May 9 – Putin’s Villainy Day

Perverse. May 9 in Russia is known as “Victory Day,” a day of reflection on WWII losses by the Russian People and commemorating Soviet victory over Nazi Germany. In a twisted, Orwellian, morally perverse turn of events, Vladimir Putin – who has now killed thousands of Ukrainian civilians, targeting hospitals, retreating refugees, women, and children, and led more than 18,000 Russian soldiers to their death, will call May 9 “Victory Day in Ukraine,” and double down. It is nothing of the sort – it is Villainy Day.

History is so easily forgotten – and when twisted to perverse ends, bad things happen. Truth does set us free, as the bible says. The truth in WWII is the Russian People – then Allied with America – suffered terribly at the hands of Nazi Germany.

While the Soviet Communist system, on which modern China is modeled, was evil – killing tens of millions over decades, the immediate cause of death for 27 million Russians in WWII was Naziism. The reason for Russia’s traditional “Victory Day” is that Nazi Germany killed 27 million Russians.

That number may seem inconceivable, but 10 million Russian civilians died at the hands of Nazis, 11.4 Russian soldiers, plus eight million from starvation, so the toll may exceed 27 million. All this is part of the great sadness – and cautionary lesson – of WWII. Unconscionable losses fell on Allied populations.

But this 2022. What Nazi Germany did to the Soviet Union, Putin is now effectively doing – mass murder, rape, torture, kidnapping, massacres, destruction, territorial conquest, and ideological deception – to the innocent population of neighbor Ukraine. The truth is, this is jaw-dropping evil.

Some will say keep perspective since world domination is not Putin’s stated objective. They will say do not overreact, as he only wants to conquer territory historically tied to Imperial and Soviet Russia. They will say Ukraine is not part of the Western NATO Alliance, and vigorous defense may be provocative.

Here is a counterpoint: The longer this international massacre goes on, the darker the shadow across Western values and the greater the risk that Putin’s perception of “right” – which is anything but right and shared by Communist China – may become the new norm.

What did Edmund Burke write? In sum, all it takes for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing. All it takes for Western values to fall, overtaken by Communist, Autocratic, Neo-Fascist, Radical Islamic, Neo-Totalitarian, or Anarchistic values – is for good and free countries to demur and go along.

Defensive weapons are being sent to Ukraine, more each day – have already, incidentally, been sent to Taiwan and other nations in Communist China’s apparent sights – but more is needed than the perpetuation of stalemate.

What we are witnessing on this memorable May 9 – in a torn Russia and tortured Ukraine – is another brutal, unapologetic, twisted autocrat, pseudo-messianic leader intent on twisting the truth, now aiming to use horrible, historic losses sustained by the formerly-allied Russian People – to his own evil ends.

To use the word evil – whether anew, quoting Edmund Burke, or drawing on the Bible – is a heavy turn. But think about the facts and ask yourself how much of what is happening is anything but evil? What have innocent women, children, and citizens at large of Ukraine done to deserve this? How can any of this killing and carnage be justified?

Pointedly, has this May 9 “Victory Day” anything to do with moral or meaningful victory beyond the sobering reality of WWII? How can anything happening in Ukraine be grafted by Putin onto this day?

Yet that is what we are witnessing, the horror of truth twisted to serve more indefensible killing, maiming, and human agony. The world needs to speak louder to confront this assault on humanity, twisting of words and values, history, and ancient honor to serve patently evil ends.

This is no day of victory for Mr. Putin or the Russian People, despite Putin’s doubling down – the notion that his carnage is a “just war” warrants more conscription, loss, killing, or is a national crisis, except of his own making.

Soon enough, Russian mothers and fathers, sisters, wives, sons, and daughters will begin to understand that this is neither victory nor a worthy fight, that their loved ones in uniform, who stood up for Mother Russia, were betrayed by Putin, fed like fodder to a killing machine called unjust war. No, this is not a “Victory Day” for anyone; it is a “Villainy Day” for Putin and day of sadness for the world.

And yet we will see from the comments to this article that Russian propaganda is alive and well and flourishing on this website.

If the West truly believed their own propaganda, they would have sent their military forces and fought alongside the Ukrainians. How long would it take to push the Russians out of Ukraine? A week? A month?

The West won’t get involve because they KNOW Putin is fighting a just war. And also because Putin ordered them to keep out. Paid liars like Robert B. Charles cannot change these truths.

Even the Pope gets it: Pope Francis Says NATO Started War in Ukraine by ‘Barking at Putin’s Door’
But it wasn’t just barking. Over 14,000 Russian civilians in Ukraine have been killed by Ukraine forces since the 2014 West led coup.

Happy Victory Day.

Until I know George Soros – who could bail Ukraine out easily – has his hands off, I’m remaining neutral. Zelensky, I have heard is a relative of Soros, and Soros has been disintegrating Ukraine young people for several years. They run around with decimated LGBT. . . . bodies, sawing down crosses and talking smack. Zelensky is a Globalist = destroyer of morales and rights. Does everyone think Soros has been helping a group of Christians? U.S. started this when McCain and Lindsey Graham went into Ukraine ini 2014 and encouraged them to attack Russia. Then they built bio-weapon labs along the Ukraine and Russia border in which Pelosi’s son, Biden’s son, and John Kerry’s son-in-law make millions. If you were Russia, would you want all this going on in your backyard? Would you want NATO telling you what to do?

