NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) was founded in 1949 with an urgent mission to quell and/or defeat the Soviet Union. That mission was accomplished with the collapse of the Soviet Union over thirty-five years ago.
Since then, NATO has evolved into a good-ole-boys liberal political club that certainly shows signs of becoming a vehicle for globalization and the new world order nonsense, all the while being complete hypocritical cowards.
Operation Epic Fury has totally exposed NATO for who they are, beyond what was exposed in the early stages of (and since) the war in Ukraine. NATO has become a liability in America’s efforts and commitment to wage war against radical Islamic terrorism, which ultimately affects all nations of NATO and more.
Many of the NATO nations blindly opened their borders to millions of radical Islamists in the name of “Diversity is our strength” thus creating an Islamified Europe. What could go wrong with that? And now it’s too late for European cities to change anything because they are weak and woke. They are now stuck with mosques on every corner; Islamic stores, restaurants, public religious celebrations; and no social integration of any kind.
This is what Trump has been trying to prevent, besides having the world be blown up by Iran’s nuclear weapons program. By refusing to get involved militarily or financially in Trump’s bold efforts to irradicate the threat that Iran posed to U.S.; Israel; and the rest of the middle East and Europe, the NATO freeloaders are on the verge having to go it alone. Good luck to the European leaders who suck up to radical Islamic Jihadists, as their new allegiance will eventually bite them in the gluteus maximus.
I’d rather see America get out of the United Nations and the Uniited Nations out of America
Getting out of NATO and the UN would save us over $1T/year. Neither provides value to the USA. Both are owned lock, stock and barrel by Islamic colonizers. We saved Europe twice, and they still refuse to assist against Iran. Enough! Cut the cord and let them swim on their own. Starmer, Macron and the rest will need a Biden-esque supply of diapers when that happens. Good riddance.
Europe needs to take care of Europe. Cut the apron strings.
We should dump the UN as well as it’s counter productive to most except the bad apples on the planet
The US should withdraw all forces and close the bases in England and Spain immediately and let Germany, Italy, Turkey and the other countries know that all US forces will be withdrawn if they do not start to meet their funding obligations. The US Forces in Greenland should be expanded to provide coverage and protection of our country. The European response to Epic Fury is totally unacceptable and the NATO nations need to be put on notice that future failures will result in complete withdrawal.
We don’t need them any more. NATO has out lived its purpose. We bailed them out of 2 world wars. They have done nothing for us. Time to divorce this relationship and move on with OUR lives. The same can be said of the UN. Let it go the way of the League of Nations.
NATO has sucked off of the American hind bosom for years and until very recently never carried their fair share! I was stationed in Germany and Italy. Germany literally raped the US! Every blade of grass run over, every seedling tree damaged was tallied up and charged to the US government! Instead of being grateful that we were there helping to protect them from the Russians! I sincerely hope we pull out of that organization! They can have Canada as well!
NATO like the UN has become an oxymoron. Both have become self serving and in no way seek the greater good except at the cost of the United States.
I am one person who doesn’t understand why Europe has not stepped in to assist the United States. My understanding is Europe buys most of their oil from the Persian Gulf region. As a kid in junior high we studied several European countries that are members of NATO and there are American military bases in Germany, Turkey, England, Italy, Belgium (there was a large American hospital in Brussels), and Greenland. Sounds like Europe has misplaced priorities.
In addition, Japan also buys oil from the Persian Gulf region and as of March 1 Japan refused to help the United States too. Sounds like Japan also has misplaced priorities.
And while we’re dissolving unholy alliances, get us out of the UN and send them packing. I hear Iran is nice this time of year.
These are dangerous times. NATO countries must back the US.and support what the U.S.is doing to stop the Iran leaders from their ruthlessness toward their own people and the rest of the world. This is a mess and NATO must unite strongly against the Iranian leaders who care nothing for their own country or the rest of the world. If NATO countries continue to stall the U.S. will have no choice than to terminate their NATO affliation.
