God Bless The United States Navy where my dad (20 years) and my brother both served. I got rejected by the recruiter AFTER he told me I would out rank both of them on my first day. It was horrifying when dad had sea duty because I never know if he would come back until I saw him, expecially if they got “Sealed orders” which was a large envelope with orders to set sail to a certain place on the globe, then open the other envelope. But then dad put red AND green Kryptonite on his eggs every morning because he liked the pretty glows.
