I’m not sure how the questions “choices” were decided upon, but some were not given much thought or much needed information.

I am really disappointed in your issue regarding the candidates. You are obviously endorsing Trump. I voted for him in the last election, but I really hope that DeSantis gets the nomination. You mentioned that you don’t know if Ron can transfer what he’s done in Florida to the U.S. However, history has taught us that some of the most effective presidents were governors—think of Ronald Reagan.
Trump has much too much baggage, and has been acting like an infant. You said that DeSantis attacked Trump, but that was LONG after Trump called him Ron DeSanctimonius. Trump, if he was a real statesman would hold himself above the fray. Trump should have done MANY things in his first term that he is promising to do now. This includes getting rid of the partisans embedded in SO MANY bureaucratic positions in the government. His failure to do so has saddled us with a third term for obama. Trump did NOTHING to rein in federal spending, indeed he increased it. His lack of firing Fauci made us a nightmare in terms of COVID. He gave another unelected bureaucrat much too much power. DeSantis was wise not to trust Fauci and open up Florida. If Trump wins, he is a “lame duck” the minute he assumes office. He can never accomplish in one term what DeSantis can in two. Finally, Trump is just too old. My husband is 76 and works full-time. I know how tired he is most of the time, and the job of POTUS is much more demanding than my husband’s job.
For God’s sake, instead of PUSHING for any one candidate PLEASE allow “we the people” to make up our own minds.
