WASHINGTON, DC, Apr 19 — The Washington Examiner reports that the Biden administration will be releasing some 400 undocumented migrant families into the U.S. each and every day starting the middle of June. The reason: because the numbers of illegals crossing the Mexican border has risen to unmanageable levels; we don’t have the capacity to hold them at the border.
This is not speculation; it’s a fact laid out in a document the newspaper obtained from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. It states: “The number of individuals enrolled in the ICE Alternatives to Detention program has increased from 50 per day to 200 per day in March 2021. Within 90 days, the enrollment is projected to double to 400 per day. It is because of this unusual and compelling urgency that the Government requires the [emergency family reception sites] to meet the critical mission requirements of housing, feeding, transporting, and providing medical attention to these thousands of asylum-seeking families along the southwest border.”
The numbers of illegals crossing the southwest border is alarming, to say the least. In the last months of the Trump Administration the numbers of interceptions of illegals at the border were about 75,000 per month. They increased to 100,000 during the first full month after President Biden took office and in March we saw a dramatic surge as some 172,000 were intercepted. It is said to be the highest monthly numbers in 15 years.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that included in the March numbers were some 18,890 unaccompanied children, 100% more than were counted in February.
The question is, where will these families go once they are released, and the answer is that no one seems to know. Most likely, they will find their way to so-called sanctuary cities.
As the Examiner noted in its coverage of this breaking story: “While the Biden administration deflects criticism over the border crisis, Republicans, and even many Democrats, are attributing the growing problems to Biden’s immigration initiatives, which, thus far, have reversed many of former President Donald Trump’s deterrent policies.”
Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador also puts the blame on the Biden administration. As he put it: “Expectations were created that with the government of President Biden, there would be a better treatment of migrants. And this has caused Central American migrants, and also from our country, wanting to cross the border thinking that it is easier to do so.”

I’m so tired of hearing about asylum seekers in this context. If wanting to live in another country is asylum seeking we could all go invade any country at will. How can three or five year olds be asylum seekers? What are they fleeing…except parents who should be in jail for child endangerment. Why aren’t these parent being prosecuted for abandoning their children to coyotes and worse, drug dealers? This whole situation is so appallingly wrong.
Build the wall! Stop the invasion. These people are not asylum seekers, they are invaders that are getting the nod from corrupt, illegal president Biden. Why are these people never sent to D.C., Hawaii, Delaware, Massachusetts, Vermont, etc.? They are usually sent to Red States to dilute the vote. Blue states are given a pass but the illegals find their way there in any cases but in fewer numbers. Arizona is tired of its cities left holding the bag for these invaders. Send them back as soon as they cross! We all know they are not really seeking asylum. They are seeking to get all the social benefits that immediately become available to them. Taxpayers revolt!
Just think of people coming across the boarder illegally…..they pay no taxes, they are completely supported by our government and our taxes, they have no jobs or prospects to get jobs is a long way off, they crowd our schools and teaching resources that are stressed financially to the limit, they pay for no healthcare, they drain the resources of the food banks, they have not been checked for viruses that Americans have worked hard to eliminate, and this administration has no plan to stop this crisis and surge at the boarder. O’Biden and his inept handlers have no idea about the problems that they have created now and for many years to come. It is beyond shameful….it is dishonest and inhumane.

Can’t see why AMAC is calling illegal immigrants asylum seekers if they haven’t gone through the process of applying for asylum. They’re illegal border crossers. Families seeking asylum are being sent to Tijuana(if they have sought asylum), whereas the rest are being let loose, escaped custody(if they were ever put in custody), or put in overcrowded cages(children). Is AMAC becoming weak in their narrative and unwilling to tell what’s exactly happening at the border, or does AMAC even know what’s happening at the border?
