AMAC Magazine Exclusive – By Rebecca Weber

Loneliness does not discriminate by age, season of life, or strength of faith. It can arrive quietly—on a weekend, in a moment of loss, or during a chapter of transition.

I remember the weekend phone calls with my grandmother after my grandfather passed away. She became a widow at 74 years young, after 56 years of marriage to her soulmate. Those calls were sacred. They taught me something I still carry with me today.

Grammy—as we called her—was an optimist. When I was a little girl and feeling “blue,” as she would say, she offered simple but profound advice: “Think on things that are lovely and pure.” Her faith was not something she merely spoke about; it was something she lived.

One of her favorite verses came from Isaiah 41:10:
”Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Scripture doesn’t deny that truth meets us in it. The Bible teaches us that in moments of fear, grief, loneliness, or even spiritual doubt, God draws especially near. We are reminded that these quieter, harder moments can become sacred ones—times to sit with God and invite Him to speak to our hearts and minds.

Here at AMAC, one of the greatest rewards for me—and for the people I work alongside every day—is knowing that we serve a community of like-minded, caring Americans. You encourage one another, help shape our direction, and stand shoulder to shoulder with us as we amplify the voices of more than two million Americans who love this country.

It brings me great comfort to see how our creative and development teams continue to find new, uplifting ways for our members to stay connected and engaged. These offerings are designed not just for enjoyment, but for fellowship and encouragement.

Daily Games

One meaningful way our members stay connected is through AMAC’s daily games, which were thoughtfully designed with community in mind. Beneath each game, you’ll find a comment section where members can share opinions, exchange encouragement, or simply connect with one another. These small moments of interaction often become a welcome part of the day for members, offering companionship, conversation, and a reminder that you are never alone within the AMAC community.

Weekly Poll

Another consequential way to combat loneliness is by participating in AMAC’s weekly poll. There is strength in numbers, and seeing how many fellow members share your views can be a comforting reminder that you are not alone. Each poll creates a simple but powerful moment of connection and brings people together through shared perspectives, reflection, and thoughtful engagement.  And I am excited to announce that in August of 2026, this space will expand even further, providing new opportunities to connect with Americans who share your values and your love of country.

Book Club

Book clubs are another great option that offer many benefits to the mind, body, and soul. At the request of our members, we created AMAC’s Book Club—a place to read together, reflect together, and share recommendations for future selections. We welcome your ideas and your voice there as well.

Community Events

While these options offer meaningful connections from the comfort of home, there is still something special about shared, real-time interaction. That’s why we also offer a rotating calendar of live, in-person, and virtual events designed to bring members together. You’ll find AMAC’s full calendar of events on our website’s homepage, where you can register for free webinars and participate in the  AMAC community—today and in the months ahead.

Social Media

You can also stay connected with us on social media by following @amacforamerica on X, Facebook, and Instagram. And you’ll find our video content on YouTube at BetterForAmerica.

As winter settles in, it invites us to slow down—to reflect on what truly matters: family, faith, and God’s enduring love.

As CEO of AMAC, I am continually inspired by you—by your courage, your values, and your unwavering commitment to this great nation.

And while the challenges before us are real, and sometimes marked by moments of loneliness, I believe deeply that the AMAC community—grounded in truth, service, and love of country—can offer comfort, friendship, and hope to us all.

My prayer for you is this: that you feel surrounded by peace—not the fragile peace the world offers, but the deep and lasting peace that comes from Christ alone.

Thank you for being part of the AMAC family. You are never walking alone.
