Ignoring the biological differences between men and women destroys a level playing field and makes women second class citizens in their own sports. Among other provisions, this bill states that sex in the athletic context must be recognized based only on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth and clarifies that a recipient of federal education funding violates Title IX’s prohibition against sex discrimination if the recipient allows a person whose sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity that is designated for women.

Honorable Greg Steube
Representative of the 17th Congressional District of Florida
House of Representatives

Dear Congressman Steube,

On behalf of over 2.1 million conservative members of the Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC), we strongly support enactment of H.R. 734, Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act, introduced by you and fifteen of your colleagues.

H.R. 734 is very important and timely legislation in view of the need to strengthen the current law’s existing protections for women, to ensure a level playing field for female athletes, and to protect the law from the Biden administration’s radical regulatory scheme.

We strongly support the provisions which:

  • Clarify that a recipient of federal education funding violates Title IX’s prohibition against sex discrimination if the recipient operates, sponsors, or facilitates athletic programs or activities and allows a person whose sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity that is designated for women or girls.
  • State that sex in the athletic context must be recognized based only on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

Thank you and your cosponsors for your leadership in sponsoring of this important legislation.

Sincerely,

Bob Carlstrom
President

Excellent.
I definitely support only women or girls only playing in female sports.
The boys that think they are girls have NO business in female sports of any kind.
They are boys.
Not girls.
Just because boys that wear dresses and makeup it does NOT make them a girl.
Especially, since they were born as boys.
Therefore, boys are NOT girls no matter how you cut it and have NO business in female sports.
Just as females have no business in men sports. Cause they are girls and are NOT men.

Why don’t sports ditch the titles of “Men’s and Women’s” sports. Renaming them XX and XY sports. If the crossdressers can’t figure out what they are, a DNA test will put them in the correct category.

Genes are genes. As far as I know they don’t lie and they don’t change on a whim just because a person wants something else to be their truth.
