AMAC Action, the advocacy arm of the Association of Mature American Citizens, is proud to report a series of victories across multiple states and at the federal level, reflecting the organization’s ongoing commitment to protecting the rights, freedoms, and financial security of America’s seniors and citizens of faith. From fighting de-banking and elder abuse to championing election integrity and energy freedom, AMAC Action members made their voices heard.

STATE LEGISLATIVE WINS

✓ South Carolina Guaranteed Banking Act — Protecting Free Speech and Religious Liberty

Date: April 29 & May 5, 2026   |   State/Scope: South Carolina   |   Bill: HB 5538

AMAC Action submitted a formal support letter and mobilized members with a Call to Action in support of the South Carolina Guaranteed Banking Act. This legislation prevents financial institutions from de-banking individuals based on First Amendment activities, including free speech and religious expression. The bill passed its first chamber — a meaningful step toward ensuring that lawful participation in public life cannot be weaponized against American citizens.

✓ Elder Abuse Prevention Training — A Win for Vulnerable Seniors

Date: May 20, 2026   |   State/Scope: New York   |   Bill: S 3180A

AMAC Action submitted a support letter for this bipartisan New York bill directing the development of elder abuse prevention training across healthcare systems. As the bill passed its first chamber, AMAC Action celebrated a win that directly protects the senior community from exploitation and neglect.

✓ Ohio Election Integrity Ballot Measure — Putting the Question to the People

Date: June 8, 2026   |   State/Scope: Ohio   |   Bill: HJR 9 / SJR 10

AMAC Action launched a Call to Action urging members to support placing election integrity concerns before Ohio voters as a constitutional amendment. This effort underscores AMAC’s commitment to transparent, secure elections and empowering citizens to shape their own democratic processes.

FEDERAL ADVOCACY WINS

✓ Opposing E-15 Ethanol Expansion — Protecting Consumers at the Pump

Date: May 11, 2026   |   State/Scope: Nebraska / Federal (H.R. 1346)   |   Bill: H.R. 1346

AMAC Action joined a coalition letter opposing H.R. 1346, the E-15 bill that would have expanded ethanol fuel mandates. The legislation died in committee — a win for consumers, small engine owners, and those concerned about government interference in fuel standards. AMAC Action continues to oppose policies that raise costs and restrict consumer choice.

✓ Florida Property Tax Relief — Legislature Delivers Partial Win for Homeowners

Date: June 1, 2026   |   State/Scope: Florida / Federal

Following AMAC Action advocacy during Florida’s legislative session, state lawmakers passed a property tax exemption increase — up to $250,000 for 2028 and $150,000 for 2027. While AMAC had urged raising the exemption to the median home value of $400,000, the enacted relief still represents meaningful savings for Florida homeowners and a step in the right direction toward reducing the tax burden on seniors living on fixed incomes.

MEMBER ENGAGEMENT & OUTREACH

✓ AMAC Action Presents Patriot Award to Rep. John James (MI)

Date: May 21, 2026   |   State/Scope: Michigan / Federal

AMAC Action leadership, staff, and a delegation of AMAC Delegates traveled to Washington to present the prestigious AMAC Patriot Award to Representative John James of Michigan in recognition of his vote to pass the Big Beautiful Bill. The meeting also served as an opportunity to advocate for the SAVE Act, the Social Security Solvency and Health Act, and other priority legislation.

✓ AMAC Action Hosts Oregon Candidate Forum

Date: April 22, 2026   |   State/Scope: Oregon

AMAC Action organized a candidate forum in Oregon, bringing together local candidates to discuss their platforms and answer unscripted questions from community members. With 27 attendees, the event reflected AMAC’s commitment to civic engagement and empowering members to make informed choices at the ballot box.

“These wins reflect the power of an engaged, principled membership,” said an AMAC Action spokesperson. “From the statehouse to Capitol Hill, AMAC members are proving that organized, constitutional advocacy works. We will continue fighting for the values that matter most to American seniors and their families.”

The pasted writing is not exclusive nor is it copyrighted.

Is it of interest ??

Think of how many votes Libertarians could get if they campaign on repealing the unconstitutional income tax ! ! ! Jim

IS THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL INCOME TAX

WORTHY OF A CAMPAIGN ISSUE ???

Taxation is an attribute of Sovereignty. That over which the taxing entity is not Sovereign is not a suitable object to tax. A State cannot tax federal assets, nor can a state levy a tax on purchases made by the Fed government. The current word is ‘immune’. Ref. Am. Jurisprudence, State and Local taxes, §134-136. If the income tax is valid, 100% of your income could be seized and slavery is reborn.

The Sovereignty of the Citizens is identified in the Preamble of the Constitution. It is We the People who created government for our security and pleasure. The Federal government is mandated to “guarantee” a “Republic” form of government. Ref. Art. IV, Sec. 4.

The 5th Amendment secures life, liberty, and property as a Right of the People. Liberty, also in the Preamble as a purpose for the Constitution, has been adjudicated to include the Right to Pursue a Livelihood. Such Rights are not suitable objects for taxation.

A Constitutional Right, such as a trial by jury, cannot be conditioned by a fee or a tax. If otherwise, it could be conditioned out of existence; the Constitution would be a worthless scrap of paper. Ref. Art. VI. cl. 2.

