2:26 Had a little trouble with Emporia. Finally had to use 1 letter hint for the first letter.
3:04. I got stuck on the word EMPORIA; I’ve never heard of it.
Never heard of Emporia. It’s still always fun. You guys have a lovely Wednesday and a blessed day today.
Emporia, Kansas? It is known as the Disc Golf Capital of the world. That’s news to me. Probably valuable information if you are looking for a Perfect 10 on tomorrow’s quiz.
One cool thing about Kansas is the time zones. My wife was in charge of the clocks on the road trip. She never realized that I was zigzagging from Central time to Mountain time. Did that about 6 times. Made her angry, but she finally learned how to set the clock in the car.
1:10, but couldn’t spell Earhart
7:29 – Never heard of Lawrence & Emporia. Managed to get Lawrence after getting a hint on the 1st letter. Having serious issues with my keyboard, possibly getting a new laptop in a week. Also knew our famous lady flyer, but messed up the A & E.
2:51 with four letter reveals (one for Lawrence and three for Emporia). Took a bit to recall Amelia Earhardt’s name which I solved before going back to Lawrence and Emporia which I vaguely recalled after revealing the first three letters.

1:37. And I did know Lawrence and Emporia, bits of information one picks up and thought would never be used. Keep readin’, folks. A useful habit completely lost on the youth of our nation.
Had a college friend from Lawrence, KS. Never heard of Emporia, asked for first and last letters. Good geography refresher. All good.
