’s help him on the way.

The big story of the year for conservatives, besides the assassination of Charlie Kirk by Trans militants, is the FAILURE of congress to codify into law the conservative agenda we voted on. They have: FAILED to pass, except for one small one, the DOGE cuts, FAILED to bar men from playing in women’s sports, FAILED to bar trans genital mutilating surgeries on minors, FAILED to codify into law the elimination of the Department of Education, FAILED to end the unaffordable and corrupt Obamacare, FAILED to end taxpayer subsidies to woke universities, FAILED to codify Trump’s initiatives to downsize the federal bureaucracy.
I voted for the top four.
But, the biggest story by far is the continuing of lies of the media, the demo-rats and the numbers of citizens with their heads buried in the sand. Unknowingly or knowingly, following the father of all lies!
Passage of THE BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL and secure border/deportations would have been 2 of my 4. But not listed!!!
Another option was the lunatic Dem mayors, governors, and legislators that colluded to obstruct justice and Trump at every turn.
Dems support criminals and not law and order.

This was difficult, but I chose some that seem to have a longer term impact on the country. Generally, polls are useless, but fun because they make me think beyond the surface.

President Trump’s reelection and Charlie Kirk’s assassination are the two giants. After that, any other two will work. I chose the taking out of the Iranian nuclear facilities and Israel-Hamas due to the long-term effect they both will have on Middle East geopolitics.
I’ll believe in DOGE once I see the waste eliminated for real. I don’t think the repubs have the political cojones to effectuate the cuts as indicated.
I thank God for Trump and team daily! BUT, stop spending money we don’t have, and pay down the debt. The US Dollar is on the verge of collapse (check the price of gold and silver lately?). IF the US Dollar collapses, we are all in for a BIG surprise, AND A LOT OF SUFFERING beyond what most people can imagine!! Greenback toilet paper anyone????

Charlie Kirk’s assassination was a major epoch in the history of political violence in the US. It revealed a hatred that the communists in this country have for the truth and especially for Christians. Charlie’s assassination made that all to real for many who hadn’t or didn’t face the truth of this hatred from the communists.
However, the headline should be Donald Trump retaking the Presidency. This political comeback is the most impactful event for our Republic (and Thank Almighty God for that)!
Christmas Day Nigerian airstrikes and commissioning two battleships (commissioning US battleships ended in 1991, extremely dangerous decision)
Two that should have bee included are 1. our secure southern border and deportation of illegal immigrants, 2. cheating in our elections. The 2020 election was absolutely stolen from Trump.
To hell with the Somali’s, all radical muslim terrorists, Palestinian protesters, illegal border crossers, drug cartels, gang members, people that constantly play the racist and victim cards,
and Democrat media, judges, prosecutors, mayors, governors, state legislators, and congress members that lie and support and defend these criminals. Obstructing law and order, safety and justice for America and Americans.
I’d like the American people to start seeing the savings from DOGE. We work hard and deserve some of what we ‘ve put in.
The most impactful event was DJT retaking the Whitehouse. The second should be sending the Iranian nuclear program back to the dark ages. 4 more years of an autopen, or similar, administration, and the world would have seen nuclear tragedy from Iran.

This coming year is so important to get all of Trumps policies implemented and show an even greater growth of success (such as economy).
As hard as it is now, if he loses Congress, 2027 and 2028 will be hardest for him to get anything passed.
I agree that the death of Charlie Kirk was a terrible thing but it was absolutely avoidable and unnecessary. I have seen no discussion of the fact that had his or the venue security teams used a few hundred dollar drone with a camera this would have not been a “headline” at all because it would have not happened! Such a loss for the future of this great country all due to incompetence of just a few.
All the idiot white baby boomers and college kids protesting for Palestine, illegal border crossers, every race and social issue they see in the news and against law agencies and law and order itself. Mostly non-organic and paid protests.

Darkly interesting that the ongoing war in Ukraine isn’t even on the list, considering the huge sum (donation, support, investment, etc.) that our nation has and continues to provide, along with the consummate threat to world order and peace that Russia’s ongoing aggression represents.

Frankly, knowing the scripting behind mainstream news, I have only watch occasional snippets of that for decades. I see a wide scattering of responses. I only checked the 4 that seemed the most prominent on alternative news as well as mainstream, given many of the others were used as distractions or more subject to context manipulation.
I am glad to see I was in the majority on the only 2 I picked, which seems to tell me that AMAC readers know the difference between a headline connected to a story of value, vs tabloid drivel and around town stories with only local interest..
Trump, Kirk, and DOGE are what count and the chance to get our country on track. Kirk’s legacy, eliminating waste gutting our Nation, and DJT, the driver gives us a gleam of hope. Americans need to rally at the poles and do their part to save our nation. DOGE so far only made a dent in eliminating waste. Reports indicate that we continue spending and giving money to worthless scams. A real difference can be made if we get the 60+ majority. Lets not set back and squander the opportunity. Balance the budget and pay down debt.
Headlines by themselves are not inpactful. The events they report are what is impactfull.
The question should be: chose the events that had the most impact.
There is no peace in the Israel/Gaza war as Israel continues its genocide of the Palestinian people, both Muslim and Christian.