… the Russo-Ukranian war has Hillary Clinton’s name, all over it. Your de facto president, it’s Hillary Clinton, behind the curtain, pulling strings on the Biden administration. Desperate for a Russo-Ukranian war, It’s the Clintons who nudged NATO into baiting the Russians into Ukraine. It’s Robert B. Charles, paid handsomely, writing CIA propaganda pieces for backwater web sites –

“A torn Russia”, “18,000 dead Russian soldiers”, “targeting fleeing refugees and hospitals”, all issues at best in question and all data supplied by the drug addled Zelensky and his puppet government.
When can some sense of objectivity be provided in the bird lining crap AMAC spews regarding this conflict? What if…….Russia, aligned with China, most of South America, many Slavic countries, African countries, southeast Asian countries and India all got together “NATO Like” and installed heavy armament and bio labs in northern Mexico? Would the US and its NATO synchophants respond? One would hope so. But a rational person would view Russia going in to Ukraine in a similar light. It was the corrupt as hell Ukraine government and its heavily equally corrupt and financially invested (see Hunter Biden and the “Big Guy”), that kept bringing up expanding NATO to include Ukraine, another violation of the promises that were provided the former Soviet Union states when they agreed to dissolve the Warsaw Pact. Russia for years tried to get the US and its NATO lapdogs to cease the expansion east of NATO countries…..to no avail. What would the US do in similar circumstances?
We are being lied to by the corrupt executive branch of the United States and a goodly number of corrupt heavily invested in Ukraine Congress members about this invasion. Look into the sons and daughters of…..well, Biden, Pelosi, Kerry…..many others. Look into where and how they are heavily invested and ask yourself if your financial survival, your ability to fuel your car your house your body is worth saving the financial windfall these people have received off the backs of Ukraine citizens. Please do some research before you buy the popular narrative. Remember the lies about “Russian disinformation” regarding Hunters laptop? Remember the lies about the non vaccine, vaccnine? You thing our government suddenly just stopped lying to us?
Why have sources of news from Russia been banned? Why are the resources of people with an ethnic Russian background been seized? Where are you from? England originally? Germany? What if our government had a bone to pick with one of those countries and decided to seize the assets of people with those ethnic backgrounds? YOUR assetts?
Please, don’t believe what I am writing but DO some research on your own and find out the truth behind yet again a false US Government narrative.

The question of the day: If the United Nations put forward a motion to pit the two presidents, of America and Russia, in hand-to-hand combat, a fight to the death, who would win? In the red corner: Judo black belt, ex KGB assassin, Vladinir Putin, in the blur corner, or representing America, the Easter Bunny?

if we had a president who was a stateman and knew what to do, we would not be discussing this. The American people knew Biden was part of a criminal family. I knew before he was president and I am not in politics, so spare me the BS. The Democrats used Joe to advance their Socialist agenda. We knew Al Gore was a Socialist and Clinton’s Foundation was a way of getting wealthy by using our government contracts or privileges as bait. China’s been robbing us blind for decades with the USA eyes wide opened. Ukraine is a distraction for Hunter and Hilary “H” is for hell and not heaven in this case. It is so sad but how many are dead and will die moving the One New World Order’s goal to lower the population? The next pandemic will kill more people because it is being updated all the time. etc. Russia is a great villain but not China or Canada’s dictators. “and the beat goes on”

Mr. Charles claims 18,000 dead Russian soldiers…where did you get that number? I haven’t seen a reputable source report from the Ukraine with eye witness accounts and proof that Russia is targeting civilians or refugees. Have you ever seen, Wag The Dog? If Mr Charles feels so strongly about the “…shadow across Western values…”, he should buy a plane ticket for himself and his grown children, and go fight in the Ukraine. I’ll give him a ride to the airport. The Ukrainian government is as corrupt as our own, and is a critical link for Hunter Biden’s income stream and by extension, Joe Biden’s too.

Gee, is this like Kennedy’s Villany Day Bay of Pigs Cuban intervention? No, because Kennedy screwed the pooch on that one – even though his reason was the same as Putin. No nukes on his border.

The fact of the matter is, and most Americans don’t see it that way, that we are already fighting a war with Russia by using the Ukrainians as a proxy army. We supply the weapons, and they do the fighting. Insofar as Putin goes, he’s a career criminal whose only objective is to reestablish the former Russian empire. By attacking an indefensible country, he has demonstrated his capacity for inflicting indiscriminate pain and suffering on their people. His humiliating defeat is almost certain, and there’s no other choice for him than to concede the loss. The sacrifice of eighteen thousand Russian soldiers killed in a battle with no end in sight, demonstrates to the world the weaknesses of an army that doesn’t know how to fight. Putin’s demise is almost certain, and no nuclear war threat will intimidate NATO to quit their support .of the Ukrainian forces.

Speaking of WWII, Russian soldiers occupying Berlin after the war retaliated by raping thousands of women from children to the elderly. The women weren’t Nazis, but starving refugees. This shows how violent and cruel the Russians in a mob can be.

We allowed Russia to continually improve, modernize, and stockpile their nukes, missiles, and illegal weaponry, while we forced ourselves to allow ours to stagnate. No one will come against Russia and risk annihilation.

Just another propaganda piece written by a pseudo. Spreading more lies and covering for the Biden’s, Kerry’s, Pelosi’s, Mitt Romney, Obama, Clinton’s and the super elites who back them. Let’s see: how many bio labs did Russia destroy? How many kids and adults were rescued from the Ukraine “DUMBS”?
How many corrupt local Ukrainian officials did they arrest? How much intel did they recover and seize at the bio labs and other government facilities? How much dirt do they have on the above mentioned individuals? How many assets and money did they freeze and take control of? Oh, not to mention Dr Death fauci. How much intel and hard copy evidence do they have on that evil p.o.s.? This will give you just a hint of the evil that Ukraine was and how much and how many US politicians have dirty hands in their dealings with Ukraine. Oh, watch the market! Going to really tank in the near future.
