Remove the paid agitators, and the problem goes away! They are not peacefully protesting! They seek to harm the agents, damage property, and they are allowed to get away with that!
arrest them! Start with the local government authorities, who refuse to uphold the law!
‘Riot Control’ Is Not ICE’s job
If Local, and State Law Enforcement would Do Their Job, as in ‘Riot Control’, Those ‘folks’ who have been killed would most assuredly still be alive.
Well, if rounding up the illegals is too much for the democrats, maybe we should start arresting the people that allowed them to come here. The same ones who authorized visa cards, $4K payments a month, $1200 a month EBT cards. Any lawmaker or enforcement officer of any capacity willfully aids an illegal to evade capture or gives them taxpayer funds, in any form, should be arrested and incarcerated for AIDING THE ENEMY.
When John Adams helped to write the Massachusetts Constitution, a precursor to the U.S. Constitution, he wrote we are “a government of laws, and not of men.” This concept emphasizes the rule of law and the idea that no individual is above the law, and it had a profound impact on the framing of the U.S. Constitution.
One such law is the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996. Section 642[A] declares the following:
Federal, State, or local government entity or official may not prohibit, or in any way restrict, any government entity or official from sending to, or receiving from, the Immigration and Naturalization Service information regarding the citizenship or immigration status, lawful or unlawful, of any individual.
Additionally, on the ICE website, you will find its mission statement:
“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations’ (ERO) mission is to protect the homeland through the arrest and removal of those who undermine the safety of our communities and the integrity of our immigration laws. As part of its critical mission, ERO manages all aspects of the immigration enforcement process, including the identification, arrest, detention and removal of aliens who are subject to removal or are unlawfully present in the U.S.”
In effort to carry out the mission of ICR and ERO, the website adds the following:
”… While ERO has significant assets near the border, the majority of its immigration enforcement mission takes place in the interior of the country. To accomplish ICE’s important immigration enforcement objectives, ERO coordinates closely with law enforcement partners within the U.S. and around the world. One of the most notable law enforcement coordination and partnership efforts within ERO involves the biometric and biographic identification of priority undocumented aliens who are incarcerated within federal, state, and local prisons and jails…”
So, what happened to the constant chirps and cries from the Left during (and following) Trump’s first term, “No one is above the law!?” My, my, what a quick turn of events when voters put Trump back in the driver’s seat in 2024. Now, like they can’t define what a woman is, they can’t do the same about laws. There new declaration is “Laws, what laws…we don’t need no stinkin’ laws!
In the meantime, it is maddening that the DOJ is slow walking their duty to follow their mission “to enforce the law (i.e. make arrests, indict, and hold accountable lawbreakers) and defend the interests of the United States according to the law.”
If we are allowed to be bullied out of Minnesota we will have lost all we have gained in law enforcement over the last year. DON’T GIVE AN INCH.
Unfortunately most people get their news from the lame stream media instead of good sources like Newsmax or Real America’s Voice so they are not getting the correct info. If fed law enforcement bows to the demands by the libtards it will set a bad precedent and this tactic by protesters will be used again and again. The violent protesters should be treated like domestic terrorists and receive long prison sentences. If we fail to get all illegals out of the US it will only take Demos getting in control to start this all over again and try to give amnesty to the illegals.
The laws should be followed. People who interfere should be arrested.
I’ll get right to the point. Declare Marshall law in Minneapolis and deport IMMEDIATELY everyone who cannot prove they were born in the US!
Biden let in millions of illegals. They have to be removed even if the Democrats and far left crazies oppose it.

I am all about correcting our Immigration problem but Minnesota was a set up that provided the Media a source of very effective propaganda to advance their agenda.

Minnesota’s governor is fomenting all this anti-ICE action and should somehow be held accountable for causing all this destruction and harm! I was born in this country about 76 years ago and have never witnessed anything like this. A government official siding with rapists, murderers and illegal aliens! This is un-American and unconscionable! This is what happens when when we allow socialists and communists in our government! Barack Obama said in his first inaugural address that he would fundamentally CHANGE America and boy, did he!
They don’t want us to continue investigating the fraud happening in Minnesota and other states. This is their way of distracting the public and keeping the heat off of them.

We the People elected President Trump to close the border, remove violent criminals , those with arrest records for previous crimes and to enforce our current immigration policy. Which includes illegals who are here violating current law. The second tier is to formulate a workable immigration system that allows LEGAL, regulated and documented immigrants to UNDER OUR LAWS visit, work and eventually qualify for citizenship.
These illegals have been offered, generously (Citizen taxpayer paid) passage back to their home countries with a window of opportunity to apply for LEGAL entry into Our Country for visitation, work and application for Citizenship. That’s EXACTLY what America needs and wants.

