You obviously don’t understand the Constitutional authority accorded Congress. They literally have ZERO authority to indict or prosecute anyone. That the job of the corrupt DOJ/FBI. Highlights of FBI misconduct. Whitmer entrapment, misconduct against Cliven Bundy, entrapping Randy Weaver then murdering his family! FBI agent pleads guilty to destroying evidence to gain a conviction! Comey, Wray, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Thibault, Klinesmith, ALL engaged in lies and/or ignoring misconduct in an effort to undermine Trump. The FBI falsified evidence to legitimize their spying campaign on President Trump. The FBI used a dossier they KNEW to be false, as a pretext for the Mueller investigation. The FBI literally hired a Russian individual, they KNEW was spreading falsehoods about President Trump, to protect his identity and allow damaging false allegations against the sitting President. FBI Whistleblowers are identifying false affidavits, padding stats, burying evidence, leaking info to influence public perception, overt bias against President Trump and conservatives! When will America acknowledge, our FBI are simply criminals with badges?

I more and more am becoming convinced that the FFI is heavily in league with the DemocRat Party and tends to squash investigative actions to favor the DemocRats, especially when they have the POTUS. Another case where it would seem logical to have term limits in a Constitutional limit to apply to FBI heads. And if I were a Republican POTUS, the FBI head from a prior DemocRat administration would be given his/her walking papers post haste.
BTW, “FFI” stands for Federal Fugups of Investigations!
Be nice to see MANDATORY psyche tests for any Presidential Candidate with less than 90% being an AUTOMATIC – FAIL with absolutely no second chance. I’m very sure during Joe Biden’s 48 years of being in the Senate not only Burisma energy company he aided in the dossier, he knew Hunter was involved in Drugs like Joe Biden jr is knowingly involved in flying in Illegal aliens who have criminal background from every walk of the country bringing in Illegal guns, testing positive of Delta Variant, Omnicron and Monkey pox before he put himself in the white House knowing dominion duplicates votes because this voting System went in front of Judge Amy Totemberg & a special counsel this voting system was deemed not Secure on October 16th 2020 before the presidential election , this is a grown man who knows better not fit to serve the USA , he also knew Hunter rove the car from California to Arizona dumped this vehicle there the police found it with keys in the gas tank & cocaine it now Hunter does not want to pay child support for his child. Americans are being raised taxes daily for power grabs, attacking American for not voting for Joe Biden Jr, , while Nancy Pelosi is touring the country to search for stock to get rich , attacking pres. D. J. Trump for doing his job in fear (they)democrats will be exposed of corruption such as the Clinton’s who have been involved in the Epstein matter which many dead bodies have surfaced to the top , with nobody investigating why they died blaming all the death on suicide & I doubt all are suicides .like the Benghazi death are not suicides , these murders are secretly done after a while with big tech assisting in the hush hush for decades like the American election fraud hush hush which I wish would fully expose all of them & remove their lies, corruption & dishonesty of all those who try to silence every American citizen, to never serve the public ever again . their bad karma will allow their dishonesty to surface to the top
