Not bad for one who does not care for football. tad 6 months ago Back in the early 80’s, late one night I was in a Walgreens and i turned a corner and ran into this guy. I looked up…..and up….and up….and it was Joe Green. He started apologizing, as did I, and then we just laughed. We chatted for a few minutes. He was there looking for some Christmas decorations. He was so nice, just a regular kind of guy, much gentler than I expected. Super nice guy! Bob L. 6 months ago I had to guess on all but one question and got three answers right. The one I knew was the commercial where the little boy gave Mean Joe Green his Coke – and got Joe’s jersey in return. J. FARLEY 6 months ago 4 for 10, but who cares, they are still WOKE! Patty L 6 months ago I’ve broken my record! 1/10!! And I don’t care! The less I know about NFL football, the better I am. Mary Annie 6 months ago I skipped the quiz this week. I have no interest in the Super Bowl. Who’s playing this year? Is it Portland State and Gonzaga again? Vito 6 months ago 1/10 – no hints – 1 more than what I expected. I stopped watching football when they got rid of the REAL 1/2 time entertainment. I’m also against grown ups getting paid tons of $$$ for a game that kids play in school better than they do, so they can do a stupid dance in the end zone. June 6 months ago Figured I’d probably only get two right. Wrong. I got absolutely none right. 0 out of 10. I think I win low score for today. Broccoli Free Zone 6 months ago “Mean” Joe Green was a pushover for little kids, just like me. Jack Lambert was known for throwing a Cliff Harris down the field about 15 yards, after a missed field goal (it was ruled NECESSARY ROUGHNESS). That sparked the Steelers to rally from behind and to VICTORY. After Apollo 13 NASA temporarily forbade the use of the number 13, using 41 Charlie instead. When they told the score to the astronauts coming back from the moon in 1971, they told the crew, and the world, it was Baltimore 16, Dallas 41…….Charlie. John 6 months ago 7/10 not bad for someone who doesn’t watch the superbowl Marlyne 6 months ago I beat Steve M. and got only 1 right. I’d make the same comment. Lost interest in professional sports years ago when it became all about show biz and players weren’t accountable for behavior off field. I got the one about the frogs croaking the commercial for Bud! Not even about the Super Bowl question. Glenn 6 months ago Did NOT take the quiz. Not interested in ANYTHING super bowl. Melinda 6 months ago This was a first, I got none right! I do watch some football, but don’t get into the historical statistics and don’t care. I enjoy watching the plays, it’s fairly new to me. BethC 6 months ago I got 2 correct, and those were lucky guesses. Lana 6 months ago 50%. You can tell when I stopped caring about football. MamaBear007 6 months ago I got three right, and one of those was a guess. I remember the Mean Joe Green Coke commercial, and the only reason I knew which team had a perfect season and won the Super Bowl in 1973 is that one of their quarterbacks was the brother to one of my high school teachers. Daniel Miccolis 6 months ago YUP…10 guesses—2 right!! Don’t much care about football, can ya tell?? Mary 6 months ago 10 guesses one right NJ Evans 6 months ago !/10. Not much for football. Truth Manhattan 6 months ago 9/10. Who gives a flying rat’s patootie about Prince’s halftime show? I mean, really. ???? Fredrick 6 months ago 2/10 shows how much I care about football. VikkiC 6 months ago 3/10…right for someone who detests football… Ron 6 months ago WOW! 0/10. As I have zero interest in football, it’s not surprising. But you’d think by sheer luck I would’ve gotten a least one right. JDH 6 months ago “You Got 1 Out Of 10!” Baseball is where it’s at for me. I’ve never watched football on purpose. Kristol Anderson 6 months ago Well I got 3 right, by some miracle, or I watched the commercials that aired! Lol Robert 6 months ago 9 of 10 – easy for a big football fan. Only guessed on one and guessed wrong. Connie P. 6 months ago Surprised I got even 4 right since I don’t watch football. The only one I was sure of was the one with the Buffalo Bills as an answer. I’m from Buffalo originally, and anyone who lives there or still has family there knows what the Bills are doing. Judith Dunn 6 months ago Gee I got 9/10 only missed Purple Rain. Rita 6 months ago 3/10. Big surprise. LOL! Richard 6 months ago Knew the answer to one. Guessed one right. 2/10 Elise 6 months ago 3/10! Haven’t watched football since college. The only one I knew was about Joe Namath. The other two were guesses. Rich D 6 months ago 8/10 Pretty good.