It is hard to watch people hurling objects at our law enforcement officers without consequence. it’s ok to peacefully protest, yet most of the current protesters are violently angry and are blatantly breaking our laws. Arrest and punish the few and the many will back off. God Bless America, we need him now more than ever.
Although tragic, I don’t believe the deaths are on the ICE agents. I believe it’s a product of the lawless left when in charge not upholding the law. The left feels they are untouchable and have already threatened to persecute us for their perceived crimes. We need to fight the communist movement uprising in this country.
The mainstream media continues to add to the problems on immigration clean up by Trump administration. They just will not change and are worthless. Because of professional agitators this is a real concern and keeps ICE from carrying out their instructions to get rid of illegals. Dems and several Rhino’s will do nothing. The majority of people in MN have not problem with the deportation of criminal illegals.
Please note that the riots started when the corrupt government was exposed for up to 19 billion in fraud and theft.
Our state government is corrupt to the core. From spending, taxes, fraud, protection of criminals, faulty voting. They will do anything to stay in power.
Don’t look to the courts in MN for justice. They are just as corrupt. Stuffed with Dem activists.
It really is simple…let ICE do their job and they will leave you alone.
Politics be damned! Federal law trumps what states want. Until Congress changes the law, ICE is doing the job required by current legislation and must continue to apprehend and deport criminals who are here illegally.
ICE is doing an outstanding job. It is Walz,Fret,Ellison and Omar whose rhetoric & radical defund of law enforcement who are to blame. Two people died because of their bad decisions. Pretti was unstable to have a handgun or even being a nurse. No one comes to peacefully protest armed with a gun and ammunition to kill a lot of people. Every illegal MUST be deported.
These individuals are the same as paid mercenaries which are soldiers, they don’t belong on the streets and should be treated as enemy soldiers!
Criminals are only deterred when the law is enforced. Our citizens suffer when law enforcement is hindered. Responsibility for one’s own actions should be taught to all!!
Follow the Law. If we submit to lawlessness, what kind of country will we then have? Who will be “in charge”? Until 2025, we were headed for implosion…..allowing the lawbreakers to cry, whine, lie and gaslight the public….and, in some states and cities, this continues.
However, being reasonable isn’t enough. ( A parent can’t reason with a child to teach him right from wrong– it’s in consistent consequences for acts of disobedience.). Start enforcing the law, without delays in the actual lawful justice system.
As long as the rhetoric on the streets and in the reporting of misguided, self-absorbed so-called journalists remains the loudest voice, conservative law-abiding voices will be drowned out and ineffective.
The Lord repeatedly punished His people for disobedience….wiping out the offenders for defiance and “going their own way”.
Today, there seems to be no hard and fast, consistent parenting (albeit in a loving way of course) so children go their own way, following impulses, and obeying the ungodly influences of this evil world. The laws of our land are suffering from similar failures… allowing lawbreakers — of every kind— to manipulate the system, largely due to softies( like all the protesters, violent or otherwise, who carry some sign created by some wealthy supplier, and advocate for all the wrongs in this country.
Hold every one of the lawbreakers, of any kind, accountable, with swiftness….and hopefully there may be a future for our children and grandchildren.
For me, as it should be for ALL Ametican citizens, the issue of ILLEGAL entry into America needs to be treated as an INVASION of our country. For far too long, it has been treated as a minor problem, mostly by Democrats and bleeding heart Liberals. Through their actions and their thought processes, it is obvious, to me at least that, they place very little value on being an American Citizen. If this were not the case, they would be behind all those who are doing what is necessary to protect our nation from ALL those who would INVADE her.
Seven options to respond to this poll and none of them reflect my opinion: Elected officials in the State of Minnesota are committing Federal crimes by interfering with I.C.E. and agitating other people to do so. They need to be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of Federal law. If voters in Minnesota and elsewhere are unhappy about that, they need to take into better consideration the ideologies of candidates before electing them to office.
GOVERNOR and mayor need to be backing ICE, and stop using the people to do their dirty stuff as they sit comfortably in their gated comm
The Democrats illegally brought these people into our country on taxpayer money, claiming the border was secure. Since that time, they have supported these folks with our money and ignored all of their violence. The people voted to rid the country of all of these people and put Donald Trump in office to accomplish that task. Now we have mutiny in the streets. Democrats are now attempting to defund ICE proving that they are lawless, lowlife people. If the appropriate action were taken all of the illegals, violent protestors and everyone supporting this insurrection would be arrested, including the Democrats. a message to you D.O.J. we’re waiting.

What is clear to me is the Democrat Farmers Labor Party (DFL) are hell-bent committed to creating and continuing with their Constitutional crisis right along with their Somali partners in this mess.

ICE is doing their job. If you are illegal, you should be deported and / or self-deport. If you are aiding a criminal illegal, you should be deported. If you are a sanctuary city hiding illegals it you are a criminal and should serve the consequences.
I could not say it any better than Mist Carter did. Laws are necessary in a complex society as we have. Picking and choosing which laws to follow and which to ignore is not an option.

Once again we have changed the definition of a common word. Normally, Protest would mean gathering at a place with signs and slogans with the intention of changing policy. Law enforcement policy should be set by law, not public opinion or reaction. If public opinion is against enforcing any law, then the law should be changed not the enforcement.
