The FBI thwarted a potential attack on Sunday’s UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House, FBI Director Kash Patel announced Tuesday morning.
That threat involved the use of explosive-laden drones and snipers and, according to Vice President JD Vance, “some serious coordination.”
“On June 10, FBI and our law enforcement partners became aware of a potential threat to the UFC Freedom 250 event in Washington, D.C., involving individuals outside of the National Capital Region,” FBI Director Kash Patel said in a statement posted on X. “And thanks to the rapid action of this FBI, our partners, and the Department of Justice in a multistate operation, multiple individuals are now in custody and allegedly planned attacks were stopped cold.”
Five people are said to be in custody, with the total number of suspects involved reportedly numbering 23. A suspect was arrested in Cincinnati, CBS News reported, and investigators obtained Signal chats where the terror plot was discussed, leading to further arrests. According to ABC News sources, some of those involved in the plot allegedly traveled to Fredericksburg, Virginia, on June 12 or 13, just an hour’s drive to Washington, D.C.
The alleged plot involved using explosive-laden drones to hit buildings near the event, forcing a mass evacuation that would steer crowds toward a waiting sniper team. A “second wave” of attackers would then storm the White House gate.
According to Fox News, one suspect allegedly told investigators the plotters’ goal was to target “capitalist elites,” “billionaires,” and politicians who received money from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, or AIPAC.
President Donald Trump, at the Group of Seven summit in Evian, France, said he had not heard about the planned attack.
Vice President JD Vance called the plot “very, very dark stuff,” and said authorities were looking at the underground networks that would drive such violence.
“Twenty-three people do not get to the point where they’re going to commit a mass terror incident in Washington, D.C., without some serious funding, without some serious coordination,” Vance said on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” program.
“That’s not a few guys doing crazy stuff, that is a coordinated planned terrorist plot.”

As we get ready to celebrates 250 years as the greatest country ever conceived by man I worry that we have far too many people in this country that will try to ruin our celebration.
We have let far to many people into this country that we know nothing about, they did not come here to make America better. They are part of a larger plan to strike us when the time is right, and what better time than when we are in a festive mood, enjoying what God has given us. Beware of your surroundings, I fear we will be hit on multiple fronts, all at the same time!

I am concerned that someone put up the money so these men could buy guns, shells, have traveling money, etc. I think someone helped getting information to these men and encouraging them to attack. It seems like young men want to belong any group that will accept them as a “brotherhood”. Follow the money and the group or groups funding these attack groups will be found.

It took someone to leak this information to the FBI before they acted on the tip. What would have happened if nobody tipped off the FBI? My fear is that there are other terrorist plots out there which will fly under the radar. Joebama Biden and his open-borders administration will have blood on their hands, but they won’t give a rat’s a$$. This has been their America-last agenda since the 2020 election was stolen.
In a different news source, a mother of one of these terrorists, alerted the authorities on June 10th. Hopefully, they were able to follow the many roots of the plan. I’m pretty sure we will never know who really is behind this. The father of lies is ultimately the ochestrator of all evil.