Get out of Nato and the UN!! We are the money supply only.
Withdraw from NATO. Agree they do not serve our interests. Their lack of action proves they are a globalist muslim (aka terrorist) supporting organization which does not align with the values, norms, morals or modern evolved civilization of the United States. Spain not allowing us to use air space or military base that is there to support them, is reason enough. Spain has recently welcomed muslim migrants and will soon be part of that terrorist regime. Let them fend for themselves. Don’t waste any more of our money. When the fecal matter goes airborne, they will all come crawling back begging for US to help…. just like they always do.
NATO members originally came together to back each other up. NATO members have shown they do not wish to participate either financially or politically. It’s time to exit and let the nations who decry mores and values while accepting the U.S.’s military strength to keep them safe to foot the bill for their own defense.
If we aren’t in Europe, we will loose needed advantages.
Make them meet their obligations and remove members that don’t.
The UN is useless. Kick them out of NY, leave the organization and let them flounder. Like PBS. We can’t support garbage.
We should also get the UN out of the US!!!!

NATO is like the UN all pay no gain we should use the money that is given to them for American projects like DEFENSE

As a Military veteran myself I believed in the NATO alliance. Then NATO started showing its weakness by never taking a stand when ever the alliance was threatened.Now with their total reluctance to support The USA against Iran I truly believe that NATO is no longer what it was originally intended to be and is as Trump said “a paper tiger” we are better off by ourselves.
NATO is compromised and invaded by globalists. It has gone rogue. They can no longer be trusted. We donate the MOST, the rest do not make their contributions. without the US, NATO would not exist! They failed to defend us.
They did not live up to their promises. They serve NO US interests
REMOVE THE US NOW AND EUROPE AND THE EU CAN DEFEND THEMSELVES
They have allowed their countries to be infiltrated, and taken over by globalists, who are invading their own countries with millions of violent migrants. they are turning Islamic and we do not need partners like that.

We should withdraw from NATO strategically but not before the USA takes Greenland. Their refusal to allow use of our joint bases during the Iran excursion is justification enough for the complete takeover of Greenland instead of this current agreement.

Get out of NATO, get out of the UN. Neither organization has our best interests in mind.
We should remain in NATO as it is still a viable to our interests and still more effective than the U.N. However, we should pull all our troops from every country that did not support us or allow the use of their airspace and bases and redeploy them to the countries that still want to be on our side and support us. The money is better spent helping countries that want to be our partners and not on one’s that have forgotten the past. Our alliances are and have been moving from Europe to Asia and the Mideast. We could also concentrate more on our hemisphere.
The proof is in the pudding. NATO has shown their true colors, and they are yellow. They want our money and help when they’re in need but when the roles are reversed they’re no where to be found. Same with the UN. President Trump should withdraw the United States from both organizations, and get the UN headquarters out of the USA also!
If someone is for you, they walk alongside you through thick and thin. It doesn’t seem like anyone wants to help us. It’s time to let go and do what we have to do to secure peace.
NATO no longer knows who our friends and enemies even potentially are. It appears more misdirected than even the UN. The UN needs stripped of ALL power except to discuss openly on behalf of your own nation equally and move it physically to “neutral” territory – like the moon.
We should withdraw from the UN, as well, and kick them out of the country.
They use the excuse that they weren’t advised before the attack as a reason not to join in or even let us use the airspace.
If not assisting, then the money’s given to assist ALL members is wasted. Period.
We should stop giving money to NATO and the UN. They have not supported the US, just want our money. We bail out everyone and when we need support they turn their backs.
Withdraw from NATO and the UN. Kick the UN out of America and repurpose all their buildings for homeless Vets.
NATO (and the UN for that matter) have become nothing more than a financial burden on the US with very little (if any) benefit for the investment made. Both had good intentions in their beginning, but both have become nothing more than a Marxist stronghold for despicable leaders in countries that hate We the People who support them. Get out, and tell them to support themselves from now on. Our “progressive” ideas about how we spend money to make the rest of the world love us have not worked, that is proven.
