Jones 3 years ago I thought the “The Fujita scale/Enhanced Fujita scale” was a wind measurement used 24 hours after consuming two tacos and a fujita. Dianne 3 years ago 10 mostly good guesses! carol 3 years ago 10 out of 14 – guess I know more than I thought! Patty L 3 years ago 11/14…. I guess at least my brain is still working! ? David L 3 years ago Great Trivia puzzle. Enjoyed it. Thank you AMAC. Murphy's Mom 3 years ago Thanks for the great trivia quiz! Cynthia 3 years ago Only got 8 right but I really liked this trivia quiz. When the wrong answers were corrected I found myself saying, ‘oh yea – I should have known’. Thanks again AMAC. DirkBob 3 years ago 12/14….2 guesses, both wrong Sherry Ware 3 years ago 14/14 Being a 5th grade teacher and teaching American history for years gave me an advantage. Sandra D 3 years ago 13/14; blew the last one. A lot of fun, though. George A Gibson 3 years ago On question 3 the dictionary say a fruit is anything with seeds into which means squash and zucchini are also fruit. Carrot is the only truth vegetable. Bob K 3 years ago 13/14. Easier than most AMAC quizzes in my opinion. Missed F B Morse Q. Barb 3 years ago 10/14. Better than I thought Jim Shedd 3 years ago 9 of 14 correct. Some clearly were guesses. Garry Kroft 3 years ago 10/14 = 71.4% and only a C grade. That was after guessing correctly on a few. Diana Erbio 3 years ago Wow! 12 out of 14 ??? LEW SMITH 3 years ago 13/14 !!!!! Yes, I do have only a high school diploma, long before computers. I honestly thought I was correct on the answer I missed. I should have just guessed. Joe 3 years ago 12 out of 14. Got #1 and #2 wrong. Should have known better on John Kerry. But got the remainder correct! No Guesses either!!! Better than these college kids not knowing who fought in the Civil War or What Year was the Constitution signed…… numbersrunner 3 years ago I did not know that President Woodrow Wilson did not have balls. David Campbell 3 years ago I have a problem with they way question #6 is phrased. Of course Astronomy is the study of all things outside of the earth. An extension of earth science? The geology of the earth is often used in understanding how other planets form and why they are the way they are…an “extension of earth science”. Maybe I got it wrong because the answer is so obvious. Maybe that is the accepted definition of Astronomy. I don’t care. An “extension of earth science” is not really an accurate description when studying phenomenon that doesn’t occur on the earth. If the “…as an extension of earth science” was left off I would have answered correctly. T. Anderson 3 years ago 11/14 and a few were just guesses. I’ll take it. Ken 3 years ago 12/14 Marilyn Home Fenner 3 years ago How is it that John Kerry only served 4 months in Viet Nam? The military men in my family had to serve a minimum of 13 months. Don’t tell me he was wounded. Curious. skippy 3 years ago Love to see the scores for the average High School Grads… Ron 3 years ago Arrggh! I thought I was going to get my first perfect score! But the last question got me. ☹️ ROBERT 3 years ago In question #6, what are the “other parts?” I know the parts of Astrology and Astronomy, so I eliminated both, right away and then wasted time trying to guess between 2 wrong answers. Thought I was doing so well, but only got 9 right. I FART WET ONES 3 years ago IT IS IN MY CASE ! Fincy 3 years ago Got 12 out of 14 right. Missed Woodrow Wilson as being the one who cancelled the Inaugural Ball. It was between him and Willliam Howard Taft. I did not know that Wilson was a two term president. I knew he was President during WWI. I also did not choose the right building for Samuel Morse’s telegraph to Baltimore. I chose the Library of Congress but it was the Supreme Court. A lot of the questions I found to be rather easy. So I guess I’m all right with Amac’s take on Trivia. The two hard ones for me I missed. jonathan lerner 3 years ago the zucchini and the squash are also technically fruit Phil 9 months ago John Kerry is an anti American idiot. wpDiscuz340Would love your thoughts, please comment.x()x| ReplyInsert Login Login Join Renew Member Benefits Newsline Member Benefits Advocacy Our Actions About Advocacy Issues Get Involved Weekly Update Annual Report Find Your Representative AMAC App Better for America Podcast Book Club AMAC Blog FAQ About Us Overview Our Team Our Stance on Key Issues Magazine Medicare Games Voice Your Opinion in AMAC Polls AMAC in the Media AMAC Action AMAC Foundation Social Security Guarantee Prime Directives Brief Prime Directives Details Sweepstakes Contact Advertise with AMAC Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy
