Good products but LOUSY customer service. I bought 5 bottles of Longevity because they were on sale. The bottles looked fine but when I opened them some of the capsules were damaged and there was powder everywhere. Their stuff is expensive so I contacted them about reimbursement. I was told not to use the jar because of contamination but they would not give me a refund because they have a 7 day policy. The jars were fine and the problem wasn’t noticed until the safety seal was broken, Who opens their supplements months before they’re going to use them? If it was a bag of $2 potato chips I would have been reimbursed no questions asked!