26 USC §7201 and §7203, used in Income Tax process/prosecutions, have been used in gambling, horse racing, admission charges, and can apply to ALL 70-80 taxes collected by the IRS. A list of 80 SCOTUS and appellate such different cases has been made. They cannot allege violation of a “known legal duty” as required in valid process. Ref. Sansone v US, 380 US 343, 348 [1965].

If there was a valid income tax on Citizens, it would authorize seizure of 100% of a Citizen’s earnings. [There is an excise tax on non-resident aliens on the privilege of being allowed in the U.S.] Ref. 26 USC §871.]

The 16th Amendment attempts to nullify specific Constitutional provisions regarding Direct and Indirect taxes; that an excise tax does not necessitate a privilege received. It is a coup with the Sovereign Citizen reduced to a mere subject. If core Constitutional Rights can be destroyed by Amendment, the Constitution would be a worthless piece of paper. Ref. Art. VI, cl 2. All states are required to maintain a Republican government. Citizens are Sovereign and are “guaranteed” a “Republic” government. Ref. Article IV, Section 4.

A Constitutional Right [such as Trial by Jury] cannot be destroyed by Amendment. If negations were valid, Sovereign Citizens would be degraded to mere subjects. If Sovereignty of Citizens can be destroyed by the 16th Amendment, it is a coup and enforcement would appear to be treason. If a judge enforces a coup, the judge has violated the oath of office and voids jurisdiction and is impersonating a government officer. It additionally conflicts with Article VI, clause 2, the supreme law mandate.

An unaware sworn affidavit signature on a tax form, over the label of “Taxpayer’s name,” is accepted by a corrupt court to assume the individual is legally responsible for a tax and the IRS does not have to allege violation of a “known legal duty” for valid process. Ref. 26 USC §7701(a)14. Scratching out ‘taxpayer’ and inserting “not to be assumed a taxpayer” has terminated interviews.

The IRS has been weaponized by the SCOTUS with the recent case of Moore v IRS via the precedent of assessed taxes on non-received value. After the 87,000 new armed IRS agents gradually introduce the methodology, the increased value of your home, or the junk pile behind your barn (initially, if you are a selected ‘social terrorist’) will be administratively taxed. Protesting, in the corrupt courts, as Trump has found out, will virtually bankrupt anyone. An administrative seizure by the IRS appears to violate the Fifth Amendment protection of “Due Process” of judicial courts.

IRS computer printouts of claimed income tax values without adjudication evidence are used by states to assess claimed taxes. The values are hearsay and subject to objection and challenge —but maybe not if the individual submits to an administrative review of the states’ assessment. Administrative reviews inherently Taxpayer liability and applications for review [Petitions] impose liability.

The courts are ingenious on shifting the Burden of Proof to the accused who must then prove there is no possible way the tax might be valid. Such a proof is impossible. Ref. Sherry Peel Jackson v IRS; Springer v US, SCOTUS, 1881. Court cases that evidence Constitutional defenses will have Opinions ignoring wins to avoid setting unfavorable precedents.

Lawyers who have aggressively defended tax cases faced bogus criminal charges and jail and have had licenses suspended.

A recent SCOTUS case of Moore v IRS has weaponized the IRS. It authorizes the IRS to tax un-received income. If the IRS assesses the junk pile behind your barn as priceless heirlooms, a protest may bankrupt you.

How is AMAC Action involved in the fight for Social Security solvency? How can we get our politicians involved in this issue? They seem to be very resistant to take on this tough but necessary challenge. As a Social Security benefit recipient can you afford a 24% cut? Add 5 years of inflation on top of that and it’s way more. To do nothing gives consent.

AARP needs to join with AMAC and remove itself from their Leftist Leaning Ideals that has been ongoing for far too long! AARP definitely would be better served uniting with AMAC bringing all Seniors together for a stronger Coalition, making it a worthy opposition to the Progressive Liberalism of the Leftist Enemy of America and its Christian Foundational Faith, Values and Principles we held since its inception by the Founding Fathers! AMEN!

The SSA’s structure and function, under Democrats’ “leadership” has been rather weak and deficient. Many seniors fell though the cracks, all over the USA. The poor performance of the SSA, was particularly bad under Biden’s “presidency”. When Democrats take over, lack of responsibility and corruption take over automatically. Why is that so ? Lately, the Democrat Party has exhibited openly Communist characteristics. In Communism, there is no GOD, to begin with. Meaning, our Constitution is rejected. In a country where there is no GOD, there is nothing. China’s rejection of GOD is a good example. What they have in China is people who are increasingly submitting to ROBOTISM.
Very unfortunately, the Chinese example is spreading to the world, even reaching the USA. Not GOD, but the government, is worshipped, and the goverment oppresses its people more and more, under the pretext of “Social Governance Of The People”. In reality, it is a fascistic, oppressive, and brain-washing governance. That is where Artificial Intelligence comes into focus, with a very demonic goal: to manipulate everybody, eliminate faith, and have AI take over everything. We the people, will be slaves, serving the AI’s demonic intentions. I’ve noticed this already while Biden was in charge. Trump should STOP this demonic progress immediately. AI has zero good intentions. AI is the Mark Of The Beast in the Bible. I predict, big funds will be stolen from banks, and AI will be “blamed”, so victims would be left without compensation. Big Tech, which is in bed with Communism, will be an active part in AI-based bank robberies. AI is the new name for Satan.
