Not sure using the Supreme Court as a ‘tool’ in the Executive’s tool box is a good thing. This is one reason we are now having to deal with Obamacare! The Supreme Court helped the wording be changed in the Bill to make it a tax. They should have only reviewed the Bill as presented, as they should ALL items presented to the Supreme Court. Also, When Federal Courts are over turned repeatedly, the Federal Justices in any Circuit need to be removed. When you have Lawyers saying there is the Law in the 9th Circuit and then there is the Law in the REST of America, we have a big problem!

The president’s absolute power to determine immigration policy for the United States is incontrovertible and not negotiable or even discussable by the courts. The president can, on his own authority, choose exactly who and how many of any group of people choosing to immigrate to the United States are admitted. He can, legally, decide that left-handed redheads are not allowed to immigrate to the United States. No one, anywhere at anytime, has the option of saying wait a minute that’s not fair. This power is always, has always and should always be the purview of the executive branch of government. This power has been exercised in the past by presidents of both political parties. The Supreme Court, while well intentioned, has no authority to prevent the president’s implementation of any immigration restriction he chooses to put in place. Certainly no liberal judge in Hawaii has that Authority.