We should draw down our forces present in NATO immediately and cut any funding that is not directly for our forces. We need a long term solution for strategically located bases like Rota, Spain, Aviano, Italy, those near the Arctic and European territories/protectorates, which serve our forward assets (aircraft, ships & subs).
It may be more of an advantage for the US to work out separate alliance agreements with NATO countries like Poland, the Baltic states and the Nordic countries. But overall, make France, Germany, Italy & the UK assume the burden for defenses in Europe and cut the costs we now incur, and either move our troops back here or to another country/region where they’re needed more.
That is some beautiful and incredibly valuable Manhattan real estate that the UN sits on! And for what? So the diplomats can double park and help screw up traffic? So that we can get “human rights” lectures from the likes of China and Iran? Get out of the UN, kick the bums out, and let them set up shop in Brussels. Then sell that real estate to the highest bidders!
Europe got rich on Americas help after WWII and now they cower and support the globalists in Davos. The WEF is running the world and Trump stands alone against them. Only he is succeeding and they don’t like it. They see their power shrinking and their plan to globalize the world crumbling. Get out of NATO and the UN.
America must withdraw from NATO. We are the ones who are largely supporting the budget of that operation, and we are the ones who have the massive military to defend NATO members. Meanwhile, some member nations won’t even contribute the 2% of GDP required to be a member yet they spend massive amounts on their nation’s welfare programs. Expecting America to be the world’s defender is absurd. We are also now realizing that NATO nations won’t help even when requested.
EUROPE HAS A HUGE MUSLIM POPULATION,THAT COULD BE A BIG PROBLEM WITH POSSIBLE TERRORIST ACTIVITY
If NATO isn’t going to allow us to use bases we fund, equip and staff when our interest need to, then it’s time to cut the chords that bind.
The smaller nations NATO nations bordering Russia are very vulnerable without USA in NATO. Unlike the larger nations they meet their NATO contributions yet given world history I doubt that Germany or France would come to the aid of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania if Russia invaded them again as they did in WWII.
I THINK THE MONEY SPENT IN NATO SHOULD BE REDUCED CONSIDERABLY.
EU needs to justify the USA remaining a NATO member for a FAR better reason than their need for the USA to keep the corresponding revenue streams flowing.
Warfare is no longer (primarily) a static ground base operation, while boots on the ground is the ultimate mop up strartegy drones and air superiority dominate the modern battlefield. Milti trillion dollar military bases on foreign lands with billion dollar annual operating coast for populations who love the American dollar but view Americans with disdain no longer make ecominic or moral sense. Get out while the getting is good.
NATO has been propped up by the US for decades. It’s latest rejection of our request for support is evidence it is no longer in our best interest to keep NATO going.
The President has been telling NATO to pay what they owe for months with no response.They are disrespecting him and the U.S. They don’t realize that we don’t need them; they need us. Maybe if we leave them they will wake up.!?!
NATO was created as a defensive measure for Europe against Soviet aggression. The Soviet Union was undone over 30 years ago. Hence, NATO is irrelevant. NATO has nothing to do with the U.S. action against Iran. Withdraw from NATO.
USA should pay only the 4% that other nations pay and require ALL other nations to pay the same or not be covered by the alliance. If it takes a larger percentage for NATO to remain viable the required percentage for all member nations should increase or let NATO fail. IF a conflict arises the USA is going to come to the rescue anyway. Let it be on our own terms.
The USA should stop supporting the United Nations as it is a socialist tool much like WEF.
Thank God President Trump has finally confronting a decades old problem. The USA has always been expected to take care of everything and foot the bill. Enough!
The USA needs to stay in NATO, but reduce the number of troops and military bases in Europe (especially in nations who not only did not help, but hindered USA ‘s use of bases or airspace in that nation in prosecution of Epic Fury). Europe needs to shoulder much more of its own defense.
