The House of Representatives Budget Committee’s Ranking Republican Jason Smith released this analysis of the Biden FY 2023 federal budget recommendation, labeling it “Another Year of Crisis.”
The report blasts President Biden’s FY23 budget as “deliberately [making] worse every crisis American families are already facing by continuing his failed policies.” Many say it is “dead on arrival” in the Congress, but the components are clearly intended to reincarnate much of Biden’s “Build Back Better” runaway spending and taxes proposal, and the Biden team’s continuing commitment to fiscal irresponsibility. Highlights are:
- $73 Trillion in Spending
66% Increase Over Previous 10 Years
- $58 Trillion in Taxes
80% Increase Over Previous 10 Years
- $16 Trillion in New Public Debt
$1+ Trillion Deficits Every Year
Massive, runaway spending by the federal government is why inflation is rising in this country. The solution from Democrats: Even more massive runaway spending accompanied by confiscatory taxes designed to cripple our economy over the long-term, create permanent stagflation and impoverish 99.99 percent of Americans. The United States is following the exact same path taken by other countries such as Venezuela, Argentina, Zimbabwe, etc., etc. who freely embraced the tenets of socialism under the guise of “free everything” and “social and economic justice”. The policies and spending initiatives being put forth by the Democrats are virtually identical to what were implemented in those countries and led to their demise.
This is the point where 99 percent of commentors would say “It’s time for the American people to wake up” and put a stop to this before the country is completely gone. However, in order for people to supposedly “wake up”, the people would need to fully realize what is happening AND be willing to do the necessary, but unfortunately messy actions, required to stop this man-made destruction of the country. Since the American people are obviously NOT so inclined, as demonstrated by their willingness to date to endlessly tolerate the ever-escalating actions of those systematically “transforming” this country, the only thing I can suggest to you is prepare the best you can for what your new life that is about to be imposed upon you by the Socialists in charge. As for your children and grandchildren, the State will ensure that they are conditioned to be good little drones in service to the State.
How can this country survive this outrageous and irrational runaway spending, Not to mention energy costs that we cannot survive with. This administration is completely and totally irresponsible and if I didn’t know better I would have to believe it’s a strategy of there’s to purposely SABOTAGE EVERYTHING!
