5:25 Worst time this year. Spent a lot of time reflecting on people that were in my live in years gone by. Some are dead, some are living, and some are not known. Thursday mornings are reserved for breakfast with my oldest friend, Tommy. We have managed to get back in touch recently, and still buddies after 65 years. He spent a couple of years in Vietnam doing his duty. God Bless him!

1:58 – no assists – not bad, cold be better – I always get a fast start & then slow down when I have half covered, my eyes start going in circles.
