He has risen. Margie 2 years ago 8/10 Happy Resurrection Day, everyone! Tom 2 years ago Question 4 asks “how many days passed”, The Bible says he rose on the third day. The time between 3 pm on Friday to Sunday morning is less than 2 days. Sherry Ware 2 years ago 7/10 Happy Easter! barbara 2 years ago 7/10 Happy Easter Becca 2 years ago He’s Risen, Halleluiah! Carol 2 years ago 9/10! Missed the one about how many chocolate bunnies are make: guessed wrong! As for the question on what other term is used for Easter Sunday, I’d like the option Pascha since those of us in the Eastern Orthodoxy churches call it Pascha since Christ is the ultimate pascal lamb! FYI: Orthodox Pascha is celebrated on April 24 this year so Blessed Easter to all in the West while we start our Holy Week journey this Palm Sunday! Ruth Pierce 2 years ago 8/10. I heard a plaque once that said “Jesus is the reason for the season.” I totally believe that. Judith Dunn 2 years ago /10 It was how many chocolate bunnies were made, hardly important. Pat Turner 2 years ago Ha! got 9 out of 10: missed the one about who wrote Easter Parade! Owen Shrock 2 years ago 7/10 Not too bad for a sinner. Anderson 2 years ago 9/10….so I didn’t know when Cadbury was founded. Big deal. Sam 2 years ago 10 out of 10. See? I went to Church when I was little. And I listened. Kate 2 years ago Not bad. 8/10. Kathy Grinley 2 years ago Jesus died on a Friday and rose on a Sunday. According to the Bible, He rose on “the third day.” But it was not 3 days later. It was two days later. The Biblical account, the way Jewish history was recorded, makes Friday Day 1. (We would call it zero, or ground zero). So he died Friday… Day 1, He laid in a tomb all day Saturday… Day 2. And He rose Sunday… Day 3, which is TWO DAYS LATER from Friday. So the answer in the quiz is “2 days.” Danm 2 years ago 6 right. A few good guesses. Byron 2 years ago First time I’ve gotten 10 out of 10! (even tho at least one answer is in question.) Admittedly a few good guesses were involved. Mike 2 years ago 9 out of 10, I missed when Cadbury was founded. Big deal! Eric Dailey 2 years ago The Bible states Jesus rose on the third day. But, he died on a Friday and rose on a Sunday. The way we reckon it today, that is 2 days, not 3. But in that culture in those days, they had a different reckoning. So, I believe credit should also be given for choosing 2 for question #4. If the question had been written, “According to the Bible . . .” then I would agree 3 is the correct answer. Tob 2 years ago 20 out of 10?
